The woman working this morning was very kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful even while working alone being short-staffed. We even shared a few laughs. Keep up the great work I really appreciate your service!

Kevin was very helpful and was able to repair my flat tire. It was also covered under road hazard as I had previously psurchased my tires through Wal-mart so I didnt have to pay anything!! Thank you Kevin for being friendly, knowledgeable and quick with getting me back on the road!

Any time I need service on a tire OR I need to buy a new tire...I come here for the most part! This visit I had a tire that was losing air fast & often.I had bought the tire @ Walmart in 2018. I figured itd need some kind of new seal...turned out that the tire was in really bad shape. There was a bulge in it due to some radial tire wire (lets be honest... that part, the wording, I know nothing about...), so the tire needed to be replaced. Because I bought the tire @ Walmart, it had a warranty, so a new tire was prorated. So this was a $102 for $30. Super happy! Great guys!

They made sure what we needed was in stock before we drove the 30-45 mins to get there. They made sure we had everything we needed and was in and out in a timely manner. Would recommend

The staff that was there on Sunday was very professional and got us the best price possibly.

Had headlight restore done and they were very sloppy with their polisher. They ground the paint off the bumper below the headlight and even on the quarter panel all the way down to bare metal.I cant believe they even gave me my keys back and pretended like it was done!When I asked about it, they said go get a quote from a body shop.Their insurance company payed a very expensive bodywork bill.Lots of hastle but in the end it was taken care of.

We were hit with an early snow storm in November in Michigan, and I had to replace my summer only tires in a hurry. The only place where I could replace the tires quickly was Walmart. I already had my tires from last winter. It took a few hours because the Walmart shop was lacking employees, but they swapped the tires eventually. Drove on the highway and the car was vibrating pretty bad. Finally took the car to my regular mechanic shop and they find that the tires were not balanced properly. Apparently the Walmart technician, has not removed the previous weights and added new ones to balance the tire. Most likely the Walmart mechanic was missing basic training. I will try yo get back and talk with the manager. He applied the same procedure not to one but all 4 tires.

Very bad service today i was there to change tires they told me 2 hrs I said ok and came after 2 hrs and saw nobody work in my car and nobody work at service center i take my key and run away they are very very bad service

Staff are blatantly racist and rude upon every visit. After standing in line for 10 minutes and finally making it to the front, I was asked if I was really next or was it the (white) lady that came after me. After she nicely agreed that I was next, I still wasn’t helped because my 10-15minute oil change would put the servicemen beyond their desired clock out time. Keep in mind it’s 2:30, they close at 6pm. They have bad customer service in general, but especially if you’re a person of color. I usually go there because of the convenience of the location but I’m never going back.

Slow, grumpy employees. Its like they try hard to convince you to go somewhere else because the wait is very long. Pretty decent price for oil changes and tires, but it takes forever.

It took the man behind the counter over a half an hour to get my information and take my keys, he was very rude and incompetent. He was rude to the other customers ahead of me as well. I got 2 new tires and an oil change. 5 days later I had to return because my brand new tire was already flat and I had to put a donut on to drive it back to the Eastwood tire center. They told me they wouldnt be able to look at my car for over 2 hours! I drove it to the okemos tire center and they were working on it within minutes and the customer service was great! If you want work done on your car do NOT go to Eastwood tire center!

Went to get a new tire because mine had a hole in it. After charging me $85 and an hour and a half later I drove home. Next morning I woke up and my tire was flat again! When I went back to have them look at it they refused to help me! Way to sell someone a lemon for $85+. Bad customer service and decision on my part! Will never go to Walmart again for a tire. Discount Tire has always treated me best and better prices. I will stick with them for now on!

Good place to get an oil change while you do some shopping. Its too bad they dont do transfer case and differential fluid changes as well. They can be easier to do than an oil change, so I believe they are missing out on some extra work. More than once Ive seen the techs looking a little slow for work, so it would keep them occupied a little more.

Only work on basic stuff here but the guys were good

Fast oil change with a smile. I came here yesterday to get my cars oil change. They were super courteous and fast. Ive been t ok a couple walmart autos but this one was definitely the best. I was in and out I swear in under 30 minutes. I really recommend this place

They advertise services that they refuse to do of they find them to be challenging...this was the Eastwood Town Center location. Never had that problem at the Charlotte MI location. Very disappointed in the service👎🏾👎🏾

The worst place to get an oil change, I waited for 2 hours on a oil filter only to be told I had to get it myself from oreilys. Also, the manager did not reimburse me for the filter I paid for. Their oil change includes the filter, this place is a joke when it comes to auto service. I recommend better management and service. Take it to professionals. Id give this place 0 stars!!!!

Phone service takes for ever to get a hold of a person to ask a question then they have no idea is all they say over and over again. When they work in the department and should have at the very least a grasp of the concept of how things work in the department.

Do NOT go here if you have AWD!!! I was informed that the Eastwood Walmarts policy requires me to purchase FOUR tires, NOT the TWO tires I wanted to purchase!!!

Worst Wal-Mart auto center I have ever been to. Lady working auto service counter was very negative, short, rude. Would have been a two hour wait. For an oil change... Only one technician and one trainee. Dont ever come here .

Did not have tires in stock after waiting . Also said installation was free if you bought them at Wal-Mart. Apreantly that does not count for buying them online from walmart tho which they should out out there....

8:08am and i cant get any one here to even pick up the phone even though there website and sign on the door even says they open at 7:30am terrible customer service guys. Very disappointed

The staff at this location are always rude. Every time I’ve gone in there it’s been at least 1.5 hour wait... for an oil change. And that’s with no other cars in lot or garage. Will no longer be coming here.

The worst Walmart auto center I have ever been too, the lady behind the counter treated me as if I were dumb and was very rude telling me “you probably don’t even know what size tire you have.” In the most rude and condescending way, I assumed that was because of my age and the way I looked.

Went there to get a battery replaced on my Volkswagen they didnt have it was very disappointed

Went their twice and they are very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot.

Rude technicians. Every time I go in to get my oil changed they act like Im unwanted and unimportant. Buying ramps to do it myself.

May be a bit slow, but that is because they are busy.
