I love all my furnitures that we bought from Saloni! Mr. Talip is the best rep that help us with all the process and gave us the best deal ever! I always get nice comments and praises with my dining table and other furnitures we bought (mirror, tv stand and chairs!) from my friends and relatives, all their furnitures are very durable and definitely high class! Will definitely buy more from them in the future!

The store is huge. Everything is well organized and displayed. It has a great selection of different kinds of furniture. It took us a while to find the right size couch we needed. All the credit goes to Omer who helped us find the perfect couch for us. Though it took 3 months to get this couch shipped to our house. It’s totally worth the wait. It’s a great quality couch. Definitely light up my whole living room. I’ll be back to shop more!

After searching for a sofa for almost two years both store and online, as we almost gave up, we happened to find this store in New Jersey during a business trip to NYC. We had a great experience with our sofa order from late Mar 2021, received mid-July 2021. It was delayed a bit from original estimated delivery of late May due to Covid-related supply chain disruptions and shipping disruptions. Through the delays, service was great and someone was always quick to answer the phone during business hours and give us status updates.Now that we have the sofa we love it. As you can see in the photos it is gorgeous. The microsuede that we chose is very pet-safe and easy to clean (you can just tap the sofa itself to get rid of the hair, also the dogs paws dont leave scratches). The material doesnt feel hot in the summertime weather of the DC-metro. There are an incredible amount of options to chose for fiber selection if you are as picky as we are.The sofa we chose called Panemera sectional (option 15), with adjustable backing that can pull out (as well as armrests that pull out). It has 12 inches of clearance so a vacuum can easily slide underneath of it. We opted to get something on the firmer-side. The sales person Omar was very patient in helping us choose colors that worked, and also threw in a bunch of pillows. The one downside is that shipping isnt free. But the shipment was white glove and it was delivered with caution and care. This sectional was easily moved up to our second floor despite our narrow twisting stairway, this sofa choice was the best to fit our need.

Not only is the furniture outstanding quality, but the service provided by Omar and his team is top notch! They truly help you custom tailor the furniture to you fit your taste, and the space.

As a longtime Bergen County resident, I have visited almost every furniture store on RT 17 and RT4 for past decade. Every store visiting was an one-time deal for me, I never wanted to go back the second time as I am so not interested in the old fashion style furniture in those stores. One day I caught glimpse of one of the Saloni Sofas on a local TV commercial. I was amazed by the elegant and functional designs of the Sofa bed which I never have seen at any other store.I don’t remember how many times I have revisited the Saloni store since after. Every time I walk into the Saloni show room, there are always something very unique, chic to catch my eyes.The sofas I purchased are very well designed with ergonomic function+elegant body lines+ Harmony of color combinations+Superior craftsmanship+dog scratch resistant fabric at affordable prices. I am sure Saloni will bring out more and more contemporary, timeless elegant furniture and customer-friendly experience for customers.

For a while I was looking to find furniture for my family room that was different, while driving on Rt 17S in Paramus, I happened so see Saloni decided to go in and, wow, I was so impressed with all the beautiful furniture. Talip is exceptional! He’s patient and has great customer service. He helped me with color coordination and I couldn’t be happier! If you want to have something different from everyone else I recommend Saloni furniture and ask for Talip he’s awesome and would even go to your place for measurements, coordination and with color swatches. Simply the best!

Do NOT make the mistake of buying from here. We went in to purchase a sofa and the staff seemed nice at first. The salesperson kept offering us coffee and mentioning that he was bad at math. We then decided on the couch materials and configuration and all of a sudden, the price is higher than what we were told earlier. The aforementioned bad math is the problem according to the salesman. We got the manager involved and he decided to honor the initial price so we made the purchase.Given our interaction, we just didnt feel right about the purchase so I reached out to the manager to confirm warranty terms. Turns out the salesperson lied about warranty to make the sale. At this point, we decided to cancel our order and buy from a reputable store. When I requested the cancellation, the manager tried to guilt us by saying that hell fire the salesperson.The store and staff are very shady. Depending on who youre dealing with, you will also get different prices and warranty terms. Case in point, we had our friends go in the next day to verify the price on our couch (same material/configuration) and they were given a different price!

A related company that produces special and high quality furniture for our architectural projects. The employees are friendly. They have quality managers. Delivery on time. A company working professionally. I highly recommend it.👍👍

I’m going to start off by saying that I truly never give a bad review, but instead try to discuss with management. However, my experience with Saloni was absolutely terrible (despite discussing with management)!Long story short, I purchased a sectional & dining set in September, but they didn’t arrive until January - ok, fine, it’s a pandemic & shipping was delayed - but they never updated me on my order or shipping times unless I called to check in. Then the delivery comes & my couch was the wrong orientation despite discussing it multiple times & my dining bench was the wrong color & made for a bedroom. I will give credit where it’s due though & note that the dining table & chairs are beautiful. Talip reassures me he’ll have the couch & bench remade, that I can keep the other bench for my room & I’ll get a credit for the wrong bench - I’m thinking wow, this is great! Except now it’s May and another 4 months goes by of me chasing him for delivery & status updates & the couch is wrong again!! When I called to tell him, he denied that it was wrong & cancelled my couch order. 8 months later, I’m equally done & said ok just give me my refund. That was a drama in & of itself and took nearly a month, but I finally got my money & returned the couch. Now I’m just waiting on the care & warranty docs from them, but I’m not holding my breath.As frustrating as the delays & wrong furniture were, the thing that turned me off the most was the lack of service. I would call the store & leave messages, call & text Talip & barely get responses. That is just unacceptable!If you go there, I truly hope your experience is was less stressful & chaotic than mine.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE I ORDERED A TABLE CHAIRS AND A SERVER! MY CHAIRS WERE WRONG THE TABLE WAS A WHOLE DIFFERENT ONE THAT I ORDERED! THIS HAPPEN TWICE THEY BROUGHT 2 WRONG TABLES AND THE SECOND ONE LOOKED LIKE I BELONGED IN A PARK NOT A DINNING ROOM. I WAITED 12 WEEKS FOR THE TABLE AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Went to so many furniture stores in Paramus and couldnt decide on what to buy for our new home. We decided to check out Saloni even though we figured it would be beyond our budget since its made in Europe. Fell in love with the furniture and it was totally worth the price. Our closing kept getting delayed but Omar worked with us. Literally the next day of closing, our beautiful furniture arrived. Highly recommend Saloni!

I called to inquire about a couch I had seen on Instagram and Omer was so helpful he offered to FaceTime me and show me the couch right away . Went to order dining and living room a year ago!!! We payed half cash and Talip made us apply for a credit card with Synchrony Bank. I got the living room six months after!! Then I got tired from keep calling and at the end Talip Block my number.my husband tryEd to call the Bank for dispute because Talip didn’t wanna give out money back .Omar and Talip lies to the bank and says that we received everything. Finally I got my dining room yesterday and still not receiving all the stuff I ordered a year ago. So overall they are Liars and dishonest, horrible people stay away from this place .here is a copy from the Bank.

I purchased couch, recliner, dining room plus gorgeous fire place almost 1 year ago and my friends loved all of it so much, they went to Saloni and got a new leather couch too! Customer service is amazing...Highly recommend!

We purchased a second home and bought not one, not two....but FOUR sofas & two ottomans from Saloni, all beautiful, unique custom fabrics and pillow choices, out of a huge amount of selections. While decorating this home, we got a lot of furniture from many furniture stores before we discovered Saloni (Arhaus, Restoration Hardware, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen) amd none of them had as excellent customer service, professionalism or were as timely with delivery (even in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic!) as Saloni. Our salesman, Omer, was a joy to work with from beginning to end and the delivery guys were very pro as well. Most of all, the quality of the furniture is TOP NOTCH and looks a lot more expensive than the price. The uniqueness of the sofas (how the back of the sofa has a mechanism that allows it to lift up and back, basically turning into a large twin bed) is also something that we haven’t seen ANYWHERE else! Bye, bye uncomfortable sleeper sofas. Our overnight guests are enjoying sleeping on these unique sofas/beds so kick more than the traditional sleeper sofas with the uncomfortable springs and rods that stick in your back. Our Saloni sofas are so much more comfy. Our only regret is not finding Saloni before we bought other items from their inferior competition. From now on, when we need anything, we will be going to Saloni first. Very happy with everything!

So went in 5 weeks ago to order a custom table!!! The guy Talip was quick to make a sale, take your money and never follow up. I had to call and go to the store at least 5 times when I was promised I would have my table in 2-3 weeks. It is now 5 weeks. They screen your calls (do not pick up forced to go to store) So when i went to store last week Omar said it was at warehouse will get by Thursday. Today I go and they say they don’t know where it is! So bottom line is they are Liars, Horrible Customer Service, Sneaky, and Dishonest. Do not shop here!!!! And yes will report to better business bureau. They deserve no stars!!!!

Worst experience ever. My wife and I ordered a dining room set. They promised 2-3 week delivery. I called the place after the 3rd week they wouldn’t answer my calls. I called from a different phone they answered. All along they were Ducking my calls. They made us wait 2 more weeks. Today I stopped by the store.
