Saw Mill is hands down the best place to get a car. Ive bought two cars from them already, and have recommended them to other family members and friends. When I first got their I was very skeptic of buying a car from them. Once I spoke to my sales rep Clyde he made me feel much more relaxed purchasing a car. Mike was wonderful to work with a man of his word he held a van for us to come look at. It was still there when we went to go see it! He sent us pictures of the damage before we took the 3 plus hour ride down from MA to NY. Went over the time line of safety inspection with the state police etc. very friendly helpful staff I did call a couple times with questions being new to salvage titles and never once did they seem annoyed or bothered by my questions. They have all kinds of vehicles here. From extremely low mileage luxury cars within a year old to higher mileage vehicles on sale at steep discounts. They have super clean, car fax certified show queens all the way down to vehicles that have been branded salvage or rebuilt. The salvage or rebuilt vehicles look immaculate and have been written off by insurance companies for one reason or another, the sales people know the history of each and offer you Carfax reports to back it up. I look for Brian, easily one of the nicest laid back salesmen that treats people like hes been friends with them for years. He will get right to the point with a very very fair price and honest in depth walk through of every vehicle you want to look at. He is the opposite of pushy or fast and slick talking salespeople. They take care of everything on their end with no hassling or pushy salesmanship. Toni is the lady who handles secretarial/office operations and she is very sweet, efficient and client and personable as well. I plan on returning here for future deals. Maybe I lucked out, but my vehicle is a one owner trade in with low miles and not one accident that I got for a sweet sweet steal. I found a car they were selling on the Cars.com mobile app. I called them and they were very responsive and helpful to my questions. I wired the money to purchase the vehicle and flew to Yonkers from Asheville, NC. When I arrived, my car was ready to go out front. The people on the lot were very helpful. I felt like they were all there to serve me and get me on the road. After only a few minutes of paperwork, I was on my drive back to Asheville. It was a great experience! The Armada SL I purchased was in excellent condition and everything I asked for. I’m a very happy customer. I’d buy from them again and would recommend to anyone to buy their vehicles there.

Mike Maratto was super honest and informative and got me an excellent deal on a 2018 Ford Flex Limited. I put a deposit on the car and asked for an oil change before I would be back to get the car the following Saturday. Not only did Mike have the oil changed but at no additional charge, he had 4 new tires mounted and balanced, a 4-wheel total alignment (the car is AWD), the 4 brakes were done, the vehicle was detailed and the gas tank was filled! Also, the superb staff at Saw Mill Auto (Dolores and Carolyn) will save you the hassle of dealing with the DMV as they will get the vehicles inspection, registration, plates and title done for you. I am telling all my friends and family here on Long Island to go to Saw Mill Auto and to ask for Mike Maratto.

Purchased a car in great shape and at very good price. I Live in the Midwest, so that I sent my mechanic to check over and test drive the car before buying and everything checked off. Then I needed to flight to NY to finish the paper work and pick up the car, but previously I deposited the money and sent my info for them to get the documentation ready for me before I arrive. I was kind of nervous because it was the first time I bought a car sight unseen; however Jorge, my sales executive, was very patient and professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Jorge and Saw Mill Auto.

My dad bought a car here and suggested I pay them a visit. They were able to deliver on their promises and price. Toni is very professional and doesnt play games. Be careful with these guys! I purchased a truck from Jorge after he assured me that they offer a 500 mile warranty. Everything went fine with the purchase, but right as I got home, the power steering went out. Cost me over $2,000 to get it fixed. I reached out to Sawmill to be reimbursed, they tried to wiggle out of it and now the dont answer my emails or phone calls. I thought I would buy more trucks from them, but not anymore!!!

Great selection of cars that are mostly salvaged and if you know about cars you can pick up a nice newer vehicle for less than what is being offered at a dealer. I found parking quick and the staff was very friendly. The place is huge as they also sell used auto parts.

Dont honor prices they quote on the phone. They raise their prices once they see you are interested on a car. I was interested on a Van, I called the day before visiting the facility to make sure the truck was available all was good but when i went to see it the Truck had a higher cost.

Called about a part for my car. Gave details to the letter and was assured that the part was what I needed. When I asked if I could see pictures to make sure it was the EXACT thing I needed, I was told, “No. I’m not going to waste your time, or my guys’ time to show you parts you don’t need. Just tell me the information and I’ll tell you if we have it.” I want to reiterate that I made sure I gave them accurate information and they assured me they had it and to come pick it up. I drove from Long Island to Yonkers, about 2 hours, and when I walked into the office, the staff was rude and ignored me until I said something. Then I was told that the part I called for was NOT the right part, they never had the part, and that their system was not updated and they had no time to update it. Waste of my time, unprofessional, and i wouldn’t recommend them if you’re long distance. Courtesy and professionalism go a long way.

I was there this sat looking at a Lexus gx 460 it had someones personal stuff inside.. I also was alarmed by the smell of marijuana was too much to handle its very disturbing..I dont understand what type BUSINESS is this allowing this.. I also asked about what kind of warranty came with purchase? I was told none . I had to purchase one with them.. WOW isnt this illegal? At least to my understanding any reputable business would give you at least 30 days.. Im so disgusted and disturb by this Im gonna call the better business bureau so they could confirm an investigation..

I flew from Orlando, Florida – to – New York, to test drive the vehicle and purchase it, and I can assure you that every minute I spent driving back to Orlando, Florida in my new Ford Transit Wagon was worth.
