Overall it was Excellent. We found the car we wanted but priced way above what we could afford. They worked and worked on the price and got it where it needed to be. Not many dealers are willing to haggle anymore. The staff was super nice.

The best deal though is that they can get you any vehicle you want through their well connected auto network. Its worth it to go and visit to take a look at their selection. Horrible place to buy a car! I unfortunately visited this place several months back to see what they had to offer after my bank sent me a letter in the mail about purchasing a car here. The sales person was very pushy as well as the sales manager to get me into a car. Major red flag and a complete waste of time! If your looking for a car, this place isn’t it!

This place is a nightmare. We agreed to the internet price over the phone and drove an hour away. When we got there the owner said it was not for sale anymore because they were sending it to auction, but there was a another person that wanted to buy the next day. It maid zero sense. When we said we wanted it they raised the price another $3k.. after they pulled my friends credit… In my 6 years of being in the car business I have never seen anything like. This dealer gives honest car guys a bad name.

The sales person Ryan Washington said YES! What time will you be here? I said well were 2hrs away. Then he asked what will you be driving? I said a Ford F150 pickup white. So he said when yall get here ask for Ryan Washington. So when my mother and brother arrived and asked for sales person Ryan Washington he comes to tell them he told me it was already gone. Hes a lier!!! So he said he would give her a discount for driving 2hrs for a car that wasnt here and she was gonna pay cash for total cost. Okay thats good RIGHT! WELL NOPE!!! The 2nd car she had her eye on was 13,877- he tried to pull a fast one and sale her a walk out price for almost 18,000. This dealership will take advantage of you if you dont know any better and try to screw you!!!

Agreed on a price and then they tried to add a $5k warranty at the very end of the deal. They refused to sell me the truck without their warranty even after running my credit and getting approval. This is an illegal business practice and it will get reported to the BBB and FTC. Please stay away from these guysNo hagan negocio con este dealer. This place is the definition of a bait and switch scam. I found a car on the website I liked for a good price I called and spoke with someone and asked what the out the door price was just assuming it would be 1-2k higher with TTL. He gave me a price 4500 higher than what was advertised so I asked why such a difference and I quote he said we list the cars super low online to get people to come in and then add a dealer certification fee Ive tried contacting the sales man after I called him out on it and asked to speak with the owner to find out why he is baiting people in with prices he never intends to honor but no one answers. Overall dont shop here complete bait scam all the online prices are 4-5k lower than what they will actually sell it for.

This is a legit used car dealership in Houston,Texas. Car was as described, was in great shape with low miles. Mr Baines was great to work with. The ONLY negative rating I can give is that the car s price listed online is by far NOT the price you will pay to get the car out the door and on the road. I paid almost $9,000 more than the listed internet price and the kicker was that didnt even count shipping, sales tax, title or license fees either. So if I can give some advice for potential customers in the future, be 100% certain that you agree on a price that is out the door and on the road price. The car was listed for $46,800 and by the time I paid $1,000 for shipping the car, paid the taxes, title and registration fees, I was in the car for almost $14,000 more than the listed price.

There is no way this place is 5 stars!! Don’t be fooled! Do not trust this dealership. They mislead you by posting a price then increase the car by some fake mandatory “certification fee” that is not included in advertisement! The fee is $4K more than advertised. We are reporting them for sure!!! Do not waste your time and money!!!

Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The prices listed on Carguru is not the price they actually charge you. They charged me $10,000 more than what I had saw on Carguru. The features they list aren’t even what the vehicle has. They said they would reimburse me money for a certain issue and when I call to ask why I haven’t received it the person who answered said that they weren’t working at the time I bought my car and can’t help me. I will never recommend this dealership. I regret ever looking at this car dealership. Liars and scammers.

This place has terrible service! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They will sell you a car that will have problems within the first 15 days of purchase. They will give you bs excuse on why the mechanic hasn’t fixed it. They will always say the manager isn’t there when you have a question about when your car will be ready. They will give you the run around and never give you the car back!

The worst experience ever. From being charged the $5,000 for extended warranty that covers nothing to them not doing the repairs they said on The We Owe sheet. Once they took my money their contract went out the door. Every manager we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. They told us the car was fixed and when I drove off the lot and saw nothing had been done they would never take it back. Something has to be done to stop this company from taking advantage of hard working people.

If you’re from out of state I wouldn’t recommend. You won’t receive your license plate or registration before the paper tags expire. When you call to find out if it is in or if there is a problem registering the car the only response is “it takes longer because you’re out of state”. Unprofessional.Update: Hopefully your car is never totaled and you have to deal with this worthless “dealership” for refunds. The processing time on a check that is already in their hands is 2-3 weeks? Make it make sense. And how is the person who deal with the refunds only available 2 days a week? I use the word dealership lightly. No way are they a five star. I’m sure all the reviews are fake. Because it’s a hot mess over there.

This place is a SCAM!!! They are the Kings of Nigeria in the car business. Be VERY careful when signing because they add 6,000 dollar extra on some BS Program saying you need it to purchase the car to make extra commission. When I asked the manager King of Nigeria Scammer why he wouldnt sell me the car without the add on, He stated he needed to make the money somehow. They mislead you giving you a fair price and then they add 6,000 to the final price, WATCH OUT! They will try to make you sign first before showing you the numbers, they did it with me so believe me they will do it with you too. I asked several times for the numbers and they gave me the run around until the very end when I refused to sign until I saw them. Do yourself a favor and dont sign anything with this dealership!!

They will try to run your credit before they even let you look at the cars. Don’t let that happen. Until you are ready to buy the car, don’t let them run your credit. And that’s 2012 GMC that’s lifted in the parking lot, it has a bunch of transmission problems. Don’t buy!

Worse experience of my life. First, let me say that Joe is an extremely nice and funny man. If he ever leaves and go to another dealer, he would have my business. But Marcus Ramirez has ruined it for me or anyone I know. This man is demeaning, rude, and lacks ANY form of customer service. Save your money and go to a car dealer that will treat you with respect.

Drove an hour to test drive a car after talking with one of the salesman only to get there and find out the car doesn’t start and they won’t do anything else for me. Tried to talk to the manager and was told he was busy and no one ever wanted to get him on the phone. Will never do business here and would suggest others to stay away as well.

Worst experience ever i but a car and drove it for a week in a half and then it stop working i take it back to get it fix and they only told me next week it will be ready and ill go and they didn’t even put no hands on it it was there for a month and nothing had to bring it with a toll truck because they will only put excuses never again buying from them again
