Took my IPhone 11 to get a screen repair and when I got it back my phone didn’t function correctly. Mind you it functioned completely fine other then the fact that it had a broken screen prior to taking it in. I called to see about getting it fixed and he proceeded to tell me that I must have damaged/broke it after leaving.Took it to another repair shop and they told me the screen was not properly installed and they fixed someone else’s problem for free!Definitely an embarrassment to the original owner.08/20/2021

I had a usb moisture / debris icon and the usb port would not work on my Samsung 9+. I had to charge the phone with a wireless charger. I have had this issue for 3 months. I tried drying it out and cleaning the usb port with no luck. Took it in and they found debris in the usb port. They had it fixed in less 10 minutes. They hardly charged me anything. Wish I would have went to them sooner. I highly recommend them.

Not only was it not expensive it was fast I went today to get my phone fixed Bc the screen was shattered and the ink popped is what I like to call it pretty much means the screen was slowly turning black but overall it was only $110 I recommend going here! The only thin That happened was my phone shut off and when I turned it back my screen didn’t work but I turned it off and back on and it worked just fine and it was most likely not his fault probably just Bc this phone is old.

I came here because my s7 screen and I guess the power display was broken as well and I wanted to save my phone rather than get a new one from my phone company because I wanted to save all my info. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 and had the screen completely replaced at Pulse Repair very quickly and for a good price. Customer service was great. James was very helpful, friendly, and got the job done promptly! I picked up my device about an hour after dropping it off. Highly recommend.

Came in for a new screen on an iPhone. Was quoted a price and agreed. When I returned, I was informed that he was out of the standard screens that I wanted, so he installed an “upgraded” screen and charged $35 more. Classic case of bait and switch. $100 says I got a standard screen anyway. Highly advise not going here

I was referred to this place by Verizon franchise store, as they didnt have screen protector for my phone. Now known as Cell Phone Outfitters, among many protector s, there was not one for my phone. I was surprised that it was ordered, arrived two days later, and was installed for under $20. Very good product. Lost no screen sensitivity, as promised.

Very poor repair service!! I bought a battery and back for Samsung Note 5 and was told that it would cost $100.00 to do a simple repair job, because he was mad that I didnt buy parts from him. The last time I had used him he had to order the parts which took 3 days to get and 2 days to repair. How many people can go without a phone for 5 days? I took the Note 5 home read repair instructions and did it my self in 2 hours. Not bad for a truck driver!! He lost my business forever!!!
