I provided partial payment that day and he assured us he would have ready at dock when we returned next day. He kept his word and sure enough had everything staged, we simply backed in, he loaded mattress, box spring, and frame. He then and assisted us with Tying down and even provided rope. The owner is incredibly efficient and very accommodating! I had two mattresses ordered from him, one needing a box sorting and frame aswell. He gave me a very reasonable discount and even comped the shipping! I had a size problem with my twin when I got it home and he was willing to trade it out without any problems. I ended up picking a cheaper model and got refunded the difference! I dont expect to have any issues further with my mattresses but if I do, I know he will be incredibly helpful in fixing it.
