Very glad I came across this place and individual. Living very close in the area, not too many options for professional gunsmiths. Called a separate business in Cuyahoga Falls, and immediately didnt want to give them my business after speaking to them. Luckily I found this place doing a google search. I didnt catch this gentlemans first name, but he was polite, honest, knowledgeable, and well-priced. Will be calling him again if I ever need other work completed. Wish I met this individual sooner. Not sure what else anyone could ask for in a business owner and operator. Thanks again!

Rick is wonderfully warm and friendly! I thought he was a retail shop, he’s actually a gunsmith and sells ammo. Even though he wasn’t selling handguns he explained to me what I should be looking for when I go visit other stores! WOW! What a kind kind man! Next time I need ammo I’m definitely going to him!!

Called about a rifle repair. He was honest about being backed up by 4 months.

Rick is friendly, beyond knowledgeable, being fair priced is a understatement his work is perfect. I didn’t have the heart I didn’t want to give it a good view because I don’t want in a line couldn’t ask for a better gunsmith.

Ive purchased guns, ammunition and accessories here and have never been disappointed. Rick is both very knowledgable about firearms and as honest as they come. Ive also had Rick work on a few of my guns and, without exception, I couldnt have been happier with the quality of his work.

Rick is a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating FFL holder. I have had several business dealings with him, and he has always taken the time to enlighten me with the many questions I have had. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer of his.

Mr.Lemke is a VERY knowledgeable, friendly,and honest gunsmith.....however...with the 38 days he had my rifle I called 3 times to check on the progress.. which he responded each time I havent even looked at it. So maybe hes overworked or maybe theres a pecking order with his more favorite customers....IDK...

Not sure when Zeke was trying to reach this business, but I had no such issues. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10:00 am thru 5:00pm, and closed weekends. Yes, this business is operated out of the owners home, and I do not see one issue with that. My need for this business was to utilize the FFL license carried by the owner, for purchasing out of State Hand Guns. Customer service, responses, and consideration were all spot on, and without delay. I would refer this business to family and friends, and will be a repeat customer.

Super knowledgeable and friendly, one man show so you get it when you get it, but it will be done correctly (Wagner the Whiner) No pecking order, first in, first out.

If Rick cant fix it, you dont need it. First class workmanship every time.

Im giving it one star for a few reasons. First, it is a residential house, not an actual brick and mortar business. I tryed the phone number with no answer and an annoying high pitched tone. I even knocked on the door but I guess nobody was home. If I get a chance to actually visit this store, then I will update my review.

All I did was call the store to get some information and the woman I talked to was extremely rude and hung up on me after saying they dont carry what Im looking for. I dont plan on doing any business here.
