This is my favorite Verizon store, I have mostly good things to say about this store.They stayed open when others closed down due to the Covid-19They really help even in the smallest matters, theyre knowledgeable, respectful and they really solve the problem if possible rather quickly.They need to offer insurance to phones all year around. I wanted an extended insurance for my phone, but I was denied because I didnt get the plan when I first got the phone, I couldnt afford the insurance then, but later in, I tried to get the extended policy and I was unable too.The store needs to have smart watches for the older phones and not just the newer ones. My wife went in to visit the store to buy a smart watch for her old phone that she has, but was denied. They told her to buy a newer phone, that wasnt too cool. They need to assist customers on fixing their old phones and not be so quick to suggest a newer phone.Other than that, it is a very nice store to shop in.

This is NOT a Verizon store. They are merely a Verizon vendor. I went in for genuine Verizon support, and was being upsold to an off brand cell phone. We kindly left, and went just a mile down the highway to the actual Verizon store in Redmond, and were treated EXCELLENT as Verizon customers. Do NOT waste your time here IMO.

Poor customer service, all they care about is making a sale. All I needed was a new cover for OLD phone, according to salesperson, they said they didnt carry clovers for phones that old but I could upgrade to new phone and that my old phone was worth $500., to trade in, that turned into $100., and would only be $500.+ for a new phone. Now thats an expensive cover. When I mentioned to the salesperson that I felt like I was just getting sales con job, he said, and I quote Im just doing my job. Well some job I guess!

Tony was a big help when my husband washed his cell phone in the washer and needed a new one fast for work. Tony provided amazing customer service, I never knew I could text someone to change my plan. That makes a working moms life a lot easier thank you.

Please read this review! -My family and I were on a plan with 12 gigs and 4 bonus gigs. One of the employees at this store, promised me multiple times that we would save money is we switched to the unlimited plan. I trusted him, and went forward with it. Our next bill rolls around and it is $80 a month higher. I came back in for an explanation and they told me that they could not fix it. They did that twice. So, they screwed me over and I ended up paying more for the plan that would save me money. It took me hours of contacting Verizon over the phone to get this resolved. Needless to say, I will never go to this Verizon store again.

I loved working with Carrie McConnell! She definitely made my experience one of the best Ive had at any Verizon. She gave me options for a new phone without pressuring me into something I didnt want, was efficient with the data transfer and transaction, and just overall easy to interact with.

Great knowledgeable service! Tony set me up with the perfect phone and was able to transfer all my old phones content and when I came in I couldnt even get it turned on. Definitely the best Verizon store in central Oregon!

If your going with Verizon (Im testing the water), hook up with Cellular Sales. Had a complicated situation merging my wifes business Verizon phone and my private AT&T phone into one account. Tried to get it done over phone and on-line with original Verizon store and hit a snag. Made an appointment with Tony (Frank) because of a veteran Verizon users recommendation. For our convenience he came in on his day off and came up with another option and got the job done. Transfer to a new phone and an old phone were in the mix also. Thanks Tony for your time and dedicated professional service (the whole business atmosphere was professional).

Amazing experience all around, Ive been working with Tony for a couple of years now and always make sure hes there when Im ready to upgrade! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, he knows what hes talking about and goes above and beyond everytime. Dont buy from this store. Bought a phone that didnt work for me. Was told they moved pictures, texts, contacts, calendar to the new phone, that wasnt the case. Lost major data in the transfer. Thats on me, I assumed they knew what they were doing. Went to return it and was one day past their 14 day return policy, (real Verizon Stores have a 30 day return policy). Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager. Customer service is not their strong point.

They are knowledgeable, honest and all seem happy. Carrie helped me and is the greatest salesperson Ive ever met in all my years; Im nearly 70. I didnt have to buy anything, but was smiling when my wife and I walked out of the North Redmond store (near Walmart) smiling. You cant go wrong here-even if you dont buy!

I wanted to be sure everyone that reads this post realizes that this Verizon Store is actually a Verizon Authorized Retailer which I was told by a Salesman at this store means he doesnt work for Verizon, but that came after the following:Came in on Friday late afternoon to get a new phone I ordered online with Verizon set up and get info transferred from my old phone. Most of the information transferred fine, but the messages did not. The Salesman (who actually very nice at the time of purchase) convinced me not give my Son my old phone (my Sons phone was having problems), but rather trade up and get him a better phone, which turned out to be a pretty good deal after all the promotions etc., there was no pressure and I was happy to upgrade. The problem (same as with my phone) everything transferred except the messages. The Salesman told us if we leave the phones with him over the weekend he will lock them up and then we could come in Monday after he does some research on the message transfer problem.. well I called to find out what the research turned up and he said nothing... (crickets chirping..) So now what do I do? It really wasnt any of his business why, but I did need some of the information on the messages that didnt transfer. Anyway, he became very superior in the information he was giving me and basically told me I had no choice but to come back in the store and take pictures of my old messages.. but that I certainly couldnt come in and get the old phone back - even though it was a trade in. I asked if he had a Superior I could speak with and he flat said - NO.. I dont have a boss. What? Everyone has a boss.. So, do you own the Verizon store I asked? lolAnyway, what I came to find out is that I CAN come back in and get the phone and the only downside is that I will lose the trade in value, which didnt amount to much anyway - why did he tell me the complete opposit of that? I was also told (by him) that he was the Manager of that store - which I assume is why he said he doesnt have a boss? But that also wasnt true either.. he is the stand-in Manager while the real Manager is out. All the true and accurate information came from Lauren at the Verizon Store in Bend. Thanks to Lauren for her help and I will drive the extra 20 miles in the future to go to that store rather than Redmond.Thanks again to Lauren in Bend for helping me.

The service was superb.

Both north and south Redmond Oregon stores. Very pushy and on you like a virus. Wouldnt answer questions, just wanted to push their top end product. Yesterday, the sales man had the nerve to follow me to my car. I will never visit a Verizon store again.And, I am not alone in this opinion.

When I got a new LG v40 there the lady who sold it to us said that they have a metal back option so we got it so that it wouldnt break as easily as glass and that is the only reason why I didnt get a new Iphone so then when me and my brothers got the phone theres we not metal they had plane glass on the back and mine I thought was actually metal but actually just has a matt finish on it so now I refuse to ever get a phone from this spot again because they dont a trust worthy staff.

The experience at Verizon was so outstanding due to Zach. He was so professional and knowledgeable about my account and the products. He assisted me with all my needs and more. I would totally recommend this store and just ask for Zach. He was so helpful and efficient.

Just had Bradley give me a lot of help on two old Verizon flip phones. No charge, didnt take much time and a nice handshake when he was done. (Have now found my cell phone dealer when we upgrade from these old flip phones. Great store!!!!!)

My family and I were passing through and we needed a car charger. They ended up lowering our bill by looking at our account like they actually cared. Well dressed employees, very professional. Truly a step up from the corporate location.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Was the first and only time that I didnt feel rushed in and out and Brad, who was helping me, sat with me until my phone was completely set up successfully. I recommend this Verizon store over any of the others Ive been in throughout Bend and Redmond.

Couldnt get the wifi calling on my phone to work. So I stopped by this verizon store on my way back home. First, a couple things about cell phone salesman. There not aggressive and pushy car salesmen, there much worse. There like Brians at Chotskies, who wear 37 peices of flair... Luckily all the other Brians were busy expressing themselves with other customers and Tyler was able to help me. He spent probably a good 2 hours trying to help me, and didnt give up, and he probably didnt get paid cause he wasnt selling me anything (but we did talk about tablets). Needless to say, if you need some phone help, and you might be having a case of the moooondays... go see Tyler. Probably going to come back and get a tablet (and maybe a new phone) from him when I can afford it.

Arrived 3:30 just purchased phones in the morning at another vendor in Bend. Was having minor problem with phone to tablet connection. Was asked where I purchased phone and then told it would be $35 to answer my questions. Told to go back to where I purchased.... Really??? The vendor in Bend was as baffled as I was. Was able to fix via phone in 2 mins.

WOW seriously the best customer service I have received in a VERY long time! I stopped in last night to look into shutting off an internet line and Robroy greeted me promptly and helped walk me through my options. I ended up adding an extra line to my account and walked out with a Buy one get one deal on two phones. We werent able to get them all setup for my business so he offered to stop by my business the next day and helped me and all my staff get the new phones up and running proficiently, he spent almost 2 hours helping us (on his day off mind you).
