He was very nice but he didnt have that one person working for him everybody else is off Joe and stimulus money and theyre not wanting to work good place.

Highly recommend. Old school, no BS, very professional and knowledgable people. I was convinced that my vehicle had a transmission problem. When i had the oil changed at a quick lube place I was told I had a leak from the front transfer case. I made an appointment with AB. When I got there a mechanic checked my truck. I expected a very expensive visit. He told me it actually was a slow leak from a water hose above the transfer case. When I asked Andy how much I owed, he said No charge !They could have kept my truck, fixed the hose, and charged me several hundred dollars !!! Best recommendation I can give!

New to the area and looking for a reputable shop to repair my automatic transmission. The problem that I had was kind of tricky, so I didn’t want a shop to jump to a conclusion and say I needed a complete rebuild. After talking with Matt, he came up with a step by step way to identify the problem. Each step had an estimate and he communicated the results. The outcome is my transmission is working perfectly as it was only a cable issue and the price was very fair. AB Transmission is honest, communicates well, and doesn’t try to overcharge their customers. My experience leaves me with a confident 5-star view of this shop, and I will certainly recommend AB.

Brought in a newer subaru 6 speed transmission. I knew it would be hard to get parts because not many manual transmissions in the 2010 outback. They took it, kept me updated, charged me less then other places quoted me. Got it back in my car and is running awesome. They are nice, professional, and do superb work. Dependable. Homest. Affordable. Quality. Words that mean somehing to this company. They took on a transmission many in the valley wouldn’t even try to rebuild, and for the best price of those that did. Found other problems, and repaired them for what I consider negligible compared to the cost of the job. Keeping all the parts that were taken out, showing the damage and how it caused problems was quite refreshing. Free checkup to make sure things were going well after a couple weeks. 2 year warranty. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and transmission jobs are, “Do I just buy another vehicle?” when they go out and the vehicle is not under warranty. I would recommend AB to anyone looking to have their vehicle’s transmission serviced or repaired.

Needed 2 fuel pumps and a switching valve replaced, the told me they couldnt do the valves but could do the pumps, ended taking the truck to the dealer for the valve and find out what was going on with reserve tank and found out the pumps where in the wrong tank, owner insisted i got the wrong parts, and wasnt willing to correct the issue

I have a very problematic transmission in my truck. I have had it rebuilt twice by AB and have had nothing but good service from them. I have had problems after the rebuilds and they have work with me to resolve the problems in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone.To everyone saying they have problems after they leave, all you need to do is call and talk to them and they will work with you. Their customer service is 100%.

Took my car down to have my transmission looked at an they drove it for 10 minutes told me mytransmission is slipping in second gear and I it needed to be rebuilt, i asked if they could pull it apart an look at it, didnt lift it or even look at it, they told me it would be a waste of time an money, so I had someone else change it out an it ended up not being my transmission so there was a waste of 2600 all because they were to lazy to actually look at my car after I had asked them too, waste of money an time

Took my vehicle in for it to get it looked at and diagnose a transmission problem, a couple days later they called me saying that its nothing electrical and something mechanical inside and will be $250 to drop the pan and look at it and I said fine, so a couple days later they called me saying it needs a rebuild and if I do it that will fix my problem, it took two weeks and $1900 to complete it. I got it back and as soon as I left it started having the same problem so I took it back and then they said it was the TCM, they did end up making it right and fixing it no extra charge.

Make/Model: 2000 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 Liter Engine V8Waited 2 weeks to have my cars transmission rebuilt. 15 minutes after leaving the shop my hood is smoking and im stranded on the side of the highway traveling from Yakima to Ellensburg. Waited an hour for AAA to come tow the car back to their shop because its under warranty.Very displeased with my experience so far, hopefully they will fix their problem.

This company is untrustworthy took my car in to get serviced and only service I got was a stolen battery and they refuse to make it right by giving me my battery or a new one and for one it was the only shop I took my car too
