Great quality work after my WRX was senselessly vandalized. Took about a month but totally understand given the labor shortage. All I worked with were always up to speed and listened to me and took my needs into consideration. Highly recommend. Will go to them for all auto body needs in the future as well.

When your truck gets damaged, you obviously want to get it fixed well, and as quickly as possible. But in our case, we were getting ready to leave on an extended trip in just a few days. Despite the time crunch, Premier went over and above to make sure the job got done in time. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them!

I recently (6/2021) had an incident with my vehicle and was referred by my insurance company to Premier. I found that they were extremely easy to work with, kept in touch with updates regarding their findings and the next steps to be taken and were very professional to deal with in every respect. They supplied the parts they replaced to ensure in me they had indeed replaced what they said they had. My vehicle was returned to me washed and detailed along with a quality repair! OMG! I just took my car in to try and get the dog scratch out of the door. They told me at the beginning that it was too deep but they would try. And try they did. I snapped my tailgate off of my truck and brought it into Premier. The two gentlemen brought it around back and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Outstanding service!

This shop is the nicest, most accommodating auto business I have ever dealt with. They kept me updated on when the parts would arrive and when to expect completion. It was an insurance claim after an accident so I don’t know if the price was reasonable. I was able to drop my rental there and not have to worry about a ride. The did beautiful work and I would definitely recommend them.

I had pitch on the hood of my car from parking under a tree, I called to see what they recommended to get it off and they told me to just come on down and they would take care of it at no charge! I contacted Premier auto body after the cylinder for my car lock came out. After a quick phone communication they told me to stop by anytime so they can diagnose the issue. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours got a call to let me know that they identified and FIXED the issue. They also told me that it would be free of charge. They made my day a lot easier with their quickness and overall approach.I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I went to get and estimate on some body work trying to get mud flap on and they fixed my issue for nothing! I had bids of up to 2000.00 and all really needed was to get mud flap on. They are honest, and i will take my business to them in the future!

They changed the rear bumper of toyota tundra 2020 it did not look good some plastic covers were loose, to save money the insurance company reused some parts well I took it back and it looked a little better on the left side than on the right and well They did not clean the parts of the rear bumper I do not think I will return to that place as a customer

Customer service is hard to come by these days and I want to say these people went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. I have been having many issues and problems with insurance and so on since my parked car was smashed in by a very drunk driver. Thank you and will definitely be back if need any future service.

My experience was great! Not only does my car look great, but they did it in a timely manner and at a good price. If it weren’t for Otto, I might have gone somewhere else.

Did great fixing the doors after my car was t-boned. Unfortunately I had to take my car back multiple occasions. When I received my car back, the back passenger door was missing a piece on inside, my back rear defroster was all the sudden not working. Called, they said bring it back well fix it. Took the car back. Premier says ok everything looks good, ready to go. Next morning the rear defrost did not work and the plastic part for the door was still missing. Called again, they said bring it back well fix it. Returned the car, they actually fixed the rear defroster. But had to order the door part this time. Brought the car back home, now my rear break light was out and my windshield wipers wouldnt pull up pass my hood. I called, they said well take a look. With my work schedule and theirs I was not able gake it back to Premier. They offered to pick my car up and take a look. I explained my hood issue multiple times, they seemed to understand. I had to call them the morning they were supposed to pick up my car to remind them. Premier calls to say your car looks good adjusted the hood. I asked the guy, so my wipers come up now? He hesitated and said let me go check, had to walk to my car to tell me if my wipers come up. Thats funny to say my car is ready and good to go, but yet he didnt know if my wipers could make it past my hood. The reason my car was back in there. He also mentioned they had to order the back door part again. I said that was fine, he said they are on the way to drop your car off. 1 &1/2 hours later no car, I call Premier to ask where my car was and they say oh, we found the door peice so we wont have to come out tomorrow and fix it. I then questioned my windshield wipers and hood issue. Premier said theres nothing more we can do. I told them again, pulling my wipers up was not an issue until my vehicle was hit and taken into there shop. He argued with me telling me thats how my car was made. I have to pop the hood, to get my wipers up. I said no because Ive never had to pop my hood to do that. He then put me on hold to get the manager. Came back to the phone to tell me. The manager said if I could get a paper from Kia telling them thats not how my car was designed they would look at it. He questioned if in the 3 years Ive had my car if I had ever changed my windshield wipers??? Seriously disappointing to be made to feel like Im just making up the hood, windshield wiper issue. I will never go back to Premier or recommend them to anyone. I have a life, better things to do then make up some story about my hood issues. Premier obviously couldnt care less about customer satisfaction.

I had a fender bender with my Prius, I googled to see who to go to and Premier had great ratings. I didnt look any further, they were outstanding! They did an estimate, dealt with the insurance and did the job in a few days. I am so happy and my car looks like nothing ever happened, she looks great!!! I highly recommend going here! My wife hit a deer on the freeway in her 2012 Beetle. Premier Auto Body was recommended by a friend and Im glad he did. I arrived late in the afternoon and they were obviously busy assisting other customers. I did not have to wait very long for them to provide me with an estimate to repair my car. They performed the services in a reasonable amount of time and returned the car looking like the day I bought it. I would highly recommend them if you need to have your car repaired.

Great service at a great price

Damaged interior of my friends jeep. Pretty sure they drove it around and shopped in it as we found receipts clothing tags and a lighter in the rig when we got it back. Refused to fix it, as they said we didnt have photographic proof. Was damn near brand new when we took it in.
