Do not go to them. The associates make it seem like it is an inconvenience to help you. Sorry I thought that helping customers is part of your job. Sales associates do not look at you kindly, roll their eyes, and go as far to think they put you on hold when you call with a question and make fun of you with each other. Bought a faulty product and was told only after two hours of purchasing it they would not honor a return. Finally was told I was able to make the return and was told I couldn’t purchase another one from them. She was super rude and wouldn’t let me talk and said that it is their right to refuse to serve me. That’s fine it’s my right to leave a bad review and contact that better business bureau to file a complaint.

I wanna give them no stars but that wouldn’t be fair. There expensive but everything that’s convenient going to be more expensive which I understood. Over the past 3 years I’ve gotten 4 phones with them. Three IPhones and one Android. My last purchase I paid almost $500 on a phone for my mom. I was told the phone was brand new and had no issues. They left out that the phone was not an American made phone making it difficult to replace and voiding the warranty normally that Samsung gives with their phones. Out of all four times that I’ve gotten a phone from them I was NEVER told that there warranty only last 7 days after purchasing. One day my mom was using her phone and the phone screen just turned off. Like a normal person my mom thought the phone was dead she put on the charger and hour later still wasn’t turning on however she realize that the phone was still receiving phone calls and text messages. This phone has never been dropped waters never touched it it’s never been damaged it had a case and a screen protector on. So I brought it to the store and explain to them what happened because it’s been less than 30 days and the phone just magically stopped working. At first they said the owner was in the hospital which OK I get it and that he would be back next week later in the week however. Now that it’s been two weeks and I’ve gone back to the store they are now claiming that it’s past seven days and there’s nothing they can do. So basically I’m stuck with a phone that was $500 and I can’t do nothing with. It’s not like I was axing them to take the phone back and fully refund me the money at the most I was asking for is for them to either fix it or replace it. Even if there was a fee to replace it THAT I would have understood. But NOPE THEY SAY THEY. ANT DO NOTHING. So they lost a loyal customer and I’m disputing the charge for the phone under false advertising. And I don’t think anyone should buy there unless they fully understand that after their “7 days” you’re stuck with the phone with her brakes; your fault or not

I dont even want to give this place one star! This is THE WORST PHONE STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!! They will take your money! I bought a phone for my nine year old daughter so she can have a phone for a sleepover and a day later it was breaking. Went into the store to talk to the manager biggest mistake and never in my life have I been treated so badly. He was rude and disrespectful to me and my fiance. He was ignoring me while I was trying to speak and My fiance had to stop and tell him shes talking give her some respect he was such a cocky jerk saying things like you will come back and buy a phone from me again, and things like oh your going to tell me how to run my buisness I dont care how many bad reviews I have I still make my money. Please do not go here or you will leave with a broken phone and less money in your pocket! He shouldnt even own a company, such trash!! Do yourself a huge favor and stay away!!!!!

I add money to my account here but every time I go I feel so unwelcomed. Like its an inconvenience to the women there that I came to pay for my phone plan. They always look so unhappy to anyone that comes in. customer service is a 2 out of 10 at this place.

Avoid at all costs!!! I came in to purchase an iPhone charger. It was incapatible with my phone from the very first time I tried it. When I called there was never any answer. Since I work at a hospital on off shifts I was not able to bring it in until 2 weeks after purchase. They would not return or exchange and could not have been any more rude. I normally dont leave reviews but this experience was unreal.

The Worlds WORST phone store!!!!I went in brought a phone & 2 days later I started having problems!!! So the store owner says you got a defective phone bring it to the closet Apple NONE being in my town. So after traveling 30mins out of my way and then having to wait 30mins for a apple tech. & ofcourse the 30min ride back my phone now completely doesnt work! I go back to talk with the non sophisticated manager & he tells me I had to go threw all this because I simply have bad luck!! Hes a joke!!

I have being coming to this store for the past few years, the guy, the owner i believe is a jerk, he has no idea on what customer service is,even whenever we greeting him,that SOB dont even look at our face, real bad,should not be there, but the girls are wonderful, the are very helpful, knowledgeable, any way it is close to my home, this why i go there, if i only had better place to go,,

Bad customer service, I stopped by this place to transfer my boost number to a new boost phone I had ordered online, I was not expecting him to do this for free. He gave me an attitude and said for me to return my new phone and purchase the same phone from him then he would transfer my number. I went else where and for a very small fee problem solved. Will never again visit this store again.
