I am in town for work and I ran over something, stopped here and was taken care of quickly! Waited maybe 30 minites, but it was quick! The young gentleman who assisted me was so friendly! Thank you, this was a big relief being that I had a rental car and not close to home!

We live in Olympia, WA and regularly use Les Schwab in Tumwater. This last weekend while we were traveling through Ellensburg our trailer blew a bearing. We were very pleased to find the Les Schwab store. We limped our trailer into their parking lot Sunday afternoon and being closed we spent the night. Monday morning we inspected the damage. Not only did I need a new axle but the rear leaf spring brackets had broken off the chassis. I found a local portable welder to take care of the welding repairs and our heroes at Les Schwab pulled together all of the other needed parts. Tuesday afternoon we were back on the road! I want to especially thank Jeff for his persistence and professional attitude. He worked in the heat to get parts removed then reinstalled. He was professional, patient, and courteous. Additional thanks should go to the other LS team members. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Thank you for getting us back on the road in a very timely way.

These guys have helped me out in pinch a couple of times. Once they sent someone out to change my tire on the side of the road when I had a blowout on the freeway and the other day the got my bearings changed the same day and got me back on the road. Im super happy with the service here.

Overall over never had problems with these guys, been going here forever. But when they busted a lug on my box truck and told me it was already like that and refused to fix the problem I was not too happy.. other then that... Its a great place

If we could give more stars we definitely would!! We travelled from Minnesota, loaded up from the hotel when we realized we had a flat. Les Schwab Tire Center was 1st on the Google search list and they deserve to be there! They came filled up the tire, we drove the mile over to the shop and they got us in immediately and pulled a nail for us and patched it up, for free!! Along with checking all other tires!! No charge are you kidding!! We were so surprised and thankful, this could have really put a damper on our trip and it was a very pleasent experience!! Thank you so much!!

Very great to work with. They helped us and we were in and out of there with 4 new tires in 30 minutes (from asking about tires, to purchasing the tires, through installation, rotation and balancing). Overall experience was excellent, and we will be back when it is time for another set of tires.

The front tires were completely bald on my daughters car when I picked it up from her college dorm. I decided I would chance coming in and hope to get the car serviced before I had to be back on the West Side of the mountains. I pulled in, parked and before I could get completely out of the card, a nice young man met me and asked how he could be of service. He asked for the keys, pointed me in the direction of the office and said he would get right on it. I had a quote that was more than reasonable (50 cheeper than 1 tire in Tacoma for both tires). I approved and they already were taking the old tires off and getting new ones on. I waited 10 mins and my car was done!!! If I could give more stars I would. Top notch service. Had flat tire in freeway....they stayed late to sell 4tires when AAA finally got car to them from freeway.....took AAA almost an hour to move car little over a mile....took les Schwab 10min to do paperwork and install 4new tires and send us on way home.....BRAVO LES SCHWAB

Had a bit of a scare this morning. Ended up just being my striker plate was dragging. Pulled into Les Schwab Lube and Oil, they were so nice and polite. Fixed the problem immediately, No Charge. What great service.

Pretty quick turnaround for a tire swap, maybe 20 mins or so. Kinda late to the summer tire train

Good place for tires and some suspension repairs.Brakes is where they get alot of people, super expensive and try to squeeze every penny out of you on any type of brake work. Had issues with my brakes where they were unable to diagnose the issue then suggested I get all new brake parts at 1000 dollars for the front 2 brakes alone.Tires and suspension is their strong suit, everything else is questionable.

I ended up on the side of I-90 with a flat tire. Wasnt sure if it was a blow out or not. AAA recommended Les Schwab Ellensberg. I called while waiting for my tow truck, on an 84+ degree day, with my new 8 week old kitten with me. Ben was so kind, and understanding. we went over worst case scenario options, and said theyd be ready for me when I arrived, and they were! Got there about 30 min before closing, was able to bring the kitten into the AC waiting room. The whole team was so nice! Turned out I was lucky enough to only need a patch. I was in and out quickly, and then sent safely back on my way home to Seattle. Ben thank you and the team so so much! A stressful situation turned out better than I could have hoped for.

Every time I go in there the people are nice....But even though I have a warranty for the 4 tires currently on my car. They ALWAYS say I HAVE to purchase 4 new tires and wont fix the problem they initially say they can fix. All of a sudden when I wont purchase 4 new tires all they can do is put the spare on for me. WHICH is nice, however I can go to Ellensburg tire and at least purchase a new tire. REALLY wish this all tire policy would end. Im gonna have to start purchasing tires elsewhere 😖 response to @les swab- I was there a few times, hence my post now. You keep stating policy.. We were taken care of at ELLENSBURG TIRE and plan to continue services with them.. Thank you Kaylee for your post but these matters need to be taken care of, WHEN the customer is there.

I have been here several times for alignments (one of the few places in town to do them) and whatnot and they have done great work. What made me write this 5 star review is that they didnt charge me for a balance and rotation even though I wasnt sure if the tires were from them or not. Now that is customer service! Even though they will charge me next time I will gladly pay it, and I will be coming back here for other work because of the dependability and fast service.

Les Schwab really has good customer service. they fixed a broken brake spring free of charge and aired up my tires and sent me on my way

Check your tires somewhere else or visit another center’s location outside of Ellensburg. When I arrived and informed how I’ve been dealing with rapid air leaking (I had air put in the day before), the employee walked around my car and said “Your tires look fine”. I pressed harder to check them and, after they finished cleaning, was told that something WAS up inside my tire. Corrosion. Something they couldn’t just walk around and downplay my concern.I was told by one employee that it was a hassle to check all my tires (which I repeated were leaking air rapidly lately but they did not accept that). BUT another employee said the staff had “plenty of time” to have me pay money to put new tires in. If you have time to put new tires, you have time to help me maintain my current Les Shwab Tires.If you want to be treated with respect, don’t come here. I’ve lost trust in this place. I’m also going to say that most of the low rates are coming from people who were mistaken as “not car-savvy”. This area should truly review and reconstruct their employee’s predatory practices.

Roman was amazing!! I stopped by because I had a tire pressure sensor go off on my car I didnt have an appointment I just drove up and they checked all of my tires fixed everything for me and were super super friendly thank you so much!!

Great group of people and one of the few that offer oil changes, great for simple credit building.

My boyfriend and I were leaving for a camping trip when we decided to stop for some ice in Ellensburg. We ran over a nail and got a flat tire, and immediately drove to Les Schwab. They had the tire fixed within 20 minutes of arriving, at NO CHARGE. Any other tire repair place would make this at least an hour ordeal. We greatly appreciate the incredible customer service we experienced today and will 100% be coming back. I’m just sad I couldn’t give them a tip!

Traveling through Ellensberg, got a tire pressure light. They found something in my tire wall and offered to replace the tire for free with a free used tire. In and out, back on the road again in less than 30 minutes. Great friendly service.

Whats not to like. Attentive employees, free tire air checks and free popcorn, when not corona virus times!

Called morning of to confirm they had 4 tire sensors for my Tahoe, arrive and they pull my car in then tell me they don’t have them in stock and will be a week out. I live in Cle Elum and it’s a half hour drive, hence why I called before coming in. The man that told me they would have to order the sensors was extremely rude and said I should of called before coming in, I told him I had and he said “well we don’t have them so I don’t know what to tell you!” Worst customer service ever! Called North Bend Les Schwab and they had the sensors in stock and for $10 cheaper per sensor. Won’t waste my time going back to Ellensburg and will just make the 45 minute trip to North Bend.

They did front end work on a broken controll arm. Without noticing the shock was totally broke free six inches from the ball joint was installed. So I came back for controllarm replacement and the ordered parts were srnd back. They couldnt fix my problem and now I am back for the 4th time.p.s.it is 42 miles one way to get here

BEST SHOP EVER! These people truly care. They kept the shop open late for us since we had a flat and still had over two hours to drive to our campground. We would have had to be towed home if it werent for them. They got all of our wheels changed out in a half hour and Caleb and Roman were beyond helpful. Id give them 100 stars if I could.

I took the car I was renting here because it needed service. They were very nice and I got my rental back very quickly. What Im not happy about is the person who did the oil change left his oil prints on the hood of my car as well as the steering wheel and didnt clean it. This Im not impressed with this and shouldnt have to clean off a mechanics messy work.

We are from Seattle area, we had a blowout on our 5th wheel. The closest place to us was Ellensburg, we called them and said we would be there in a half hour, the lady that answered the phone says, no problem. We drove up and it took maybe a half hour to get a nail out of truck tire and to replace all 4 5th wheel tires. So impressed with this store we might always do our tire deals through them. Got my front two tires replaced there. They were very attentive to my needs and got me the right tires very quickly! It did cost more than expected though. They answered all my inquisitive questions and were nice throughout the entire process!

Always have received great customer service from this location, especially during my last visit. Upon showing up, a technician came out and aired up my tires to the correct pressure without even asking. I also worked with a CS agent named Dillon who was able to provide me a great deal on a new set of tires. He made the experience seamless, seemed to really understand the tires he was selling to me and the whole process couldnt have gone better. Because of this great service, I will be back for future business.

I was driving from Seattle and my tire pressure light came on. I was very concerned because the tire pressure light was flashing. I stopped by this location to be safe. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to determine that my tire pressure were all okay and that it was a problem with the tire pressure sensor in my car. Highly recommended! A+ service!!!

I have had good service here. Bit expensive but they take great care of you so its worth it. I really wish theyd get rid of the siping. Its not needed and in some cases reduces the lifetime of the tire or voids their warranty.

Going to Les Schwab is like going home and feeling confident that you will be safe. I took my car in for a Safety check on the fluids before I left on a winter road trip. The happy man carefully inspected the tires, anti-freeze oils etc. Patiently answering all of my questions & concerns. For no cost!( While places in Cle Elum charge $109. without even working on the tires)Thank you Les Schwab employees for continued outstanding service. We are full time RVer’s and had a flat on our trailer and slow leak on truck on the way through WA. They got us right in, fixed 2 tires and did not charge us! We were there less than an hour. Amazing service! All professionals.

I cant speak highly enough of this place. They have helped me with truck tires, trailer tires and more - always amazingly fast and polite. Today I stopped by with some construction equipment with a tire that had come off the wheel - they fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge me. Awesome place and people.

I always get my tires serviced here, always have, along with extended family, they do the job right, stand by their products and service.

I came with a puncture in one of the tires. They fixed it in 20 minutes, and insisted not to charge anything! I explained that Im a tourist and cannot be a regular customer, but it didnt change their mind 🙂

Thank you Ellensburg Les Schwab. We had new tires we had just bought in Seattle and we got a flat as we arrived in Ellensburg. Les Schwab had to pick up a tire near Yakima. They had us back on the road in 1.5 hours. No charge. It’s worth buying your tires at Les Schwab for the amazing service they provide.

I just want to say what an awesome experience we had here! We work on the road so when stuff breaks down we need to be fixed right away! Caught a nail in the tire on I90. Had to live one night nearby and get it fixed next morning. The very friendly staff here fixed it within half an hour by putting a plug patch from inside, which is a permanent fix.Whats even better, when I offered to pay, they didnt charge me anything and insisted its free. This totally made my day after such a frustrating event. I would totally recommend this place to anyone having tire troubles. They are friendly, professional and so nice!!
