You are Always the most important person in the store, when you arrive! They Always do their best to give you GREAT SERVICE whether they are fixing a flat on an old tractor tire, or selling you a $1,500. Set of new tires! They have been giving over the top service for decades!

We blew a tire on our trailer on the way to our outboard boat racing nationals in Illinois. Stopped by them and they not only were able to get a new tire on our trailer in less then ten minutes they were able to provide us with a spare rim and tire for just in case! They were extremely professional, friendly and probably one of the most efficient tire shops I have ever been to! Highly recommend them! Made our whole trip and we left with smiles on our faces that were ear to ear! Thank you boys!!

Blew a tire on our cargo trailer just west of Ellensburg during a downpour. Called Ellensburg Tire Service and spoke to Connor to explain our predicament. He said he would dispatch a truck and get us taken care of. No baloney, no BS, just quick, simple service. 10 minutes later, the truck rolls up and a mechanic named Richard got right to work in the pouring rain. 15 minutes later we were back on the road. The service was excellent and the price was fair. Great work by these guys!!

This tire center is absolutely amazing. Not only did they do a great job servicing my breaks, they also had great customer service. I left my truck there over night and they offered to give me a ride home; they even offered to pick me up in order to pick up my truck. Overall a very great experience, as always!

Picked up something on the left rear tire and got an alert that I had low pressure (23psi) a quick google search brought me to Cooper Tire. I passed up Les Schwab that was right off the freeway and they were buusy. Pulled into Cooper with 11psi! They came right up and got straight to it. They said well have ya done in about 15 minutes. Well that was pretty accurate. 15-20 minutes and 26 bucks later I was back on the road. I put 350+ more miles on the truck after that, no problems whatsoever. 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely return for service if needed. Thank you guys.

We were driving home and blew a tire just past Cle Elum and called with an emergency. We were told that you would send someone our way and we contacted the driver you sent and he confirmed he would be to us in 2-2.5 hours. We waited on the side of the road for over 7 hours, trying to call multiple times with no answer and no one showed up. We had to have a friend from Lacey come out and help and change the tire in the dark. I cannot explain how disappointed we are. You didn’t even have the decency to call and tell us you were no longer coming. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced … ever. Will never support this company,

Most tire shops place nuts inside air guns, which leads to a a few lug nuts cross threading. This isnt a problem until you remove the wheel, and the lug snaps. At that point, theyll charge you to repair the damage they caused in the first place, a year or two before. Ellensburg Tire Center stands out as a place Ive used many times, and theyve never cross-threaded a single nut. Ive been super impressed with the care they put into vehicles, and theyre the only place I trust to touch my wheels.

After having an awful experience at the les swaab in Ellensburg, we looked up the other nearest convenient tire shop being Ellensburg tire center. There was a knocking sound that came from front right tire, once asked about it they immediately test drove and found the problem being that the brake pad was loose since the breaks are all new are were just re-done. Special shout out to Neil ONeil, friendly and extremely helpful and not lazy like les swaab; thanks a million we now may continue our trip to Utah with peace at mind!

I was camping at Lake Easton and this family next to us we’re talking about tires. Chance told me of a place in Ellensburg that was really great for tires. So, my Kia needed tires. I drove down to Ellensburg to check it out. Cory helped me with buying my tires. I asked him if they had military discount. He said, he had to check with his boss. They did have one. I bought the tires and the job was done in less than an hour. I was also looking at some truck tires and Neil, the manager asked, if I needed help with tires. He caked for truck tires and today, I called Neil and he had the tires. So, story short. I am getting new truck tires tomorrow. Great place to buy tires and customer service.

Grant and Ryan along with the team are outstanding. They were kind and ensured that we saved hundreds of dollars since they had the perfect used tire for our Audi Q7. Without the tire, we would have had to replace all 4 due to the AWD nature of the car to ensure that the tread was consistent across all tires.

I called in this place to fix a flat on my semi, a very courteous gentleman on the phone asked me to come in as there was no wait. Went in and was greeted by a very professional, smiling and knowledgeable young guy, I explained him the problem and he took care of the problem right away. I was in and out within 20-25 minutes. We had a blowout on our fifth wheel trailer between Yakima and Ellensburg. Our Good Sam roadside assistance was going to be 3.5 to 5 hours to get to us. These guys were there fast (half hour) and got us going with great service at a very reasonable price.

Great folks! We had tire problems with our travel trailer while passing through WA. We called ahead to Ellensburg Tire Center for advice and they quickly identified the problem as the wrong type of tires for our trailer. The next morning we were there at 8:00 and out by 8:30, with new tires that were better and cheaper than the originals. The tires worked great as we completed our trip to Vancouver Island. Customer service was fantastic!

When I got a flat Les Schwab insisted that it couldnt be fixed and wanted to sell me 4 new tires. Took it here and was ready to spend $100 less and get 4 new tires, they took one looked and were pretty sure they could fix the tire. Ended up costing $18 and change. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

About 2,000 miles ago I was told by the Kia dealership I would need new brake pads in about 6,000 to 10,000 miles. I took my car to one of the big chain tire shops who told me I need my rotors machined as well, which adds a couple hundred dollars to the bill. I knew that wasnt right based off of what the dealership told me. This was the first brake job on my car and I knew the pads had not deteriorated to the point of damaging the rotors. I left and took my car to Ellensburg Tire Center figuring this would be a good way to test thier honesty. Well they passed with flying colors and the brake pad replacement cost was notably less than what I was quoted at the chain store (even without the rotor work). They did the work astonishingly fast despite being busy(less than 2 hours). They have earned a customer and advocate for life. Dont waste your time with the big chain stores. I hope Ellensburg Tire Center is around for a long time.

I have been to a lot of tire shops across several states over the last 10 years, and I have to say, these guys rank top.Their service, knowledge, pricing, and availability, is just phenomenal!They are consistently several hundred lower than the comptetitor across town. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic business. Provided a spare tire and wheel for my pickup at 1/3rd of what Les Schwab charged me. Also removed a screw and patched the hole in under an hour, free of charge. Highly recommended.

This tire store rocks! We arrived with a ripped up tire at 3:30 pm on Saturday May 26th & we were driving away by 3:50 pm with a smile on our face. We would absolutely recommend the. If you need tires anywhere near Ellensburg, WA. So very impressed with them.

Poor quality control. I bought four new tires here which they mounted, but apparently didnt balance. Once on the highway, it started shimmying very badly. I dont live nearby, so I had the wheels balanced locally which fixed the problem. When I got back to Ellensburg a week later, I told them about the problem and the response I got was, Oh, that shouldnt happen. While the tire prices were good, I wouldnt trust these guys to do a good job or stand by their work.
