I dropped my car off to have a hitch and wiring installed. Went to pick it up and noticed a hole (approx3/16) drilled right through the rear quarter panel of my car. I didnt remember having a hole in my car so I asked about it. The guy went inside to find out, came out and said the installer drilled in the wrong place for a ground wire! This is supposedly their best installer! Now I have to file a claim through their insurance company and hope they pay for the damage. Time will tell if they also pay for a rental car for the time the car is in the body shop. Would not recommend this establishment.

Abosoulultly wasted my time, money and had no respect or customer service very rude.cant do there jobs properly and it caost me over 200$ and absolutely wasted my inter daythey had me install a four-prong plug for the trailer on my truckstill wouldnt rent me the trailer because I didnt have a tow package just a bumper ball offered me a smaller trailer and when it came down to it didnt ask if I wanted the smaller trailer and just refunded me my money for the trailer that wont be on my card for a few days.this should have been checked for before charging my card cause now I cant Evan rent a truck to move my stuff till the money Ive already gave uhaul gets deposited back on my card.

The owner who runs this location runs in a way better than the other places.At this location the vehicles are way cleaner...!!

Dont rent there rude and not doing their job.I asked to rent trailer another day. Said yupAnd then 30 mins later they told me I couldnt it was promised. No other to give me, I asked for a discount...no..No recommendation as I hurry my ads now to find something different 3 /12/2021

Awesome customer service way better then the Princeton store.

Staff was trying hard but they are way understaffed and they didnt have a wiring harness I was told they had and I already paid for.

Do not use u-haul. Theyre very rude no empathy and lie to you on the phone. My whole family got the covid-19 and had to go under quarantine two days after we rented the truck period they kept taking the money out of my account and would not stop. I finally closed the account and they came and took the truck with all my belongings please for no help as well. Ive used them 40-50 times and felt very disrespected not appreciated and no empathy. Watch our local news we were interviewed for a story on this situation

Truck was as promised but the no touch deliver is only a promise. You have to go inside and wait in line to get the keys. I waited maybe almost 10 minutes behind a man who did not have a mask. There was an employee as well behind the desk for a moment without a mask.I expected the additional items that I ordered to be inside the truck for the touch free delivery. Did not get any of them.Four stars is more than they should get.

Completely rude and unprofessional, unwilling to help customers and refuse to even do their job. Not sure how this store is still in business.

I had a storage here for almost 2 years. Never had an issue with the staff. And even when I moved out - about 2 weeks ago; staff was helpful and office, parking lot and storage area was clean. Aside from my storage unit, I have rented a truck twice with no issues. I get what others have said about no one in the office; i just figure they are busy. It is a busy location. 5 stars for in person and over the phone help.

Very kind and willing to work with us. We initially came in looking for a 10 footer and they didnt have one available. Disappointed, we thought we needed to go to another Branch but they were willing to give us a 15 footer for same price. Very much recommend this branch.

When I came in it took 5 minutes for an associate to come the front desk the lobby no one was watching the lobby even though no one was there. When getting assistance the associate seemed distracted with his phone. Until he saw I noticed he was not too friendly. But by the end of the transaction we made good coveration it was quick and I was onand out.

Worst experience i had at a uhaul ever... Went in frantic on an emergency move coming out of the er even had a reservation... And was turned away for cussing on the phone in the store. Then as i walked away he says just to let u know we r the only uhaul who accepts cash (because i wanted to pay half cash didnt know it wasnt possable here so had to pay full cahs n was 5$ short n ig they really cant run my card at all 1 or the other)...but every other business can.. the front desk clerk took forever to even come back from his car i parked next to must have been on break ig... Point blank im sick with tonsillitis n uvulitis i needed a uhaul to make it easy on me n the 2 men working April 9th 2019 at1 pm were the worst. Ill be goin to 2 men one truck from now on they move it for u too 💯💖 wayyyy nicer ppl to deal with as well
