The Place was awesome. The staff was polite, and I was escorted to an ac lobby. The service performed on my car was a lot more fast than what I expected. The only thing I could say I didnt like was I was offered other services I didnt want, besides that it was great.

Super polite fast service the place was very nice and clean I got a good deal on my oil change they are willing to help anyway they can one of the best places I have ever got an oil change I will be back.

July 12, 2021Stopped in for top off before head out of town tomorrow.

My husband went in, WITH A COUPON, for 50% off and did NOT get the 50% off. It was $50+ before tax for the original cost without a coupon. My husband had to pay the entire cost minus only $10.That is NOT 50% off.It was a digital coupon. My husband had my phone, and they SAID they can NOT scan codes. They had to put the code in manually. The other Jiffy Lube was able to scan codes, why not THIS location?They SAID they put in the code but it only took off $10. They either did NOT put in the code, put in the wrong code, or lied.Whichever way it happened, this is NOT a good place to bring ANY coupons.Will we recommend Jiffy Lube again? Yes, just NOT this location.

I went for an oil change, before arrival my car was in perfect condition. After leaving, my engine/maintenance light was on, I called and they said they forgot to reset it.... my car later broke down. The next day I went to another jiffy lube who helped and literally told me “I rather your car blow up then go back to that jiffy lube.”. The engine air filter was put in upside down, backwards, and unscrewed into place. This damaged my car where I would need $105 in repairs. Both mechanics after this Jiffy Lube made a joke of the store. I would not trust anyone here. Also, I bought new tires 4 months prior to arrival. I was told I needed new ones for $600, I said no and when I turned my back the employees made jokes about not getting their commission off me. They do not know what they are doing and are unprofessional.

I had my oil changed and my cabin filter replaced. The staff was polite, quick and I did not feel pressure to complete a bunch of tasks for additional cost.

They charged $103 for an oil change. The supervisor never wore a mask the whole time I was there. She came up to my drivers window at least 5 times without one on. They didnt have my type of oil so I had to pay the price for the higher grade oil. I will never go back again. I normally pay $ 56 in Toppenish for the same oil change

The oil change was completed promptly and everyone was professional and courteous.

They were able to change my brakes. I had super bad brakes and I was quoted by Les Schwab over $600 to change my brakes. And I did my research and noticed Jiffy Lube changes brakes. I got my brakes changed and they put new rotors, which I didn’t know they would do. It was way less than Les Schwab would charged me for. I’ll be coming to Jiffy Lube now for my lube and now my brakes needs too!! I saved a lot of money!

Friendly nice i would recommend them highly. Got my new tires and im very pleased.

Asked to do spark plugs on my car they qoted me for 350 and then some guy comes in saying he dont wana do them cuz it takes 2 hours. they had told me they wouldnt do em if it would take more then 3 hours. they said the computer told em it takes 2 hours lazy people work here and who wants lazy people working on there car....

In and out have never waited longer then 30 minAnd staff is Friendly

I had an oil change 112 21 I went to change the oil again and this time I was doing it myself and the filter broke it was in there too tight took it down to jiffy lube and you said theres nothing you can do even though you all put it in there too tight

This was the first time I have been in a Drive-Thru, sit in your car oil change session. It was quite Pleasant and with the coupon that I found online, made it much cheaper than doing it myself!The employees were friendly and outgoing and I found it interesting how they were working in a team to make sure every task was complete. Mike and his team at the Yakima Jiffy Lube are AWESOME!!!! We were on the road traveling from WA to points east and had an emergency. We had had the truck serviced the day before at the dealer and in less than 24 hours we had an oil leak around the oil filter. 😡 This was discovered at the rest stop in Yakima. Checked online and discovered the Jiffy Lube with good reviews a few miles ahead. SO GLAD WE STOPPED!!! Explained the issue and they replaced the filter and topped off the oil...and they didnt charge us anything. 😲 In and out in less than 20 minutes. AMAZING! FYI, there was debris on the filter gasket preventing a tight seal 😡. Thank you Mike and team for helping us get back on the road and vacation!!! We will remember the Jiffy Lube in Yakima if the need ever arises again, and your in the area we highly recommend Mike and his team. 🏆👍

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH JIFFY LUBE IS THE PRICES OF PRODUCTS ARE 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE ( AIR FILTERS, WIPERS, RADIATOR CAPS, ECT..) I THINK PEOPLE WOULD BUY MORE THINGS FROM YOU IF THE PRICES WERENT INFLATED SO MUCH. EXAMPLE: YOU CHARGE 15.00 EACH FOR WIPERS. I WENT TO ORIELLYS AND THEY WERE 8.00 AND THEY PUT THEM ON AS WELL. AIR FILTER WAS 35.00 AND I WENT TO WALMART AND BOUGHT THE SAME BRAND FOR 11.00 AND THEY PUT IT ON FOR FREE.

They were fast, paid attention to detail, they respected my request to not touch or check my air-filter, or to check or mess with my tire pressures. They changed my oil and changed my oil filter, they checked that the drain plug was on tight and the filter was on correctly. They gave me a new reminder sticker for my window, and honored my military discount.

They always inform you of any problems. And they communicate with each other as a team and get the job done. RG

Historically great customer service and convenience, however after my most recent oil change it was apparent that my tire was attached incorrectly after a tire rotation after the tire detached while driving on the freeway.I even brought my car back immediately after the oil change due to a strange noise, they looked at the tire and removed balancing weights that were rubbing, but they did not realize the core issue was how they attached the tire.Brought my concern to manager after I had repaired the damage at a different mechanic, left them my number, and never heard back from them.Sadly a lifelong Jiffy Lube Customer, but no longer feel like I can trust the technicians to perform maintenance issue correctly, nor expect management to follow up with issues when they do happen.

This is my oil change spot. I love the little sticker they put in the car to remind me when to come in next. I find them efficient and a good price value.

Usually good service and fair price. I dont like Penzoil so I bring my own and a quality filter. This time I brought a coupon for 20 bucks off but was told I couldnt use it since I brought my own oil and filter. Burnt the bridge for me. Ill just go to Firestone right across the street and save 20 bucks without a coupon.

Good service. Good prices if you stick to the oil chance. Pushy sales technique to try to get you to replace your air filter, even if its clean. Liked it better when it was Mobil One oil service.

Well I needed tires put on and it kinda reeled me in cause of the free oil change on veterans day. But close to a hundred bucks and then the everyones approved on credit is not true cause I got denied. Plus who doesnt wipe off the rims when finished.

AMAZING SERVICE regardless of the 5 hours I spent here (my car had alot of things needing to be fixed I expect it would take some time). They do things to their fullest potential and they are all so polite and take their time with each and every customer that walks in their business. I got an oil change my car needed it not a bad 50$ investment gotta keep my car going they were pretty fast and happy they are nice and courteous .and happy all i saw today were happy workers who loved what they do .

Went in to get oil change and have suspension looked at. They did great job getting me in quickly and going over what they saw needed to be done quickly and what things could wait for little while

Broke my tire sensor but replaced it for free so I was upset. They got the job done and were very kind. They wernt very honest about the tire sensor but again they replaced for free so its whatever.

Came in to get an oil change. My engine oil pressure/coolant lamp light was not on until after I had my oil changed. I have to follow up on their $91.49 oil change job and try to remedy why my engine oil pressure gauge isnt accurately working or why the oil pressure/engine coolant light is on.

They were so sweet and helpful! Regardless of anything, (mechanic or not) when you need your basic car services done this is the best price your going to get, they are really helpful.

My oil light came on so I rushed in for service. I didnt mention that I was a disabled vet and having a difficult time, just that I needed some help. Help they did and I appreciate it. My lady friends car is next month and every service from here on out will be done at the 1st st Jiffy Lube in Yakima. Thanks guys.

Good for oil change. Bad for brake flush. They tried to perform a brake flush on the wrong side of the vehicle should be back right not back left for my car. I had my mechanic replace the part the technician broke on the right rear side.

I have taken my vehicle for routine oil changes for about 2 plus years never had an issue until just recently when I took it in to do a transmission drain and fill.... I paid $99 for this service. My gears started to slip so took it to a transmission place and showed them my invoice from jiffy lube after taking a better look at the invoice I was charged $99 to have 1.5 quart added to my transmission....1.5 quart?? I went back and spoke with the manager and he said that they only were able to drain 1.5 quart so that’s how much they put back in. At this point I was confused because when you pay for a service to have a drain and fill I was under the impression that it would be drained completely and have way more than 1.5 quarts of fluid put back into the vehicle. I told him that my transmission guy was going to have it done right. The manager said he would speak to his regional manager about this and that he would see if I could have a discount or some kind. he got back to me a few days later and said his regional manager said that I paid for the service to be done and I wouldn’t be getting compensated. Not taking my vehicle back to them again.

This location Jiffy Lube caused over $900 in damages to my car. I still havent heard back from them in over a month about even the refund for the services I never received. I will be contacting my attorney if they still continue to ignore me.
