Brissi is an excellent customer service rep for your company. He was helpful and knowledgeable about our desire to upgrade a phone. He was able to meet our need and helped us accomplish that without increasing our monthly bill too much. We left happy with our new purchase, satisfied with the transition, and entertained. I will recommend AT&T in our area to all my friends. Brissi rocks!

Went there today to see about possibly switching from another carrier. Bob helped me and was AMAZING! He was the only one in the store and the customers were nonstop. Poor guy never got a single minute without customers! I was there for nearly 3 hours (my own fault for not clearing out my phone for a looonnng time!) and he was so amazingly patient with me. Besides me, he managed to help 4-5 other customers while I was there, one time helping 3 of us simultaneously! I’m so impressed and Bob is definitely the reason why I switched and became a customer, but also why I will stay a customer!

Bob is hands down the best person to work with! Patient, informative, and makes you feel right at home. They definitely got lucky when they hired him!

The guy was very helpful and nice to work with.

The sales person Elizabeth was very helpful. She needed to take care of both my husband and I with new phones and accessories for both the new iPhone 8XR and it took a long time only cause I had so many photos that took a long time to download. So my suggestion when you are getting a new phone make sure you clear your photo on your old phone first and you should be in and out fast! Elizabeth was very patient with us. And when the store picked up with people the store tender Rebekah was there to help others as fast as she could and when done she was checking on how we were doing as well. Very happy with the service

I had a great experience at AT&T, I am employee of the store but had questions about changing my plan and was confused. I came in on my day off not only was Bekah informative but she walked me through the pros and cons of switching my plans. Not only was I satisfied as a customer but I feel moving forward in will be that much more helpful when a customer comes in with a similar question

I have now lived in the area for just over a year and gave had go to the AT&T store twice. Both times I was greeted by the sales staff and helped by Bekah. She is very good at what she does. Blah knows her business and has been able to resolve my problem the first visit each time. Actually she even tried to find a better less expensive plan for. I recommend Bekah to anyone who goes to this AT&T store.

My flip phone took a terrible tumble and wouldnt work. Went down to the AT&T store and was very pleased with the wonderful service I received from Bekah, a customer service rep at the Wisconsin Rapids office. In a matter of 30 minutes she had a new smartphone humming with my old contacts transferred and ushered me into the 21st century. What fun!

I like going through at&t for my cell service, but I hate going into the store. Im never greeted by anyone. Staff is always busy so I usually end up waiting or leaving. I understand if staff is busy with other people I need to wait my turn, but the least they could do is say hello and find out what you need help with.

One of the employees treated us really well and the other one had nothing to do with us when he found out he couldnt sell us the most expensive phone in the store.

Upgraded all the phones on my plan and received excellent service from Liz who was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the whole process.

If I could give this place 1000 stars I would. I used to go through us cellular and they SUCKED. I went here and the lady Bekah was SUCH A GOOD WORKER. She should get a raise lol. She talked to me about what phone would be good for me and I got a phone for $0 down the iPhone xr and I love it!! She also showed me how to work the app to see when I need to pay my phone bill and also showed me that I can watch free tv on the app. Great service!

We had to go into the store for an issue with my mobile not receiving photos. Bekah help fix the issue in a timely matter.

So my wife n I came into the rapids store to get into a buisness plan and needed 5 lines we came around 445 PM on wed Jan 2nd. The store was pretty dead so it was ok mind you we had our 3 small children with us as well ages 4,8 and 12. With activating phones that we already had. The manager and girl working I didnt catch her name tried to double team our plan to get us going I guess they came across some issues that they had to call retail support for the answer. They were literally on hold for 2.5 hours as the worker and the manager bissi frantically tried every trick everything they knew to get us taken care of.. long story short sorry for the rant bissi in wisconsin rapids is amazing as he stayed 2.5 hours his shift was over just to make sure we were takin care of. Because I have heart issues and cannot be without a phone. They finally got us our the door after being in there for 4.5 hours that is unexceptional especially to new customers that just spent a bunch of money.. bissi and crew deserve raises. Corporate you guys need to get your self together better and treat your customers and employees like they matter

Takes forever ....and no public restroom. I was pregnant and had to wait literally at least an hour. I asked to use a bathroom and they told me to use the Chinese restaurant next door. Um, no thanks. Finally after a little while longer they let me use the employeerestroom with a door that didnt close all the way.

I have the service but the employees at this store don’t know the ropes disappointed!
