I went in today and I had an excellent experience! The staff was very friendly and understanding of my needs. I got the help that I needed. They respected my budget and gave me the phone that fit all of my needs and the best part it was all within my budget. Fast and efficient I would 100% recommend this store. Not happy. My wife ported her number over on the $50 plan at a different Metro PCS got a free phone and all was good. We were told that to add a line it would only be $80 a month and we can get another free phone as long as we ported our number over.So I go to this Waterbury location and asked them to add my line. They tell me I need to be on the $60 plan which I did not want, because I do not need the 10GB of hotspot, and that I wanted the $50 plan. They proceed to tell me the only way to get the free phone offer was to go on the $60 plan which would cost me $90 a month instead of $80. Yeah seems like nothing but yearly it adds up and I am saving $70 switching to them a month on the $50 plan. I was in a hurry so I called customer care later and come to find out the store lied and said I can be on the $50 plan with my wife and still get the phone for free.So for the benefit of their commission at this location in Waterbury, they lied and I am guessing they are giving out wrong information to multiple people. I wont be going back there.

I enjoy coming to this store over the other stores in Waterbury. They will take their time and actually help you. They break everything down for you. I had the privilege of being helped by Charon and Jaileen. These two are amazing people. I mean really. Every time I come to this store I only see these two. The music is pretty good too. After leaving another Metro Pcs in the same town I noticed This location hiding in the cut. Almost missed it.When I entered the store, I was welcomed almost instantly. I didnt get that from the other location. There were 2 reps in this location. Charon and Yaileen! made sure to get their names.) Every question I asked the answered with honesty. They were sympathetic of what I went through. When I asked them How much I was going to spend for switching over from Boost and adding a line, they told me $120. And I qualified for a free phone. They had made my night. The reps were amazing!(So to the manager of this location, good job. You really have two amazing employees) They are the pure definition of customer service. And they both Speak amazing Spanish. Thank you guys for helping me. I will from now on use this location as my home location even though I live in New Haven.

I recently paid a bill but paid it for the wrong number Yaileen and Charon helped me in correcting my mistake . They were very patient and understanding and we got the problem resolved. Im now able to talk to my daughter in Florida. There customer service was outstanding.

I love metro PCS $60 a month with the hot spot. My last phone company was $160 and wasnt unlimited and no hot spot
