Zane helped me out with a sweet new IWB holster and double mag holster. He even took the time to adjust fitment on both, and let me swap out a belt that no longer fit me. These guys give excellent service, with a smile, and stand by their products. They are also there to train you in case you are new to holstering and it is prudent to take their advice. Ill be recommending them to anyone who will allow me to show off my new gear!

Not impressed. I decided to support a local business, so I tried to get an OWB holster made for a light/optic combination. The end result was completely unwearable. I then asked them to remake it without the optic cut. I tried to make it work until I was outside the return window, but the new one is no good either. Due to shape and size, its pretty much impossible to wear without one side sticking out from my body. Additionally, the hardware placement for the belt loops means it chews up any belt I put it on.During the process of going back and forth, they were closed twice during posted business hours - including once when I called that morning to make sure they would be open. Frustrating when you drive from an hour away, multiple times!The front desk staff was basically polite enough and I appreciate them being accommodating enough to remake the holster once. However, the one I ended up with is still a bad design poorly executed, and Im not going to get my time or money back. Fortunately, there are now off the shelf options from other companies for the holster combination I need. K Rounds doesnt seem to know how to make a decent holster or run a decent business.

Im assuming they must be out of business because they sure dont return phone calls or emails.

I was on the market for a holster for my cz and krounds made the perfect OWB. I always see their products at local shops so I thought I’d give them a try and I’m not regretting it at all with the fit and finish of my holster. The shop workers are polite and made the holster in a week turn around time. I’ll be shopping here again soon and will gladly support a local business.

Great service and product. I had wanted a holster for my 45, the standard ones did not quite fit well, so they custom did one which came out very nice. Strong and well built. They even worked with my gun smith, located 15 mins from them because the gun smith had my gun changing sights. Great customer service and the online pay is also great. Drop by, see what they got or order - bring your mags or gun to make sure - then they send them out in mail along with a bill in email which is quick and easy to pay by.

These guys went way above and beyond what I expected. Walked me through all my questions. Even kept in touch via email as they helped me sort out my options. Bryce and Ashley deserve 10+ stars. Their knowledge of the product and ability to listen to my questions has made me a kRounds customer for life. Wont ever look elsewhere. They wrote the book on customer service!

Didnt purchase anything! I went there thought they sell guns. Then figured out they sell only gun equipment. But the lady at front desk was so helpful. She led me politely and patiently and allocated ten minutes of her time to guide me where should I go to buy my gun, despite being busy. Nice Customer Service!

Lead-time for a relatively new type of pistol from Sig was literally less than two hours. Both holsters (IWB and OWB) kept the grip of my P220 tucked in close to the body, to the point of accentuating my love handles! Great for concealment, the ego...not so much.

Hopefully they are out of business they dont answer emails or the phone and their holsters really are not great I get a year or two before they break thank God for warranty

What a great experience. I went in with a firearm that is very hard to find holsters for (cz p07 duty). I talked to the guys there and looked over the products. The samples made for an easy decision to go ahead and pick one up. I asked how long it would take since most holster manufacturers are a minimum of 4-6 weeks wait time. they told me 30 minutes. so i went and killed some time came back 45 minutes later and it was done and waiting for me. I got the owb holster and must say great retention and fit. very good quality product with lots of attention to detail that is over looked by most other manufacturers. That and this is priced less than most other similar holsters.bottom line they do a great job and produce a excellent product.

The k round belt is perfect. been using their belt for a few months open carrying a glock 17 and conceal carrying a Remington r51 and the belt does it job.

I have called a dozen times over the last 3 weeks, emailed them and still no response. Last time I ever buy anything from them.

I needed a holster and mag pouches. I called the number, but it wasnt it answered. I went to the store during open hours (website and door). I followed the directions on the door plus knocking, but I was ignored by the guy on the phone behind the desk for over 5 minutes. I heard they have good stuff, but I will never know. I will order from Blade tech

I could not find a holster, any kind of holster, for my EAA .380. I prefer this pistol over all the others I own and I was not comfortable with carrying it in my pocket. Besides that, I couldnt keep it clean to my satisfaction.I found K Rounds via Google and contacted them by phone. I took the pistol to them the next day and three days later I had a very nice custom made holster.They made an OWB cross draw for me that makes it easy to conceal even wearing a light summer shirt.That was about three months ago and I am still very happy with it!

I purchased one of their holsters at the WAC gunshow in Puyallup. Perfect fit and rides very well. Ill be back to them when its time to get equipment for any other gun.

Great holster, easy fit and wear-ability for an inside carry.

I probably should have written this earlier, but oh well.I was a new shooter when I had come to their storefront in Tukwila to have a holster made for my first and only handgun at a time, a Sig SP2022 9mm with an Inforce APL light. I was hesitant to be without a carry piece for as long as it took them to make the mold, but they were actually gracious enough to lend me a loaner pistol, as well as one of their IWB holsters, free of charge while they made a holster. If that doesnt say something about customer trust, then I dont know what does.The holster took exactly the amount of time specified to get made, and soon enough, I got my holster. The owner of the business, Dave, was also present when I first paid for the holster, and gave me plenty of useful carry/draw tips, and insights into the kydex holster business.10/10 would buy from again.

The best Kydex used and also have the best Loops made in my opinion. Please if you are considering a new holster do not hesitate to get a KROUNDS. THE MOST COMFORTABLE HOLSTER I HAVE EVER OWEND!! I am a slender guy and have been carrying uncomfortably for almost 20 years till now. I just purchased a new KHAR CW9 to carry from sportsmans warehouse in federal way, WA. and the gentleman that sold me the gun by the name Bracken(I think thats how he spells it) told me about K ROUNDS and gave me their card. I am LEFT HANDEDand have spent a lot of money on holsters like Galco,Bianchi,Blackhawk, BladeTech and never been happy or comfortable with any of them so I decided to go check out K ROUNDS holsters. right when I got there I liked it because It is a true owner operated company, the owners were very professional, personal and listened to me to make sure they could build me a holster for my KAHR that would be comfortable. they told me it would only take about 30 to 40 min. to make it which was shocking because I have always had to wait at leased one or to weeks for a left handed holster because no one really ever carries them but at the same time I was still a little unsure if it was going to turn out right just because of my history with all of the other holsters I have owned. I came back 35 mins later and it was done. when I tried it on my 1 1/4 belt I noticed how differently the belt loops were designed and positioned as well as the rested of the holster, it fit and felt perfect like a glove with my gun in it, I was very impressed! I also had a single mag holder made too. these holsters are made with the best materials and craftsmanship and are designed better then any other Kydex holster out there, THESE GUYS DO IT RIGHT!!!!! After my experience with blade tech, I almost lost hope in kydex, but krounds had changed that, amazing service, dropped off my handgun on Thursday and picked it up the following Wednesday, they have a customer for life and I will be bragging about them to my friends
