I have been going to this pawn shop for many years now. Frank, John, and James are always working with me going out of their way to help me out. I have dealt with many pawn shops and what makes these guys stick out and be clearly different is the fact that they treat their customers like friends by small things like remembering your name. I highly recommend coming here due to the cheaper interest rates than other pawn shops around the area as well and overall would rate this pawn shop to be the best there is compared to Cash America and other family owned shops. Have always been good to me. Ive bought a cpl hand guns from them for around 1/2 price. I got a Smith an Wesson purple and black paint like something was ripped threw the gun is where the purple was 1522 ar style rifle from them for 225$ and they threw in a really nice case. It has to outer zipper compartments one for clips the other fits cleaning kit. It also has 2 handles for carrying alongside with one arm + it has back pack style straps which is great for going to the range with more then just one gun. It was so nice I made it my Tavor X95 case. I paid 2000 for my X95 I have pawned it there and got what ever I asked for every time no questions asked. You must understand when you buy something as soon as you walk out the door that item is at the most worth 3/4. They are a buisness and provide a service Im happy to use. 700$ is the most Ive asked for on a 2000 $ rifle and got it no questions. They do know that its my child and I will be back for it but I think if I did miss the day for some reason that I would be informed and it wouldnt just be sold out from under me.I think their are very fair for what they do if I go to McPawn Exchange with the same rifle Id be lucky to get 500 and they wouldnt remember who I was the second I walked out the door.I say go in give them a chance to see for yourself then make a decision. Incredible service. Ive had several items in pawn and everything was returned just as I pawned it. Their entire staff is very willing to work with you on prices and deals. Just recently got a great deal on a handgun. I would recommend using them over any of the other pawn shops in the area.

I will definitely be a repeat customer here. I came in today looking for home security in the way of a firearm. The fella who helped me is named John, and he was very helpful indeed. He was well informed and more than happy to answer all my questions. When he found out it was my first gun, he cut me a hell of a deal and even looked for ammo for the shotgun i bought to throw in for free. good selection, good customer service, and a good price. Id give more than 5 stars if i could.

Great family owned business great service been long time friends with the owner most places will try to low ball you but these guys are willing to work with you on just about everything. Also have a great gun collection along with other cool stuff. Youll find something cool every time.

A dingy exterior (open doors to accommodate no AC) with an equally unkempt interior. Youll wait despite several employees seemingly doing nothing, and eventually youll be confronted by one of several disheveled employees who will ask what you want for an item, and sequentially be told to go wherever youll get that price for that item; you will not receive a quote. I realize there are tactics in this industry, but this location is only trying to exploit the desperate. Even if I end up selling my guns for less money, it wont be at this dump. Come here only if you like being gas lighted into giving your things away

I recently purchased a firearm from Kent Jewelry and Loan. These guys know their stuff. All very easy to work with they dont talk down to you if you have a question or are not very familiar with an item. They treat you like you want to be treated. A family run shop and a family friendly environment. They follow all the laws and from the looks of things they know the gun laws backwards forwards. Will continue to purchase firearms from these guys.

There are some interesting reviews floating around on the net about the shop, but I think they are quite unreasonable. Frank gave me a hell of a deal on a Remington 870. Would recommend over any chain shop.

I recommend them to anyone. Have great customer service. They are friendly and understanding. They always try to help.

They seem to get the stuff other pawnshops wouldnt take. They offer less than the others for pawned items and charge more for what they sell. No customer service skills, not even for a pawnshop.

My husband and I have been going here for over a year. Have bought several purchases. The owner and employees are always professional, honest and have always given me great deals and great advice. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are a decent pawn shop, they worked with me on prices a few times. They do, however, offer a bit less than other shops do. I have taken my xbox one to them a few times now, at first they told me they only do 30$ for them when cash america has always done 60$ for it. However, they did work with me and gave me 50$ instead. Which i took because i was coming the next day to get it back which i did. Overall pretty decent place. Maybe you will get a bit more for your items at cash america but they will work with you which i like.

Worst pawn shop ever. Rude employees, one a straight up A$$. Tried to offer 2% of value of items. Notice they have lots of guns on the wall. Thats from offering $50 for probably stolen guns with people who are broke and needed the money. Most pawn shops offer about 1/3 of the retail price, however, this shop offers less than 5% and closer to 2% of value. STAY AWAY.Note all of the 5 star reviews are 1 year old and writtten my employees and the owner

This friendly competently owned and operated business puts other pawn shops to shame. They are honest, fair, and trustworthy; they work with their customers not swindle, steal or use bad business practices to take advantage of people in need of money for their possessions. 30+ years in business speaks volumes about the sustainability of their operation, definitely not a fly by night operation which folds in the middle of the night only to reopen with a new façade only a few months after shuttering the business.

My girlfriend went here to get a loan on her PS4 games. She does not go to pawn shops often so she would be an easy target. She is also 6 months pregnant. She took 4 games and the guy gave her $20 total. 1 $20 dollar bill. HE MADE HER SIGN 4 LOAN TICKETS ONE FOR EACH GAME AND CHARGED HER 15 DOLLARS PER GAME $60 TO GET IT BACK!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME DO THE MATH THAT IS STEALING. IT WAS ONE TRANSACTION ALL GAMES WERE AS ONE HE DELIBERATLELY SNUCK THE OTHER THREE FORMS TO CHARGE HER EXTRA PROCESSING AND HANDLING AND STORAGE PER GAME!!!!!. WHAT A JOKE!Went in to sell my SILVER coins since I saw their little sign out front that said We buy gold and silver. What a slap in the face when I was offered $10 for over $80 IN SCRAP ALONE. The little lady behind the counter was rude and DID NOT know what she was doing. She was looking at papers when I walked in and when I asked who I talked to about selling an item she rolled her eyes and said they where busy. There was myself and another person in the store shopping.If you plan to pawn anything or sell anything I hope you are prepared to get screwed without the lube.I will not be going back and will tell everyone I know to steer WAY clear of this place.
