I absolutely love this Verizon. I was assisted by a young man that was very well-mannered. He helped me with what I needed and was very kind and understanding. He even opened the door for me when I was leaving the store. THIS is the kind of customer service we need nowadays. I am very IMPRESSED and very APPRECIATIVE I ended up here today. THANK YOU! :)

Brian was our sales representative and was amazing! He was very informative and helpful when it came to us deciding on a phone. We got in just before the afternoon rush and although it was very busy, he did a great job with multitasking between helping us finish our transaction while answering his coworker’s questions.

Will never step foot in here again! Amanda will scam you out of your money! She tells you the accessories are included in the out the door price, I asked her how much without them and she kept insisting that I had to buy them, if not she wouldn’t be able to sell me the phone and to do a in store pick up instead. Horrible customer service. I have been coming here for years and never had this happen to me. My career is sales and in my years of experience as a sales person, the point of “sales” is to sell the customer items. Not force them upon the customer. That is not a sales person, forcing someone to buy accessories. How is this place ok with doing this? How are you selling me something If I have no choice in buying them or not? I called a Russell cellular in another city and they advised me that it’s not required for me to buy the accessories. Horrible horrible. She needs to be talked to.

The Clovis Ave. & Kings Canyon location is awesome. This is the only location that I go to even though we have a Verizon closer to home.Paul & Amanda are awesome! I went in twice within four days for two different purchases. These two individuals are patient, helpful, knowledgeable, funny & really easy to speak too.Unfortunately, they are clearly & noticeably understaffed. On both days, they had customers waiting to be attended too and they were STILL kind, extremely respectful, PROFESSIONAL & communicated well with everyone who walked in but AGAIN are VERY short handed. I hope the store to get them help ASAP!!
My husband and I had one of the best experiences where customer service is displayed. So not only a retail experience, but over all customer service in general. If we could’ve tipped Niko, we would’ve tipped him generously. Let me start by saying we went to the CORPORATE STORE located in Clovis Sierra Vista Mall Plaza. They turned us away, we’re not helpful and seemed so lazy. So we drove all the way to Kings Canyon and Clovis location (privately owned) right before closing and we received the best customer service from Niko possible. Not only did he handle our transaction well, but was able to multitask handling other customers with a great attitude and being efficient. He made our experience truly exceptional. He’s the man to go to when you go in and role model of what employees should replicate. He deserves a raise for sure and all employees need to be trained like him. He was friendly, efficient, great sales person and took care of all of our needs. He is the only reason why we truly made our final decision in switching to Verizon and not only that but upgrading both of our phones and selecting the highest plan. If the other store had employees like Niko, they wouldn’t have lost our business. Niko is greatly appreciated and should be recognized for his exceptional work ethic! We are now long term customers ✅

I saw how well mannered she was with and attentive to everyone while helping me get a new iPhone and all the nitty grittiy that came with it. She gav me 2 solid hours of her busy time till everything went to my satisfaction.The service she gave me was more than I would expect, other associates were working as a team . The service was great but it took almost four hours and I was told that both phones upgraded would be on a 24 mo. plan which the rep even wrote down. I got home, logged into my account and one plan is 30 mo. Now I have to take more time off work to go back to fix it. I purposely got the phones because of 24 mo. I have no problem returning my phone. This happened two years ago and I will not go down this road again. I even went to a different store this time and now same issue.
Went to this store for the convenience, close from my work. But the experience was wonderful as soon as I stepped out of my car. The workers greeted you outside and waited 1 minute. I went for just a charger for my sons phone and the worker Brian was nice to help me. He gave me options and also directed me to get a discount each month for working where I work. He didnt have to say anything but he did and I appreciate it very much. I will recommend and also go back to this store.
Went in to add a line to my account today and the guy tried to upsell me into buying 3 items that (quote) “MUST” be purchased so I can add a line to my Verizon account. I said I didn’t want to buy those I just want to add the phone and he said it can’t be done without first buying there promotional 3 items. What a joke. Went online and took my business to their Corp store in blackstone paid 98.with some change to add on the iPhone to my account where I would of paid 240 with Russell. What type of managers hires this people? The Corp store said they are crazy for pushing such upsell tactics. Beware
I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism shown by the Russell Cellular staff members that helped me. One of the things that customers HATE about cell phones are the plastic, phony sales representatives in the corporate storefront offices. The Russell people didnt make me feel like that at all!Being older I appreciated the extra time they took with me to make sure that everything was set up properly and working correctly before I left the store - if it wasnt, I was sunk. However, there have been times when I left other stores and things WERENT done correctly and I had to go back. You can imagine how angry I was. Not so at Russell Cellular.If youre looking for new phones or a new carrier, Id advise you to check out Russell Cellular (a Verizon carrier). I lucked into them and I expect that Ill be be staying for a long time.

I didn’t like how the girl added the case and glass and said it came “included” with the phone. In which I didn’t want one because I can find them cheaper and then I get a text saying there was insurance added in which I didn’t ask for. It’s unfair there’s need to be something done. Be careful and make sure to tell them you don’t want insurance or accessories.
Went in just wanted someone to help explain why my bill doubled. The associate that help me didnt even try to help me. The associate told me it cant be done at the store level and made it sound like your bill is it is what it is. After that experience I plan to close my account as a long time customer. Called customer service and it was a whole different experience. They thoroughly went over my bill and explained what happened and made my concerns felt important.
Terrible customer service for a third party Verizon provider. The young lady helping me with my cell phone was rude the entire time she was helping me (eye rolling, taking deep breathes). I was not aware that this store was a third party provider until she pointed to the small sign posted in back of the store and that there was a $25.00 fee for her help. I paid the fee but the store needs to post their service fees as a third party provider. Store also needs to post a sign outside their business stating that they are a third party dealer and not Verizon Cooperate store which is misleading to customers. You can get better customer service and prices at a Verizon Corporate store guaranteed!
Definitely a 5 star rating for Nico, the Store Manager. He did not give up and was very patient fixing my Samsung issues. Was not an easy fix but he got it done. He is also very kind and considerate. Customer service is getting to be a lost part but he was the best!

Great place! The workers here are always extremely helpful and willing to go above the normal standards to ensure that you have an easy shopping experience. The make bill payments pain free and fast and they take cash payments as well. Unlike the river park location these employees are knowledgeable on the products and plans they offer and are always friendly and welcoming! If you like great customer service with fast and friendly employees then you just have to shop here for all your Verizon wireless needs

Upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 12 and after 2 hrs of switching phone plans, we finally got to activating my new phone. I logged into my iCloud and all and the guy told me I was all good to go, but once I got home I realized I had no service and couldn’t make any calls. My phone WAS NOT activated actually and I had to go back. I know I should have checked at the store to see if it was working, but I trusted that this guy knew how to do his job. Guess he didn’t.

Went in a few days ago to start my new service with Verizon and the guy who helped me and my husband literally kept telling me to just keep my phone rather than upgrading when I repeatedly told him I wanted a brand new phone. He was literally no help and proceeded to act rude with another customer.
Kelsey was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me. She was happy to go the extra mile even when I came back later with a technical issue she helped me solve even though it was a manufacturer problem she knew how to fix it. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the area. I will continue to come here. Staff was also very friendly and professional on an iPhone launch day. They even opened an hour early anticipating the launch in their awesome looking remodeled store.

If I could get a zero it would have! Ordered two phones yesterday online to pickup in store. I got an email this morning saying they were ready. My husband drives out there and they were so unorganized that he couldn’t select the curbside pickup on the device. They come out and give him one phone and he tells them it’s two phones. I call the store and Amanda tells me that she has to cancel the second device because the phones in stock were for their customers. Ummmmmm? Am I not a customer who has been with Verizon for almost 9 years now? And I was adding a new line of service too! I told her it was their job to call the customer and let them know that 1 device unavailable especially if I was trying to get the BOGO promotion. So I told her to go take the phone from my husband and cancel it all. Horrible horrible experience!

Entered this establishment to pay my bill and wasnt even greeted when I walked through the door. The employees were obviously busy handling the customers they were attending too, but I wandered around the store for a good 2-3 mins and still no we will be with you soon or anything along those lines. Ended up leaving. Why bother

Best Verizon experience ever, beautiful new phone, easy & efficient set up process, so refreshing to get a sales rep like Keyto. If you want a great experience & stellar service with a rep who actually hears what youre needing & cares enough to deliver it, then Keyto is the guy to see. No joke, dealing with this rep at this store was reminescent of the old Verizon way when you didnt mind paying a little more for alot of extra customer service, A+++++ in my book!!

Had to upgrade my phone, Kelsey was very knowledgeable and helpful. I explained what I used my phone for and what was important to me. She showed me phones and explained my options. She also set up the new phone and transferred the information from the old phone to my new one. One very happy customer!
Christopher was very friendly and helpful when I came into the store, needing a new protective glass cover for my phone screen. He didnt think the right one was in stock but he looked and looked and finally found one. He gladly, expertly installed it and wished me a good day on my way out of the store.

After going to several Verizon locations and dealing with unpleasant staff, I was relieved to go into the Kingscanyon location and have Chris and another gentleman whose name I did not get. They were both so helpful and just before helping me out they helped a customer who was very difficult and saying she was calling corporate on Chris and since I watched the whole incident I made sure to take the time to do this so he does not seem like an unhelpful employee because that is far from the case. Glad to know this location wants to help and doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience.

Every time we come here they never greet you or ask you if you need help they just ignore you and act like your not there poor customer service skills I would rather drive to the actual Verizon store then come here again
I visited this store with my family and was not pleased with the experience. I walked in, although busy, I wasnt acknowledged upon entering. There was female employee wearing a face shield who was rude and impatient (not one smile). I left the very unwelcoming environment and dont plan on returning in the future.
I will highly recommended anybody to ask for MJIA ! She made me feel like family! Her experience on iPhones is top notch! Her professionalism was more then anyone could ask for!

Ask for Ryan. He was extremely helpful when I visited this store and super friendly. There were a few other employees standing around and only helped people when he said loudly that someone would be with them shortly. Hes very easy going and I was done and out with new accessories for my phone in about 20 minutes.
