The folks at American Classic always took good care of us. Other than 1 issue with some water getting into the facility (units), everything went great. Right after the water issue, they immediately went to work to keep that from happening again. Clean, reliable and up front.

The manager, Mark, was great to work with. I was on the waiting list for a few months and he kept me informed. He called me at gave me notice that one was coming open. The place is very clean and no vehicles are parked outside

The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The space is clean and the facility is very secure and well lit. The prices are comparable to other storage options in the area, but the customer service and security are better than most. I checked out 6 other locations and American Classic Storage was by far the best choice.

We got a storage unit from Dec. 2019 - April 2020. It was so convenient, clean and very reasonably priced. We were able to get to our unit anytime we needed to. We appreciated the monthly billing reminders and easily paid online each month. Mark was very personable, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend American Classic & will use them again if the need arises.

I was told that i wouldnt get charged for transferring from another unit and i had to pay an extra $30 and change, Im not pleased at all.if i waa told that before i wouldnt have kept the unit i had i have too much stuff need more room i cant afford to pay another dime.

Totally unwilling to help customers. We suffered a loss with our house and were packed out by a mitigation company. During what was already an emotional time, this company charged the full month for three days worth of storage. I called to explain what our situation was - they didn’t care. They said they submitted my appeal to corporate and it wasn’t ‘denied’. So disappointed that they are comfortable stealing a month’s worth of rent for an empty unit.
