This Visionworks location is by far the best spot I’ve been to for glasses/adjustments. Before I moved to West Palm I was in south Jersey and as nice as they were over there it DOES NOT compare to this location in the Palm Beach Outlets!!! I usually go in later in the day, I do not recall the 2 guys names who are there every time I come in, but they are just about some of the nicest dudes ever! I got my new glasses up in Jersey (visiting home) and I’ve went to this location for adjustments multiple times and every single time they are happy to help adjust my new glasses so I’m comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this Visionworks location to my friends and anyone shopping for glasses or contacts. Very very happy with the results I get thanks to those guys that help me out every time!!😁🤓

Patient with me, taking their time. Eye exam, and had eyes dilated since it’s been 5 years. After my uncle passing whom I normally would go to him for my eyes, since I trusted him. Fabulous vision center! Can’t tell you enough how wonderful, caring, professional Manager Benjamin is. All employees are dedicated but Ben goes above and beyond to help you. In several emergency situations where I had no contact lenses snd broken frames Ben saved me. I am extremely extremely extremely nearsighted and can’t see. Benjamin always finds a way to help me. I called Vision works off Palm Beach Lakes. Jay answered the phone. JAY was AMAZING!! I went to South FL. Vision to pick up my 6 yrs old glasses.was concerned & had questions but they werent answering the phone. I explained that to Jay. Even though she wasnt a patient he took the time to listen to me. Jay answered my questions and concerns with a positive attitude and professionalism. I havent seen or experienced good customer service in a long long time until today. I was there recently as my girlfriend needed glasses and the customer service from everyone here was Amazing!! Kindness and fun staff but the dedication to the customer is great!

My doctor is lovely and kind. She explained everything about my contacts and what my insurance offered for me. When it was time to order my contacts, the associate who assisted took his time and didnt rush me. I didnt feel like a number, I felt like a VIP. On top of that my contacts arrived early, sooo happy.

First time going there. Ben took great care of me from the moment I walked in til I walked out. The place was packed and not once I felt like he was not on top of things. He was patient, he answered all the questions that were important to me regarding what my insurance covers versus how much I was saving. He didn’t try to up sell me, and made sure I got the best lenses for what the insurance cost. He was kind, friendly and I love my glasses so much! After coming from another store where I literally had to walk out (I’m not a Karen) because they were trying to sell me 800 lenses, this was a breath of fresh air. I will never go anywhere else and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Benjamin! You rock!

I have been shopping for glasses at the Palm Beach Lakes location now for over 4 years. Their prices and selections are great. They work with you to get the best price with no sneaky tactics. Most importantly their customer service is top notch.

Wow! This place is excellent. I had an appointment for an eye exam ( which it was my very first one ever). I didn’t know what to except at all. They put me through several tests and determined my eyes were not bad just a little help was all that was needed. They let me know what my ins covered. Helped me pick the perfect frames for my face and were so kind. The whole appointment took an hour. They were fast! I loved the Dr! She was so kind. Also the other staff were very helpful and kind. I can’t wait for my glasses! Thank you for employing people that actually take the time and care Visionworks.

When i was there for order my glasses were really good very professional and the price was right, but today when i picked up was like oh yes here your glasses,,, next!!!, I asked for the little fabric napkin inside the case to clean my glasses to try it they said sorry we dont have it, i have never seer before a prescription glasses in a case without those frabric napkins!! My insurance payed like 600 usd por 2 pairs of glasses, is disappointed,

Update:. I was contacted by corporate and by Wayne, the assistant manager of this location. Wayne went out of his way to explain the policy and make things right. He did a great job of adjusting my glasses today and I greatly appreciate him.Thank you Wayne._-----------I stopped by this location to get my glasses adjusted. This normally takes 5 minutes or less. They have a policy now about needing an appointment, which I was unaware of just for an eyeglasses adjustment. I could understand if they were busy, but there was not one person in the store other than the employee who refused to do it because I didnt have an appointment. This is a bad policy. No wonder your store was empty!

Went in for an eye exam and to pick out glasses. Ordered my glasses in store on July 3rd. Was told by the sales associate they would arrive no later than July 17th. I called the week of the 17th to check on them because I had never getting a confirmation email and status update on the glasses. The employee told me if thats the date that was said then they will be here by then. Friday rolls around and I did not hear anything. I called back the following week and I spoke with a woman who told me that they dont have any info because the lab has not updated the status of the glasses. I call back a few days later to check on them and a guy there told me he would reach out to the lab personally. Me being quite frustrated with the poor communication at this point asked about a refund to which he replied I wouldnt recommend it because it could take up to thirty days to get your money back because of insurance.(This was a lie). So we fast forward a week, still no glasses, still no update. I go into the store to get a refund since I dont trust them over the phone. Refund was handled promptly and I was on my way. Proceeded to order glasses from Zenni and they got here in two weeks. Wish I would not have engaged in this headache of a process. You might not have any issues but if there are any issues with your glasses do not expect them to take the initiative and communicate. I came here solely because of the overwhelmingly good reviews, only to be disappointing by the service that was praised in these very reviews.

Great place and very personable. The employees here really seem to enjoy their work immensely. My wife and I were being helped by Lynn Ellen while we were getting an eye exam. She was helpful and instrumental in our search for the right fit.Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere. Bright, happy, energetic with lots of smiles.

I have been to this store twice now, the second time for warranty work. The associates have always been very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend. I hope they soon become pilot friendly and offer non-polarized prescription shade options with anti-glare.

Visionworks Palm Beach Lakes is the absolute best hands down. Ive been wearing glasses for most of my life and contacts a few years ago, NO optometrist and i mean NO, has ever tested my eyes and make me see so clearly and as comfortable as Dr. Ohan (forgive for the spelling if its incorrect)has....shes incredible at what she does and she makes you super comfortable while listening to your questions/concerns.The staff is awesome especially Cynthia.Kudoos to all of you!!

Do not go hear....b/c my glasses were drill mount:..i was told that they couldnt mount my glasses...but they still can give me an exam...i was provided with a prescription...which they said could be taken to a 3rd party vendor...long story short...i needed progressive lenses they gave single glass prescription...i cant make out objects close up..needless to say read...and i had to eat the prescription which was just under $900 for to pair of glasses...absolutely rubbish opticians..stay away if you value your money and site...

The eye examination was a good experience but wait time for my glasses was unacceptable. Waited 2 +weeks for glasses which was ok BUT had to redo reading glasses and its been over 3 weeks now, called several times, spoke to 3 different sales people who said they would follow up and call me back however still no call backs. Called again today and I was told maybe another week making it 4 weeks plus the orginal 2+ making it nearly 7 weeks. I am told by the 3 different reps that there is no one to call at lab to do anything. I am toJust wait!Well never again will I use visionworks! I will make sure to tell all my friends of this awful experience.

I went to Visionworks for the first time yesterday. The doctor was amazing. She took me in right at the time of my appointment.She was very prompt! She answered all my questions/concerns.I then went to the store side to get a new pair of glasses. They had a very nice selection of eye wear. Janney and Chelsea were terrific !!! They were very patient with me. Anybody that knows me knows that I have a hard time making decisions -lol. They helped me pick out the glasses that looked best with the frame of my face. They were very knowledgeable about all the products. I am in LOVE with my glasses. I would definitely recommend Visionworks for all my future eye wear and exams. Great place and great service!!! Had a screw fall out of my glasses which rendered them useless. Wayne jumped to the rescue (free of charge) and took him about 30 seconds.
