Because of my work schedule, I had to make arrangements ahead of time for dropping off and picking up the car and they were more than accommodating. The staff was exceptional in greeting me and getting me checked in. I am very picky about my gloss black Volvo and absolutely fearful of swirled paint. When I went to pick up my car, I was ecstatic. The paint is flawless. I took it for an exterior detail but they went above and beyond and thoroughly cleaned the interior too! Highly recommended!

Amazing Service! John met me at the Tesla dealership to pick up my model 3 and did a complementary paint inspection. He noted a few scratches in the clear coat that Tesla ended up paying him to wet sand and repair as part of my C.Quartz Finest Professional service.I have never put a nano coating on a car, but I decided to give it a shot. I left the car on Friday morning at 8am and they did some paint correction and applied the C.Quartz and I picked it up at 5:30. Car looks amazing and Im looking forward to low maintenance over the next few years.John and team were super friendly, explained the process to me and were great to work with.

To be honest, I was expecting way more for the price. If you are going to charge top dollar, the service better match that value. If you’re just charging the customer to recover the cost associated with the expansive facilities, then I think strategy has got to change. I’ve used at least 3 other high end detail shops on the west coast and this was somewhere in the middle. Sure, I didn’t bring them a GT2RS or a Speciale, but that shouldn’t matter.

Best. Detail. Ever.I was a little perturbed by the price when I first got the estimate for having the exterior and interior detailed along with an hour of pet hair removal and headlight restoration: a total of $1,150 including tax. When I saw the car, however, it looked brand new! Minor scrapes were gone, the headlights looked as if they replaced them with new units, and there was not a single strand of my dogs ever-shedding fur to be seen! It even smelled like a new car!The staff were professional, accommodating, and clean - they even sanitised my car keys before handing them to me; little details like that are very much appreciated in my book. The only thing they did not do was steam the engine bay, but Im not knocking any stars off for something I did not request to have done (Im use to having the engine cleaned as part of a detailing package, but that was at another detailing shop). Based on the work they did on the exterior and interior, I can only imagine how clean the engine would be if I had paid for it. Luckily its not that dirty anyways.What really sent me over the moon was having a loaner car while they worked on mine.Definitely will be having my cars detailed here again!Cheers to Metropolitan Detail for a job well done!

I just moved up to Washington, so my car had a bit of bugs and grime from the trip. I was super impressed with the whole experience, from the rapid response to requesting an appointment online, to the friendly service, the beautiful facility, and the outstanding work. Would absolutely recommend the crew here, and Ill definitely be back.

Metro is a top notch detailing facility. All of your detailing needs can be met here. I had them do full coverage PPF on my new Ferrari, as well as tint, and ceramic coating on my wheels and calipers. The wrap job turned out phenomenal, I really am impressed at the quality. They were able to hide the seams incredibly well, and you cant tell there is PPF on the car. The process does take some time, but its worth the result. I will be back with my other cars, and for washes and other detailing needs.From start to finish Metro was great to deal with. I was able to have my car delivered there directly from Ferrari. They brought the car in, confirmed everything I wanted done on the car. We also covered a few additional things I hadnt even thought of. After that they washed it and decontaminated the paint. With that done they did a full inspection to spot any errors in the paint or otherwise. They were able to spot a couple defects and correct them. After that it was time to fully wrap the car, tint the windows, and ceramic coat the wheels. It was about 2 weeks from start to finish. The car ended up looking fantastic when they were done with it. I am thrilled with the results. Good work takes time, and is well worth paying for. Now I dont have to worry about rock chips ruining my day when I am out driving. And I will be driving this car a lot!Thank you John and crew at Metro. You guys did an awesome job!

I took my brand new 2018 Macan GTS to John, Benjamin and the crew at Metropolitan for STEK paint protection film and ceramic coating, plus window tint.. car was a week old when I let them work their magic, and I was shocked at how much better they could make a brand new car look. I’ve put 2000 miles on it since getting it back and the durability and quality of the products used and the installation process has been stellar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

The staff did an excellent job in detailing my car la few days ago! I just got back from an out of state trip and the car needed some tlc :). The guys did a such a great job, this is my second time using their services and once again, they did not disappoint! The new location is also great, i couldnt help but notice how clean their work shop is! That place looks more like a show room! I was very impressed!

These guys kill it! I had a clear bra installed by them and am very satisfied. I did a ton of research before letting anyone touch my brand new car. Two things that go into this are the installation process and the actually product used. These guys use some of the best products in the industry(xpel). And on top of this they do a combination of using the templates and customizing them to get the best coverage and install on your car. That last part is what really separates Metropolitan Detail from its competitors. After this experience I will definitely be going back to them for more work. Their Metropolitan and Premier detail services look pretty good.They are also really nice guys. They showed me several cars they had in the shop and let me examine the work they do. You can tell they strive to have perfection in everything they do. That is something that is hard to find these days, much appreciated!

John and Lee guided me toward the right detail services that resulted in outstanding results! The interior is clean (I didnt have to spend my Sunday afternoon) and outside and they added ceramic coating to the bumper and hood - its spectacular - a 4-year old Mercedes looks like it came out of a showroom! John, Lee and the entire team are top notch. John joined us to inspect the Tesla on the scheduled date and it happened to be the wettest day of the decade with delivery outside. John was soaking wet and yet took his time to inspect the car in painstaking detail, including the underbody. We did a PPF, detail, glassparency treatment and their work is awesome!. These guys are craftsmen and designers.

I had paint protection film installed on my new car here and was thrilled with how good the installation looked. Paint on many new cars just isnt that durable anymore and if you have something you care about, it is worth the cost. The film applied to what are probably difficult curves on my fenders was expertly fitted and almost undetectable.Benjamin and John are great at what they do and will take care of your car no matter what it is worth.

Amazing service, and outstanding detailing. I recently just moved to the Seattle area, and my F-150 was super filthy. The MD team was not only accommodating, but they did a superb job cleaning and polishing my truck. When it came out of the shop, it looked practically show-room new. I was impressed and blown away by the attention to detail and quality of work they performed. The team at Metropolitan detail went above and beyond my expectations. I came in for an appointment for a fairly straightforward window tint installation. They gave me a free loaner car for the day, and even gave my car a full wash for free! I was planning on doing that myself, and I certainly wasnt expecting it. These folks did a wonderful job on my car, and I definitely will be back for future service.

For the record, I paid for the Metropolitan Detail package which ran about $430. Do not be scared by the price (its worth it) or by any thoughts of insignificance if you see an expensive car in the lot and youre driving a Camry. You and your car are their #1 concern and their service and results are exceptional.The Quick Points:Pros•Incredible service•Work and results are second to none•Loaner car for duration of detail•Again, the end result is amazingCons•I have none. Some might prefer a less expensive detail, and thats their choice, but you get what you pay for in this situation.Longer Experience Description:I worked with John throughout my entire process - appointment scheduling, drop off, and pick up - and I can unequivocally say he is a professional and knows how to treat a customer.Upon arrival I was greeted by name and we went out to look at my car. John took some time to review some areas of concern, including some paint transfer on my front bumper. Youll need your Drivers License and Proof of Insurance to get a loaner but the whole drop-off process took about 10 minutes from beginning to end. I dropped my car off on a weekday morning right at opening and I would expect the process to take a little longer as the day goes on and the shop is busier.I pulled up to the shop at their closing time and John greeted me again by name and we went into one of the bays to take a look at my car. I dont take as good care of my car as I should and I cant begin to describe the look on my face when I saw the results. My car looked brand new on the inside and out.There are a lot of places, particularly in Bellevue that charge a location-based premium and give sub-par service for the price - this is not one of those places.
