Completely unprofessional... sold me a phone that doesn’t work. Employee who is now fired because of his mess ups didn’t check the phone prior . Phone stopped working then I was told I had to wait for a warranty phone to find out I had to pay 20 to activate when I was not at fault.

This past Saturday I’ve visited this kiosk in the mall and purchased an iPhone XR from the young man who helped me. He was so polite, so knowledgeable, and just a genuine pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend this Metro PCS over all the other ones in Waterbury.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the phones they have and helped me out a lot with the phones. Thank you, I love my new phone.

Clean Kiosk with professional and quick service

I went to the Mall to metro store and they charge me 350 dollars for galaxy J7 prime and I went to other metro store and the price they give with activation was very different and super sow no more Metro store at the mall

Very irresponsible I paid him for 4 cells that they did not have at the time to pick him up another day and when he returned by the cells they had already sold them to another person. They gave me the assurance that they would keep them on Monday, then I lost the offer that I could obtain in another store, because of the irresponsibility of the one that attended to me

They did not want to help me with a question and they charged my husband $ 200 for the Zmax that costs $ 99.
