I placed an order on their website and got an order confirmation email the next business day. Then 3 weeks went by without a shipping confirmation or any other communication. I tried reaching them via their listed phone number several times during their listed business hours with no response.Finally, as I went to dispute the credit card transaction assuming it was all a scam, I noticed that the credit card charge was refunded a day after it was charged. So the good news is that I didnt get scammed out of my money, but the lack of any sort of communication AND lack of an actual product still warrants a 1 start rating.Not sure exactly what is going on, but from observing their LinkedIn page it seems like they only have a handful of employees and just cant be bothered to update their website or communicate with individual customers. They likely get 90% of their business from government contracts and local PD service and really dont care to cater to the average customer. Wish that wasnt the case; In short BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a simple 32 dollar pry bar on September 3rd. Got order confirmation email. 10 days later got another email to confirm order. Ship date said September 17th. Next email said order complete. When I emailed to ask why, I got no response. I left a few voicemails with no call back. On September 24 I got an email forward from the manufacturer saying it was backordered. The customer service rep didn’t even care enough to address me in the email. 3 weeks after ordered I still don’t have my order and have no idea when it’s coming. If you want Tactical gear you should go anywhere else but Rally Point Tactical. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with their entire operation. Shop with someone else.
