Check your invoice when you get it and if you are elderly be extra careful. Three months and we still have not been able to get the billing corrected for an extra line signed up for without authorization and charges of close to $50 extra per month. The 800# fixes the problem but we have to call each and every month and that takes up to 2 hours each time. Broken again this month and here we are again asking for help to get it fixed. Extremely disappointed.

Went to have my phone checked as the data plan was not working. They were not able to fix it and so concerned that I would need to factory reset the phone, I purchased an SD card 64 GB to back up the phone. The following date I saw the same SD card for 64 GB at Walmart and online for $12.99. I paid $69.99 at T-mobile in Waterbury, Reidville drive. Price gouging and no shame in it! They need to be investigated! Shame on you T-mobile and the kids that you have working there!

Stopped in to pay my bill on Saturday and the two people working there seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their cellphone fun. Neither of them were wearing their masks correctly and they were just generally uncaring. Very poor customer service. I wont go there again.

I want to warn people... i ask for the bogo deal, the manager or higher representative told me I would be getting the deal so i sign up... the first issue was netflix where im a magenta customer, which it seems they even couldnt get that right atm because i couldnt sign up for the netflix..[customer online representative fixed that for me and i have netflix]..The second issue is my magenta plan with the bogo.. the bogo deal is not shown as customer representative cant see it and i wont be getting the deal. this is a false promise by the store in the mall of t-mobile located closer to the left side where the food court is...my bill came up to 318.72.. my account shows 185.44 so this is an issue error that was shown because of the store application error aka tmobile error aka store doing it wrong... im now waiting on customer service for a phew days to fix this issue so i can get the right payment...With the bogo i should be credited 700+ dollar or the payment of an iphone 11 for 24 month finance.. this will not happen because the store representative with either the manager or higher sale representative didnt put it in... so i didnt even get the deal and wont be probably getting it[ill update once i talk to the manager in the store]

Its the staff you have to look out for. Nice store, cleaned, I didnt understand why they pick and choose to answer their phone, turns out one of the girls there told the one being trained to never answer it because its always telemarketers. :/ explains why they never answer

Horrible service, never have good signal ANYWHERE even though we are in the green coverage area and suppose to have full bars . Employees talk about other customers and laugh at them. & will offer you free phones and tell you everything is free until you get your bill & comes out and see you are being charge for those “free” phones. They lie just to get more sales. Don’t go to sprint they are horrible.

Worse experience with a cellphone company, I had sign up for a contract with 6 lines because of the pricing which at the end wasn’t true “employee’s mistake” as they said. Too many dead zones with their service, I couldn’t take this horrible service so I end up paying about 2,000 dollars for early termination and to be able to keep the phones which was cheaper than return them.My only advice beware and have a contract agreement price sign by an employee before doing anything, this way you’ll be cover with corporate.

Visited the store and experienced a warm welcome the moment we walked in. Trey and his colleague there were great..extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and just genuinely nice guys. It’s so obvious that they love what they do. They actually made what is usually a tedious experience fun for my son and I. Definitely recommend Reidville for all of your Sprint needs. 👍👍👍👍👍

Lie Lie Lie. The sales people will lie to you about mandatory insurance for the first month and the actual cost of the phone in the end. After declining the insurance during the upgrade, guess what, they put it on there anyway last time. That was 16 months ago and I caught it thank goodness. Was in there today because I had been put into a lease, which again I was lied to about, and needed to make some decisions. Sales lady today said that first month of insurance is mandatory on upgrades. I called Sprint and this is not true at all. Insurance is completely optional. Be careful and double check with Sprint before making decisions. These people will mislead and lie to you in order to make sales. I have also filed a complaint with Sprints corporate office. This is a corporate owned store.

Went in this location and it was like a breath of fresh air!!! These 2 guys were on top of everything, customer service is second to none. I work with the public and trust me if you need to go to sprint or thinking about getting a phone this is 100% best place to go.

-10 they make sales person lie about pricing to make sells they fire people if they dont make the sells and they fire people for complaining about there bills when it be the distract manager telling us to push these sales without putting taxes insurance or certain prices on the quote sheet I was there for a year and half made business leader i used to make the most sells out of all my coworkers at that time and they still let me go because people complained about there bill like you guys have no loyalty you guys made me lie to customers and you still wasnt happy

By far the best Sprint store in the area. From the appearance to the customer service, the entire experience was amazing. I would definitely refer anyone to go there who currently has Sprint or looking to change carriers. I love this place!!!!!!

I havent even picked up my new phone yet and i couldnt help but to leave a comment about this store and their employees. The people are super knowledgeable as well as very professional and did everything they could to resolve my issue and did a much better job of explaining the problem than i ever could. Turns out the phone had to be replaced, but i trust entirely the advice i received and i have worked with at least 3 of the people at this store with each of them being extremely courteous. This is just something you dont see anywhere...at least in the east coast/New England area and I am highly impressed and i would do business with them again and highly recommend them.

I went to the Sprint Store In Waterbury (Reidville dr) and I went to buy a phone the sales associate that I met Marcus Velez, Nicole Vazquez, Jessykenia Lopez, and Trevon Emery were very helpful. I’ve been a sprint customer since 2015 and I’ve never experienced this customer service. I am very happy with the service they provided. And this enhanced my love for sprint. Thank you sprint for having such a great team!!!!!

I have been a customer of this store for over 20 yrs. It has changed staff several times. I only frequent THIS specific store for all of my equipment for our business needs. 3 lines all the time and new upgrades, cases, covers, ear buds and screen savers whenever possible. I recently went in to upgrade my phone and there was again new staff. I was talked into getting not only a new phone but this great free offer for a second device! All of this being my fault because I trusted them as I have for years and signed papers, before reading them, so they could order my phone and start the process of upgrading. Transaction completed and approx 2 months later I call my go to Sprint store on Reidville Dr in Waterbury, Ct because my phone isnt working correctly, (same store, new staff again!) and a man answers, is less than helpful and with an attitude.When I suggest maybe another store for tech support he tells me to take my stuff somewheres else and hangs up on me. Called back later to speak to his supervisor only to get little to NO resolution! This lack of repect for a customer in need is unbelievable. After doing some research I discovered this is an independently owned store. And the trash they have hired will continue. They will lie to you to get you to sign up quick so they can start the process...be warned!!! Read these papers and dont sign cause these people are scammers!! Free Hulu account with sign up LIE!!! Not if you have a business account, but that was the hook line and sinker for us as my teen was sold! I will NEVER go in this store again. I will be sure to tell every one about this horrible experience and the disrespectful uneducated trash that awaits you behind the Sprint counter, and Im now looking into switching my business to another carrier, due to the scam that originated with SPRINT 👎👎👎👎👎

Please be advise the company makes the sales associate lie bout pricing on quote sheets they leave out taxes insurance and certain cellphone cost iknow this because i used to work for this sprint if we didnt meet quotas they would fire us with no hesitation they make us lie to customers so our kids can eat which is not right and when a customers complain bout there bill they still fire us even though they make us lie us sales associate get put in a bad spot so before you curse out the sales associate you should be cursing at whoever own this store because they make us do this
