Always referring to this place for transmission services. As a manager at Jiffy Lube, I know when customers come back from they, they have great things to tell me.

Price was fine. Got the job done, but the guy running the place was so incredibly rude. Rude enough we wont be back. Well take our service elsewhere and wont recommend them to anyone.

I have not had the pleasure of having Moscow transmissions do any of the work for my vehicles. But I have spent time working with them as a supplier for Genuine Ford Engines and Transmissions. Being a supplier gives me an internal perspective of the shop that customers do not see. That being said the team here is outstanding in their quest to repair a customer vehicle. They will always try to get the best product, be informed in the related items that are needed to do the job right and when they run into trouble will always try to address it with correct parts and procedures. I can attest to their commitment to doing the repairs correctly and with attention to detail every time.They are kind, professional and diligent in making sure customers get the best. Ive had multiple chances to help them get a customer stranded in town back on the road to confirm this.Regardless of what make and brand your vehicle is, these are the people you want to trust in making sure it gets back on the road.

So I got my clutch done about 2.5 years ago. My original clutch lasted about 150k miles. This new one has had a bad bearing for close to 2 years now, and Ive driven less than 30k miles. The clutch was not installed properly in that they forgot to bolt my engine back into the car afterwards. 2 bolts held my engine in (barely) as I drove to Boise and back. When I brought it back they told me it was not a big deal (!!)Do NOT go here unless you want to just get ripped off, treated poorly, and have to redo expensive repairs. I cant believe $1500 of work I did less than 3 years ago will need to all be redone.
