When I drove up, the guy at the counter began nice enough. I was on the phone with my fiancé when he told me the cost of the battery and fees (since that was the issue) and I told him that I’d wait because he said it was a bit expensive, the same man who BEGAN nice, decided to mock me and my fiancé when the service man asked what I was going to do. I looked at him sideways but said nothing. I thanked him for his time and apologized for wasting it before leaving. Needless to say, I did get it replaced for less by a reputable company. So, thanks, but no thanks.

0 Communication. I was told 3 different days that I would receive a call by the end of the day and I had to call the next morning and I STILL do not have my car back after 6 days. It wasnt until I came to the office that I found out that they were waiting on a part. I understand the part needed to be ordered and was taking longer than normal, and I am not upset about how long it has taken, I am upset with the lack of communication on yalls part.

The staff and technicians were very friendly and quite helpful. I truly appreciate the patience and kindness I was shown through the entire repair process. They communicated each step of the repairs with each call and kept their word that my car would be restored to its original beauty!! Excellent work Tony!!

They could have honored my warranty but they didn’t, I felt it would have been honored if I’d been someone else. 60,000 mile warranty & it was just 600 miles over that. I got a new 2020 Malibu & the transmission is going out

I did not have to wait long.

Beginning a new year and a new semester in college my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze had a random engine malfunction. After going to three local mechanic shops, I was told to bring the car to a Chevrolet dealership to see if they could fix it. Joe Bullard Chevrolet immediately worked my Cruze in to be inspected. The day after I was told the car was no longer drive-able. I came into the dealership the following day and met Mr. Drew Favors, the GM of sales, whom shook my hand and let me know they will take care of me and offered a great price for the Cruze. I felt hope! I begin looking at the used inventory with Mr. Dan Byrd, whom was very polite. Then handed over to Mr. Zach Bell, whom test drove every car I had interest in. I was very thankful for Mr. Bell being patient with me through the two week process of looking through inventory of all the Joe Bullard dealerships. We finally found the perfect car! Working around my two jobs and class schedule, Mr. Bell worked me in to get my paperwork finalized. He even came into work an hour early to give me the keys to my new-to-me car.
