This is the worse cell company on the planet. Have been with them since they bought out Element Mobile. Just renewed contract and completely got scammed by Rep in store, was told to call customer retention..i did. Call center guys were of no help. Was told I could write a letter or have a supervisor call me back the next day. I chose a call back, which never came. Makes me sick to know I have been with this company YEARS only to be treated worse than dirt. If I could rate it a -10 I would.

Didnt transfer most of my programs or any of my photos that I paid them to do after buying a new phone. Didnt even tell me there would be a charge for it.

Too expensive and poor corporate support.
