Worst experience!! We reserved a truck and had a reservation guarantee however when we arrived they said the truck was checked back in but they let the person take it back out again because she left her car keys at home. The young lady at the counter called her and told us that the woman was in her way back. 45 minutes later she was still not back and they made another call to her which we could hear and she was still at home. The young lady lied to us when she told us the woman was on her way back with the truck.They couldnt honor the guaranteed reservation and refused to follow their policies.We had to go to another location across town to get a truck which took us almost an hour to get to. We lost 3 hours of our time and spent more in mileage.Dont bother making a reservation here.

The process was seamless. I called. Reserved a $19.95 pick up truck. The only additional cost was .69 a gallon for gas. Plus tax of course.. The GMC truck I leased was so nice. Ice cold air. In this July, Phoenix heat, that was a great amenity. I really liked that truck. Might buy one. The truck was spotless. The staff was efficient, prepared and helpful. Nuff said..

Es muy difícil para mí definir a este negocio pero pues se trata de calificar la calidad del servicio que brindan pero pues al final de todo el cliente es e¡ que tiene la razón y lo más importante en una empresa cualquiera que está sea su ramo en el que se desempeñe es la calidad del servicio y pues en eso si les falta poco deberían ser más flexibles en cuanto a requisitos se requieren para poder una persona tener el servicio de parte de ellos.sin más así la dejamos compañeros y espero que tomen conciencia de estos los altos mandos de este consorcio .flexibilidad señores.
