Fantastic service, fantastic prices, and a great handle on whats going on with just about everything. They take unlocked phones, if they dont know what to do they have books/binders on hand with the information. Good for service, great for friendly atmosphere, amazing for a phone carrier. TLDR Youll probably save money, and it will be mostly painless.

Been a customer for over two years now. I have been helped by a few customer service reps. during that time and have always been pleased but a new rep. by the name of Alexia was the best one yet! Great attention to what I need and made the right recommendation!

Today I stopped in to the Cricket store and switched from boost. Honestly I was skeptical but the customer service was great. The service with Cricket is so much better. I should have switched years ago. I would highly recommend that you give Cricket a try.

Rude service. Not very welcoming to my elderly mother inquiring about her very first smart phone. A woman (named after Phil Collins band lol) was very unprofessional gave her a bad experience. This employee needs to be axed off the payroll. I feel bad for suggesting Cricket to my mom. NEXT time, Im going with. 0 stars.

The phone service is good and affordable but the customer service has been awful at times. Tonight being the worst case of it. The girl working was to busy chatting with a guy she had in there to even ask my boyfriend and I if we needed any help. Didnt say a word to us what so ever except when I asked her for a phone. She was extremely rude as well. I decided to order a phone off line, at least she wont be getting any commission off me. Get better reps.

Wasnt overly impressed at how much it cost to turn my phone back on not even 24 hours after my ex shut the stupid thing off. BUT the service was casual and friendly which made it easier for me to deal with.

When we got there my sisters phone number was “lost” and the guy told us to call the 611 number and was going to charge my sister $75 dollars just to reactive her phone when’s she had her own SIM card. If it was possible to give Zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because the guy was rude and disrespectful, didn’t know what he was doing. I don’t work there and I knew more about the system than he did! That’s just sad like get your employees in check and have them actually work instead of just telling their customers to call 611 like we came in there for help not to be told to go through the 611 system...which was BS. I’ll never use cricket again!

Amazing service

The Cricket company is great! But the service at this store is horrendous, from the comupter taking over an hour, to process a payment and the worker Chauncey snapchatting and calling people, while we were waiting, made this store unbearable. WOULD NOT SUGGEST
