John L. was exceedingly knowledgeable when assisting us with our new purchase of a trailer. He made the process seemingly simple without any issues and maintained great communication with where we were at in the process. Throughout our sale with Momot trailer sales all of their staff was friendly and eager to assist us with anything we needed. The camper orientation was beyond helpful. The staff take you through the entire trailer and show you every feature of the camper which is so helpful. They make sure you’re aware of how each feature works in the camper and answer any questions so you have a thorough understanding of all the camper has to offer.

I didnt realize this was no longer the main showroom so was a little disappointed. Actually its the service dept and the lady there was very accommodating and pleasant. Seems like a good place to go for service on your RV.

Great RV store. Not a huge surface store, but they carry in stock the essentials and had all the stuff I needed and they could order what they didnt have. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Picked up my cousins camper from them . They had put a new awning on it for got to went straight to the camp grounds from Plattsburgh RV . When to open the new Awning and found out ir was torn. Called them and they denied it was torn . We took all main roads from Plattsburgh RV. To Camp grounds . Then they tried to tell us it was just dirty.

We bought a used camper about a month ago we had amazing experience in the store and service department everyone was very friendly. Just wish they would have cleaned the camper before selling it. When getting it home we found out that the fridge had dead maggots and mold in it and under the bed mattress there was tons of moldy candy..

I cant thank them enough! My wife drove our 36 foot RV from Alabama to Plattsburgh NY on her own (KUDOS!) In February. They immediately pulled her in the bay so the RV wasnt damaged in the cold weather. They winterized and stored it the next day. We were very appreciative of their care for us and our brand new RV. My wife and I purchased a new 2015 Loredo 294RK travel trailer rv from Momot Trailer Sales, and from start to finish the entire staff at Momots made the entire experience totally stress free. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and patient with all of our questions, and my many phone calls, even though the entire staff was extremely busy getting ready for a Open House week-end. We would particularly wish to thank Mr. Tim Mitchell of the sales department who handled our purchase, and Mr.John Momot. We traded in our motorhome for this travel trailer, and were given a great trade in price. The service department at Momots is second to none!!. I can be very critical of maintenance work etc., but everything that the service department took care of for us on our motorhome was excellent, and I would also like to thank Mr. Tim Allen of the service department who did all of the maintenance on our motorhome over the past 6 years. Service department is not up to par, overcharging, my wife is handicap gave her a 8x8 block to carry out to the parking lot in the rain, then after when I picked the camper up I informed them that I just had surgery did they offer to help hook up no just watched.
