Alex is very nice and Helpful every time I go in there one of my Favorite people.

No help waste of time even when u have insurance and protection u still gta do all the work yourself. No phone how do u call man? Lol like u cant help at all.

My daughters iPhone crashed screen was black, anyway she took it to us cellular in Rapids for help they basically just told her to go home plug it in and then take it to Best Buy,Why would we take it to Best Buy? We got the phone from us cellular. She came home and was very upset still no working phone, we then made the drive to plover to attempt Best Buy, but ended up going to us cellular there, walked in and immediately got the help we needed they went above and beyond to try and help recover the phone for us, instead of being told to go home and plug it in.

The Best service at a cell phone store we have ever gotten ever! Thanks to Alex, who took his time to help us get set up with new phones and new service. He even took the time to show us how the new apple phones operated, and made sure all was good and understood about them before we left the store. We felt he was honest and knowledgeable, We now have real bars on our phone, we did not have with the old company. Glad we came here.

Worst store i have ever been in. An employee told me I must wear a Mask and I told him I have a medical condition and he said he didnt care. He handed my phone back and said he will not serve me . I will be pursuing a legal matter against him and that store in Wisconsin Rapids. I will let many people know how I was treated. See you in Court......

They are extremely helpful with whatever you need regarding your phone plan. You can be in and out in under half an hour.

Tbh 8 employees for one store is a bit much during a pandemic, went to pay my ridiculously high bill n they couldnt even explain why it went from 200 to 400 hmmm in my opinion should just be a site to pay your bill if theyre all just going to stand around n twiddle their thumbs.

Me and my boyfriend came in today to see if we could possibly get a phone as well as a phone plan. Allen was so friendly and was a huge help. I can’t say I’ve ever interacted with staff from a phone company before that made me feel as comfortable as he did! I did not feel the least bit pressured and I very much appreciated that. This review and 3 star rating is not a reflection on the customer service in the actual store, they have always been excellent in my experience. However, since switching to US Cellular 2 years ago from AT&T I have experienced constant signal and connectivity issues that I never had with AT&T. Especially with their WiFi. I’m constantly having to reconnect or use the cellular data straight from my phone because there isn’t strong enough signal from the router, or having to just go without internet. It could just be my location, but I live right in town, so I find that unlikely. I have spoken many times over the phone about this issue to no avail, and I will now be switching to a different provider. Doesn’t make sense to be paying for something if I can’t even use it.

This is the best uscellular location. The agents are friendly and Ive always had good service here. Highly recommend.
