I could not be happier with my experience. I worked with Jonah when I went in he answered all of my questions and helped give me other options based on my insurance coverage. He was patient and understanding and took his time to make sure I knew exactly how the process worked. I will definitely shop there again and will ask to deal with Jonah every time. The entire process from scheduling the appointment to getting examined was easy and efficient. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and he was able to answer all of my questions. My entire family of 5 goes to this Pearle and everyone had the same experience.

Such an easy process with very nice and helpful staff. I was reluctant to switch Dr.’s after many years but they even helped recommend the right frames for my face shape to finish the experience (I always get compliments when I wear them now) and the Dr. was very thorough! Will definitely be going back for any future needs.

I had an appointment today and the dr I saw was amazing! He listened to the issues I had this year with my vision and actually fixed my prescription to what it needs to be. The office staff was amazing too. They didn’t push me to get glasses in store and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic! Best experience in 20+ years of getting eye exams.

This Pearle Vision location is awesome. They setup a special employee plan for our team and took care of them on exams, glasses, and contacts. Dr. Tahir is very thorough. Her experience and professionalism really show. I highly recommend this location!

Usually shopping for glasses can be a hassle, however when arriving here I was instantly greeted and helped to find the frames that worked perfectly for my face and vision. From the great service at the door upon arrival to the service from the exam everything was amazing. I will definitely be coming back in the future for all my eye related needs.

I love this place! The staff is so helpful and nice and make you feel comfortable. They make the process so easy, I have been to many eye clinics before but this place is by far the best!

Our experience with Pearl Vision of Plainfield was excellent from the first phone call to make appointments, to the delivery of our glasses and contacts. Dr. New is an excellent communicator that took time to answer questions and listen to our needs. His follow up with adjusting prescriptions was much appreciated. Judys help in the ordering process and paperwork/Insurance handling was professional and friendly. Thanks to Jonah and Judy adjusting my glasses I have a great and comfortable fit. I cant say enough good things about Dr. New and his staff we are so glad we were referred to Pearl Vision Plainfield and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Had a data breech and my childs information was hacked. All they did was send some legal letter that means NOTHING. Stay AWAY !!!!

Unethical sales tactics are used by Pearle Vision. Use your hard earned dollars or employee benefits elsewhere.Arrived at location and selected a pair of frames that I wanted, then signed up for the $69 exam.Immediately after exam went to lobby to order frames only to find that once they sized me I needed a larger frame by 2mm. They told me that size wasn’t available.I searched online for Nike 7240 frame and found the frame available in the size needed (at a price $40 cheaper than Pearle).I AGAIN asked that they make sure they can’t get the 55mm frame and the answer was no.Upon ordering the frame online they needed my pupillary distance which Pearle did not provide.So I stopped back in to get this measurement and was told they will not provide that unless I order frames from them.The staff said it was Pearle policy but when asked that they produce said policy they could not. They could not contact the Manager as she was “off til Tuesday” (this was Friday) and there was no one else that could provide back up.This is a scam created by Pearle Vision and it’s employees. They aren’t looking out for customers interests and are only there to make a sale. I wouldn’t even trust that the prescription is correct because I’m sure if they can upsell they will.Look to another eye care facility and avoid Pearle at all costs!

This place is awesome. I have always had a hard time getting my prescription right dealing with astigmatism and Dr.Tahir was very patient. We didnt finish the consultation until I was 100% satisfied.

Lovely location with a great selection of frames to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and scheduling was easy. Dr. Tahir was amazing with both of my kids and took time to explain my retinal scans to me. I love my new glasses and have gotten alot of compliments.

Although the staff was friendly, both my son and husband had major issues with their lenses. 1st my sons came back with the bifocal on the outer part of the lens instead of inner. Then when they came back my son complained that something didnt seem right one eye was blury and the other seemed off a bit. They told us he just needed to get used to them, after wearing for about a week he was still complaining. We went back in to just do a full return and go somewhere else....well no real Return policy....an exchange or replace policy. So I pushed to have them double check the lenses on their machine, and low and behold the one lens was way off and the other didnt match what they had sent in to the lens crafter. I felt like I had to push and think through the problem, they just thought my kid was wrong.Then my husband had similiar issues regarding his progressive lenses. They kept telling him it seemed off because he needed to get used to them and some people just had trouble with progressives. Again we had to push and research and push to get them to send them back. In this case the lens were correct prescription, but the lens company did not have the same horizontal spacing of the prescription in each lens, so one eye could see more than the other when looking side to side.. They looked at us looked at us like we were nuts, we had them note the issues and had them redone. Came back correct, with no apology.Needless to say we will be going back to Vision Works from now on.
