Love this store but manager has issue on release days and becomes uptight and snappy. Normally she is very chill but has reoccurring problem with big release dates. Manager refused to sell controllers to people without preorder of Zelda game. So my friend who car pooled couldnt buy a controller. We even tried to show we werent from the same household of family and since she didnt have a preordered game they would not sell her and her bf a controller.

Can always finde what i am looking for or snage a good deal.

I told them what I was interested in buying but you try selling me a different system. If the customer isnt interested in a system dont keep trying to sell it to them. I also filled out a job app, when I asked I was told they havent received any. Ok you lost a $890 sale today

Its Game Stop. I dont care what other people think, I love these places. Im old enough to have played on an Atari, and I work full-time+, so as you may imagine, I dont always know my way around the newest systems. These folks answer my questions, make suggestions based on experience, and dont try to throw the hard sell. If they dont have it in stock, they automatically check other stores, and if they cant find it, theyll order it, as was the case yesterday. In the past, if they couldnt order it, they have found it at competing stores and pointed me at them. Really cant ask for more.

Its great to have resale stores. They do a good job screening what they take, and they give reasonable prices for trade-ins. They have good deals on used games for a lot of different devices/consoles. Their rewards program gives some nice discounts too.

Been going to Rapids game stop for years but more so the past few days. They have great prices! Helpful and nice staff! Will be going back soon!

I love going here and browsing the store. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of collectables and games. I hope this store never loses this charm, it really stands out even compared to other Gamestop stores.

I ALWAYS buy my games here...service is wonderful....but today i bought a game their. And i brought it home and i opened the case up. And the game had a crack in it. I didnt buy the warranty because, usually the games are scratch free... Im disappointed that this happen...

Great service, just disappointed in prices and trade-ins. Games are always cheaper online, and youd make more money selling them on ebay than bringing them here. Id give five stars for the service, but only one star for the GameStop corporation

I love GameStop i get everything there headsets, controllers, games, and consoles because they have them at a good price ive been going there since 2009 and the prices they had for PlayStation 2 and 3 is unbelievable on what the prices there amazing.

GameStop has great selection of games and game related stuff with ppl who are very knolledgable on games

Went to buy a 17+ game and I couldn’t because my little cousin was in the building. The lady behind the desk said it was the same thing with alcohol, I assume she ment no getting something for an adult while a minor was in the building So only he could get his game rated E.
