Alot of choices for my wife who loves the style. And not to expensive.

I am sure this place is great for the younger generation but I am over seeing so many Tshirts books and other items covered in foul language and themes. There are definitely unique accessories and gift items however I was taken aback with the mix of overtly strange strange stuff!

I recommend this store by far for all your retro needs, you will find some items you probably havent seen since you were young, the store is very organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially JACQUI M., when I asked her to bring down a shirt that was displayed and there werent more of those shirts on the racks she was very willing yo do so and then we got her to check us out and again she showed exceptional customer service. Thank you and keep up the great job.

In my younger life that was my go to apparel whenever I was around one. Fast forward fifteen years and theyve still got it. Cool shop, friendly employees, hip customers. The random merch they have always makes for good gifts.

First thing, I HATE the mall. Any mall. And this one in particular. There are times you have to go gift hunting and this is where I go. Great inspiration. It may not be the cheapest store but the stuff is unique and the quality is good. Employees are always helpful if needed. Nobody is pestering you. Simply peruse the store and make up your own mind. This is the way I want to shop.

Mixed fashions, limited sizing. 70s and 90s?

Years ago ( like 10) they had super cool knick knacks and more variety. Everything now looks second hand or shoes you can just get cheaper at the brand store. Miss the old UO.

I tend to like the clothing sold in Urban as its trendy and you can still find some classic pieces but this is changing and its become focused heavily on trends. Typically the staff doesnt go above and beyond, they seem to do the bare minimum. The store is clean and easily accessible. Overall not horrible but the service isnt amazing and selection is for specific people.

Get the latest trends here. The staff greeted me upon arrival even though Im not their typical customer. Parking can be a trick but be patient and a spot opens up.

If you know exactly what your looking for and where its located in the store and its in stock youll still be disappointed because there wont be anyone at a cash register to take your money, then when you find someone who can operate the money drawer theyll be full of themselves and huff and puff and talk down to you. I wonder why this kind of store wastes money on brick and mortar if at every turn they try to drive potential customers to the internet or away completely {me}

Overpriced and the quality of the items here are not as good as they used to be. They used to have so much high quality beautiful stuff and now its just like the high priced hipster h&m. The only thing we bought was photos at the photo booth. Basically all the stuff in this store you can find in other places with better prices. Company is going downhill.

Eclectic array of things in the store. Nothing worth paying full price for but the bargains are there if you search for them.

Store seems cool. Trendy and on point. Cute clothes right up my alley. But only in Small and Medium? It was difficult to find a size L (about one to every 10 items I checked) and finding an XL never happened. They need better inventory management for sure. Disappointing in a Town Center-calibre store.

Staff is alright. Only helps you when you ask multiple times. Product quality doesnt match the price. You can get better quality products for a much lower or price. Way too expensive.

Its great, the overall vibes are nice and the store is very clean. The dressing rooms are very nice and comfortable. The clothes are very expensive though so if your on a budget i would not recomend this store.

Three stars because the displays are very well designed and shopping here is kinda fun. But I was here for half an hour and not a single employee asked if I needed help. Not particular to this store, but the prices are outrageous. A tiny piece of cheap cloth that they call a womans tank top sells for $30 when it should be closer to $10.

They have some good sales. I bought an awesome skirt for $5 marked down from $40! Associates are generally friendly and helpful.

Simple clothes are too overpriced

1. Paid $400 bucks for a dresser off their website that looked like a $59 pressboard dresser from Walmart.2. Took 6 weeks for it to arrive. Not their fault - their deliverer is a sub- contractor. It is their fault they continue to work with sub-contractors that are so backlogged. It didn’t take me 6 weeks to pay for the dresser?3. Dresser arrives- classic bait and switch . The dresser shown online is not what is delivered. Legs are Wobbly, drawers didn’t shut, random holes screwed in it, and grossly discolored.4 . Lesson learned; Urban outfitters is that classic corporate - American story; starts out as quality, and people over profit, then carries that overly- hyped brand, lowering its quality to improve profit margins, then saturates the market, with a bunch of cheapo things so all its investors can make one last surge of profits right before the brand flops.You will be let down. hyper- stylized online presence- beneath the fakeness is no real company—- or quality brand—— just layers upon layers of sub-contractors!5.Everyone is a contractor from the customer service reps, the people who assmeble the cheapo furniture, to the people who deliver the cheap furniture6.-UO represents everything that has happened to america since the rise of corporations.7. When you call customer service you never speak to an actual UO employee all are cheap, out-sourced, sub contracted labor, who have absolutely no power to resolve any matter. They Just shrug their shoulders and tell you it will take another 4 weeks for them to come get the cheap product they just sold you and only then can they process your refund?8. You will regret buying furniture from them.9. Their website is littered with reviews about how cheap the furniture is. Im sure a lot of reviews don’t even get on the website- as they won’t post mine.Never again.

Mostly clothing these days, less furniture. Definitely carries fewer interesting items and more commercialized retro stuff thats expensive but low quality (e.g. a pink miniature turntable with a speaker).
