Everyone is so nice, as soon as you walk in the door, the staff is so warm and inviting. Dr. Tuel is thorough and listens to any concerns you may have. I’ve tried to go to other eye places and always feel rushed and unvalued. I’m so glad to have found this office. Everyone here really make you feel appreciated and take their time trying to find you the best contacts and/or glasses. I can be so picky with buying new frames but the lady who helped me today was so sweet and pulled me a ton of frames and gave me her honest opinion. I really appreciated her help! You will not be disappointed with the quality of service at Advance Family Eye Care.

Dr. Tuel is a fantastic doctor who conducts a very thorough examination. The entire staff was kind and friendly. My daughter was nervous to have her exam and they made her feel very calm, and even excited for it. There is a large selection of frames from every different size/shape/color. I wouldnt trust my familys eyes to anyone else!

I have been seeing Dr. Tuel for years now. Always in and out quickly. Dr. Tuel takes the time go get to know his patients and answer all their questions. Today was my first visit during covid times and you have to call to get in and they take your temp, require masks in the common areas, and clean each room.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Tuel and his staff for several years now. We have had nothing but good experiences there. Dr Tuel and his entire staff have always been professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great place!

Dr Tuel and his great staff have always been very helpful in all my glass choices and eye care . Ive been a loyal customer for over 20 years.

They withheld my medical information from me, pupillary distance. When I sighted a law saying they could not do that they eventually gave it to me and as able to buy my glasses online. The next time I go to visit they wont accept me as apacient, after being there for 10 years.

Nice facility for expensive eye exam and even more expensive frames. Beware of false ability to opt for or out of a procedure to chk eye health. Whether you sign for the procedure or not you will be charged for it and insurance does not cover it. They stated it is included in cost but no subtractable. My recommendation is to go else where especially due to child examination fee and adults fee being the same cost.
