Took my phone to repair there. Was promised an update next day because the person who will work on it is not in the office today. Received no update after 4 days. Called in only to hear no update yet, we will call you back when there is an update. Asked to speak with the person doing the repair and finally was connected to a rather rude guy who was trying to convince me that I know nothing about phone repair and it is a very long process. Said the phone is now disassembled it and if I want, they can put it back together it and I can come and pick it up. Guess what I did.Stay away.

I took my phone to repair there, it had a cracked screen, but it’s as still kind of working. they said it will be ready in 1 hour then I called them in 3 hours and they said it will be ready in one day then I week later I went there and they took out some parts from my phone, then they gave my phone back in a worse condition and when I took it to another repair they told me they damaged the whole phone, and I can’t get any information transferred to my new phone. That’s why I recommend never going to this place to repair your device, they have horrible customer service.

NEVER GET YOUR DEVICE FIXED HERE. We’ve been going here for years and the customer service has been getting worse each visit. Went to go get one of our phones fixed and when we asked about how long it’ll take one of the employees cursed at us (f word)+ said they’re sick of us coming to get our devices fixed. We originally went to another device repair shop to get the phone fixed since the problem seemed too complicated but the prices were higher than what One Device gave. So we went with One Device. A few months later and now we’re regretting that choice and would’ve rather gone with a more expensive option with great customer service over a cheaper option with horrible service. really disturbed and scared to go back again.

I dropped my phone this morning and the screen shattered so badly it was unusable. Took it to one hour cell phone repair in Redmond. Parking is almost non-existent in the area on a sunny Saturday, so just be aware it may take some time to find a spot. Brought my phone in, got quoted a reasonable price and a time frame, and it was delivered back to me in that time frame at that price. You won’t get any warm fuzzies from the guy behind the counter, but he’s not rude or anything. Overall I was happy with the service.

Worst customer service Ive seen in 2021. I have a iPhone screen repair, the first visit was fine, they replaced my screen within 20 mins. But when I went home the touch screen was super slow in response and images were all wrong in low light. When I came back to the store, the person in charge gave me a super bad attitude as if it was my fault for their failed repair. He also asked me to come back after hours just for him to take off the screen. How does this shop still exist?

I took my ipad in with a bad power socket on it, and the really helpful lady told me it should be a few hours, but as it was busy it would not be ready the same day. Which was fine.When I didnt hear back 24 hrs later I went back in to check up.This time a grumpy little man with a beard was really curt and short with me for going in before they had called me.So I left it another week, nothing so went back in, again he was in the store and was rude again, telling me they would call when it was ready.Fast forward 6 weeks and no call so I go back in.Same guy in the store, same attitude, this time he passes me my ipad saying it could not be fixed, and they tried to call me to tell me that. (They never did I have phone records and no call was ever made).In the past this store was great for broken ipad screens, but this experience was awful. I would really never recommend them with that guy works there.

My iPhone’s charging port was finally giving out after 3 good years. I couldn’t clean it myself and Apple said a replacement would be over $500. I took it here and they fixed it in 2 min flat, without charging me a dime. It’s now working great, I’ll be glad to go back if anything breaks again.

I hate giving bad reviews but I would not recommend this shop for replacing glass backs on iPhones. Sadly I am on my third back, not their issue. The first replacement was not completely installed and there were gaps between the back and the body of the phone leaving my phone vulnerable to water damage. Then I broke it again within a week (my fault) and went back for a second time. Cosmetics were better but when I got my phone back it would not charge wirelessly anymore. As luck would have it, I broke the back a third time (stop laughing at me but true) so I went in for a third time and explained that the charging stopped working after the second replacement. They fixed the back and I thought he told me he checked the wireless charging and it was working. They even gave me $10 off for being a repeat customer. Got home and no wireless charging. I called and of course it is my fault and I was made to feel stupid for even calling to ask about it. Still does not add up. If it was working before the second repair and then wasn’t working when I left how is that my fault? How is that related to the broken back and not the repair? The main reason I wanted the back fixed was so I would have wireless charging again. I guess this means I now have a defective phone. Bummer. I’ll probably break the back again in a week and will just upgrade my phone this time vs repair it. Note to self, don’t take your phone mountain biking in your pocket. Falling down smashes them up pretty easily!

I would say I was fortunate to know this place exists. I have a 1.5 year old iPhone XS. My 4 year old son tried to unlock the phone and after multiple unsuccessful attempts, it went into restart loop. All I can see was the apple logo on the screen. I took appointment and went to Bellevue apple store. After waiting for an hour in the line, apple store employees took the phone and asked me to come back after 2 hours so they can reset the phone. When I came back, they just gave me the phone and said it’s fixed. I checked to see if I can setup my phone and found it’s not fixed. They tried to fix in front of me for half an hour and told me that mother board needs to be replaced. It would cost me 600$. The next day I went to one hour device repair in Redmond. They fixed my phone in 2 hours and CHARGED ME NOTHING!!!

Not only was our phone at this repair shop for over 2 weeks, but we were told at 10am today that the phone would be fixed in 3 hours. When Kevin went to pick it up this afternoon, he had his phone thrown at him and was told to leave the store and take his attitude with him. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Either incompetent or scam artists. I came in 4/30/21 to have my practically pristine iPhone 7S cleaned, walked away with my battery suspiciously low, and home button disabled. I came back the same day and without my permission, a digital button was installed to make up for the home button not working. The digital button works 5% of the time. So if I want to open my phone now I have to power it down and restart it so Ill get prompted to input the passcode. When I went to pay, they said it was free. But I cant help but wonder if my original parts were swapped out for inferior parts... Also, actually read the 5 star reviews. Ask yourself if they look real.edit: The technician that gave me my phone back after the first time said there was no water damage and nothing actually got in the phone. When I came back the second time to complain about my disabled button, the next technician showed me a giant grease smear which is funny since I never opened my phone and it was literally just cleaned by their company. I think the grease smear was added when I came back so they would have an explanation for things not working. Also, I had someone come with me both times, so I have witnesses to their incompetence/scam.

This one hour device repair shop is great! They have repaired my cell phone numerous times but they also have helped me out with other misc devices like remotes and wire tracers. Their quick and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

My iPad charge port was stucked by charge cabel. I spend half hour and cant fix it. When I came to store, the staff is really nice, they help me fixed it in 5 mins for free.

I brought my phone in to get the front and back screen fixed. After the first week they told me they had to re-order the back face. Then after the second week they told me they were having issues with shipping and on the 19th day I called at 10 o’clock they told me my phone would be ready in three hours. So I went down there before the close of business and ask for my phone. Not sure what employee it was but he threw my phone at me and told me to get out with my attitude.

Quoted $50 more for a screen repair than Samsung themselves. They do get to keep a star though because they were pretty quick to respond with the (very high) quote.edited 9/18/2020: The shop sent me a nice reply after I pointed this out to them in an email, and they explained that manufactures are able to eat the cost of undercutting unauthorized repair shops, and so can offer repair prices not feasible for small businesses. So while the cost of a repair here may be more than a direct repair from Samsung, the Samsung repair can require shipping your phone and being without it for the duration of the repair. Whereas this shop can do it in about an hour. Updating to 5 stars, and leaving the cost/value decision up to the reader.

I have been struggling with an unreliable lightning port connection to my 7 plus and was considering getting an expensive socket replacement. I had already tried cleaning the port with a pin, wire tie etc to no avail. Luckily I stopped by One Hour Device repair in Redmond. The lady took my phone and used their cleaning gadget to extract the embedded lint. Handed it back in 2 minutes. No charge! Great service - I know who to go to for my family’s phone maintenance.

I dont know her name although she had great pink hair and fixed my phone lens on the spot for 1 / 10th on what Verizon quoted me and that is with insurance. whew..... very up front and honest. they get a 5 star. I will go back.

This place is great, the people are pretty helpful, My screen was lifting off the body of the phone and Ive had issues with battery drainage. They have replaced my battery a few times now as well as my screen. Most recently they replaced my battery and put all new adhesive on the back, that took 3 hours. Its been like new since.

Had an issue with my iPhone camera and simply Mac offered the same fixing service for $20 cheaper however they wanted to hold onto my phone for two days and this business only needed it for an hour fix it which is great! For only $20 more than simply Mac I decided to pay the extra for a faster turnaround time. Unfortunately I was told I would be called when the part arrived and a week went by and I was never contacted. When I did check back in they had the part and told me to come by anytime which was convenient. They were able to fix my phone within an hour however when I returned I was told it would be over $220 instead of the $130 in which I was quoted. The same employee that tried to overcharge me was the same guy that fixed it and quoted me the original price. I spoke up that the price was not what I was quoted by him and he immediately got defensive and yelled at me for raising my voice, which I definitely had not, I only questioned the price tag because it was different than what he had quoted me prior. The fact that he yelled at me and continued to have a snotty attitude for the rest of the interaction was unacceptable because I was being nothing but a polite consumer trying to get the price that I was quoted. He did agree to charge me the lower price which was good, however, that still raised a red flag that they are randomly making up prices and changing them last second on unexpecting customers.Overall my phone was properly fixed however I did not appreciate the hoops I had to jump through in order to get service, get the same price I was quoted, and the bad attitude of the technician. This establishment needs to put polite customer service higher on their list. If youre looking for polite employees go to simply Mac instead.

Beware of this place - they wont fix your phone, they will make it worse and then blame it all on you, all for $330. They are criminals. I went to One Hour Device Repair a few months ago to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. They did it for $330 and gave a lifetime warranty on the screen. From the moment I walked out of the store there was something a little bit wrong with the screen - the bottom half of it wasnt as responsive as it used to be. But, it wasnt terrible so I ignored it and put off going in to get it repaired. Clearly, the screen wasnt properly installed the first time.Fast forward to this week when suddenly, my screen went completely blank and wouldnt show anything on it. When I took it into One Hour Device Repair, the person behind the counter was already irate and rude to me, and told me I had gotten the phone water damaged so my warranty was void. First, the phone hasnt been near water since the screen replacement. Second, the iPhone has water sensors that turn it off if it detects water, and the screen was still turning on, it just wasnt displaying anything. Third, the screen was already finicky and improperly installed, so if there was moisture getting into the phone, it was the original installers fault, not mine. So, he angrily grabs my phone, replaces the screen, and says Ive replaced it as a courtesy, but Im voiding your warranty because it was water damage. Which is not true.The screen he replaced with has burning on it (dark lines across it, you can see in the photo) and is half sticking out - its an embarrassingly improper installation. So now Im out $330 for the original repair, no warranty to get it fixed despite not having violated the warranty terms, and my phone screen is still broken. These guys are weasels and criminals.

First time I went in to see about getting my laptop cleaned. The guy was rude and seemed like I was bothering him so I didnt even ask him about it. I go back in today thinking he just had a bad day. Now a lady with pink hair and him were there. Both sed very agitated and irritable. Luckily im in redmond and there are lots of shops like this. Just thought it be nice to support smaller businesses. Dont recommend at all. Even if you get passed their attitude, im sure it reflects in their work as well.

This place is great. Having two teens at home, Ive replaced a fair number of screens here - always done on time, for a better price than elsewhere, and with quality components indistinguishable from the original.But yesterdays experience is even better - I came with a laptop where the screen didnt turn on. Having googled the symptoms I expected a ~$300-$400 bill. They fixed the connection in ~10 minutes and didnt even charge me for it! What a great customer service!

This place is awesome. I needed to get my iphone screen replaced as it was cracked. I walked in, spoke to one of the staff who took a quick look and then told me to come back in an hour and it’d be done. I did and it was. Fastest and smoothest repair ever, and affordable too. I’d definitely recommend them for broken screens.I’m not sure about more complicated issues that need fixing but after this, I’d be willing to give them a chance.

TL;DR: These folks are top notch and will go above and beyond to help out their customers. They have a repair guarantee that they definitely live up to (my phone had to be fixed multiple times, and they never charged me anything extra after the initial repair).So I inherited a phone from a friend, a Motorola X Pure, definitely one of the more obscure phones out there. I cracked the screen one day, and took it in for repair. Unfortunately, they didnt have the part needed to fix it immediately, so they ordered it and I had to wait for them to make the repair (no big deal, the phone still worked). Anyways, they got the part, repaired it, and everything was all good, right?Nope. A month or so later, I noticed there was a horizontal section that wouldnt respond to me touching it. I took it in again. A few weeks later, the screen had a lot of off colors. A few weeks later, a vertical off color band was off. Every few weeks, it was a different problem with the screen, but they kept on fixing it, mustve fixed it 7-8 times but never charged me extra for the problems. Appreciate that they stood up to the repair guarantee.Ive gone to them on numerous occasions for advice and info, and theyve always come back with good feedback, and havent charged me for it. Appreciate their straight shooting customer feedback, would recommend.

This post is for the Bothell location only, not the Redmond location. I would like to thank David at the Bothell location for fixing an issue with IOS 14 on my iPhone 10X. Apparently Apple is having an issue with that update which locked up my phone. David was courteous, assuring, and knowledgeable greatly appreciated.

We went expecting a big bill for repairing our iPad. Could not plug in power charger. Turns out the charging cable broke and a piece of it was still in our iPad. They fixed it at no cost. It took all of 10 seconds for them to see the problem and do the repair. Super fast, Super friendly.

Using Aftermarket parts for an $100 battery replacement.... Could have done it myself if I was not in a hurry.... Its just not worth it. Its not to say the parts are subpart in anyway, its just feels uncomfortable for me. Also, any repair in this price SHOULD include a new set of back adhesive for the glass! I was disappointed to find that the dude just sliced my old adhesive open and place it back in after the battery swap, just how much confidence I have with a sliced adhesive? Zero. I will definitely need to replace the adhesive myself later. Thanks a lot for that.

The phone worked fine for about a month and a half but then the issue started happening again. They tried to fix it a second time but they couldnt again. Then I asked for a refund. These guys have replaced screens on two different phones for us and I had nothing but a positive experience both times. This last time, they werent busy and were able to replace the screen within 10 minutes and my daughters phone is working better than it has since she bought it used a few months ago. I wish I read the previous review. They replaced my daughter’s screen on her iPhone but the minute she got home and tried to use it, nothing works. We asked Dr. PC Fix to look at it and he confirmed that there is no SIM card in it. Went back to this place so they could put it back in and their response is that they never take a SIM card out. The only way to get it out is with a special tool which we don’t have or even know how to do. Despite the logic and facts; it worked before they replaced the screen and right after they replaced the screen, there is no SIM card, they were adamant that they didn’t do it. They never make a mistake ever. Now we have to make a special trip and spend extra time to see if t mobile can replace it. Mistakes happen. Even to the workers at one hour device repair.

Amazing service. Had issues with backup/restore- these guys spent an hour of their time solving my issue. No charge as no parts were used. Will go out my way to return to this place for their generosity

BATTERY Replacement! Please save yourself and highly Discourage their bad practices!Went on a Wednesday to get my Phones Battery Replaced. The Staff informed come back in an hour and we would do it. I was most relaxed considering the job would be done. Taken my phone back at around 630 PM and by 9 my battery was still responding the same way. I thought of giving another chance to my phone so i charged it and overnight the battery was gone again and phone was dead in Morning..I went to the Shop today informing them that It doesnt feel like anyone did anything. All I see are the scratches of opening the Slots but my phone doesnt still work.I asked to provide me the Part Number that was replaced since my original Battery wasnt ever returned back to me and the ATTITUDE of the representatives was no we do not give you the Replaced part number, which i dont have an explanation for.Instead the Guy started explaining me the intricacies that there may be something else that would cause it and we would need your phone for 24 Hours to assess that. Logically i cant be parted from my Phone unless there is a backup available and Why in the First Place the Battery was replaced at all.Next the Guy offered me my money back which i eventually chose since they lost my Trust when the Job was First NOT Done and not sure what other strategy would they employ to rip you of a few more bucks!I went in with such a high confidence and thinking they would be helpful and serve the Customer in a more Professional, Ethical and Trustworthy way but they lost it all. I wouldnt return to them and Wont recommend to others too..

This guy is awesome! I came in with less than an hour to close. He was super nice, helpful, funny, and fixed my screen in less than 15 minutes!!! Plus it’s cheaper than taking it to the Apple store. Not to mention there’s a warranty if the screen malfunctions for some reason ☺️

They took TWO WEEKS to repair my phone, and did a shoddy job just to get me out the door. A couple days later the EXACT same crack showed up, ( I did not drop/sit/kick my phone, it just sat in my vest pocket). They refused to replace. If youre going to drop $200+, spend it someplace where people are competent.

My 2+ year old iPhone charging port has been flaky. Went in thinking I needed to replace some parts. They told me the port had a lot of pocket dust, and cleaned it for free. The least I can do for this honest business is to write a review. If I have any future phone issues, Ill surely go back.

Any work or repair is done with great care. They have rescued me with help and advice when I wasnt able to figure things out myself. I am happy that I purchased my phone from them; am at the age that I didnt grow up with computers so this hands on help is valuable to me. Cory, the representative who sold me my phone, helped me to make the best choice for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, this company is a 10.

So, broke the headphone jack in my new Samsung Galaxy. I couldnt get it with tweezers, pliers or a Bic pen which was suggested from a google search. Went by Xfinity and they sent me out because I didnt have a maintenance plan. Im stressing, its late in the day. I call One Hour Device Repair they pick up immediately. With my brief description they tell me they can fix it. I race across town and pop in. I show them the phone, the tech takes it, sits down and fixes it. Whole process was under 60 seconds from coming in the door. Then they refused to charge me a penny.Thank you, fellas, Ill be back and youll be my top recommendation.

The guy who helped me and my wife seemed like he was the manager of the store. My wife barely got a couple words out before he grabbed the phone and insisted that there wasnt a problem. When we tried to communicate the problem to him, he kept talking over me while shaking his head and rolling his eyes. He kept acting like we were a huge bother and acted resentful that we were causing him to have to work. We were not being rude or unreasonable in any way and I was very surprised at this immature behavior.We managed to get someone to look at our pixel phone, but after they took it apart and reassembled it, we are experiencing an issue where the phone will only charge if the USB-C cable is plugged in with one orientation and not the other. After interacting with the man-child of a manager here we do not trust them with addressing this issue that they clearly caused.

I came here to get the back glass camera on my Pixel 2 XL fixed and they did a great job. Not only did they already have the part there, but they were able to get it done within a couple of hours of me dropping it off.I comparison shopped with several other repair shops in the area and they all cost significantly more than here and didnt have the part in stock, so I would have to wait a week to get it fixed. To my surprise, I was able to drop in here whenever and get it fixed same day.When I got my phone back, I was surprised at the craftsmanship and how it looked brand new. Although, after using my camera for a couple more days, I noticed that the pictures were overexposed and the focus wasnt always working right. I went back to the store and they were able to fix it free of charge. -1 star because they didnt get it right the first time, but glad they were able to get it ultimately fixed.

I was expecting to be charged for what they tried, but there was no charge and I was happy with that! They werent able to fix my laptop, but did explain why it wasnt working. Likely return in the future.

Really professional people. I took my phone to change a button that had been damaged when my phone fell into a water bowl. They changed it but the real damage was on the phone, because of the water, not on the button; so they put back the original and charged nothing for it. Also didnt make further repair until receiving authorization. All prices are online and true, are divided by phone model and type of repair. Really good place, I would recommend it a 100%.

Excellent place ! We had a small issue with our iPad and it was taken care here within few min when we stopped by . Though we offered to pay, they didn’t want to charge either. Will go back here for future repair needs !!
