Great service, I had my best optical examination result compared to previous experience.The prescription glasses are precise, helped me to view much better compared to my other ones.Lens quality is great.

All of my concerns were addressed. Professional, friendly, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Bui and her staff were so polite! Will definitely refer my family and friends to this eye doctor!

Everything about this place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and very professional. Dr. Bui is very thorough with everything and gave me hands down the best experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. I highly recommend Grand Eye Care!

The staff was very friendly and informative of all of my needs. I felt like I was an actual patient not just another mark trying to lose 100s of dollars. It was also very quick you can fill out all of the forms online to make the wait time even less. They also took my insurance

Please stay away from this place! Dr Bui and the staff will nicely smile but will over charge for any services that they provide. She just charged $149 for my daughters eye exam where our co-pay should have been $70 in the name of complex contact lens fitting. Please do not fall for their promotion of glasses and lenses which is way over priced. My husband was told around $500 for his glasses by Dr Buis office and luckily we did not fall for that. We ended up paying $70 through Costco using the same insurance. My son was told over $350 for his glasses by Grand Eye care and we ended up paying only $60.We are not planning to return to this clinic any more due to the surprise charges and over- charges.

Dr. Bui and her team were great! There was a ton of variety when it came to their frame selection and they were extremely helpful in making sure I left with the right pair. They carefully explained options and choices without the pressure you may see at other places. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient during the eye exam as well.

I had a great experience with grand Eye Care. The staff and Dr. Bui were really accommodating. They were very polite and took time to explain what are my benefits and recommended what best suits for me. The interior was pleasant with a modern look. Looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent staff and wonderful doctor! They know their stuff and take good care of the patient, never hurried me and provided outstanding service. Clean store, and state of the art equipment. I highly recommend this store for all your eye care needs.

My experience at Grand Eye Care was phenomenal, its a local family owned business. Dr. Bui and her staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Grand Eye Cares interior design has a nice aesthetic modern look as opposed to other optometry offices. All display frames I tried on were cleaned by the staff to accommodate the pandemic. Dr. Bui knows her stuff, any concern I had was answered with great detail. The customer service is great, Dr. Bui and her staff want to ensure that you are comfortable with your glasses/contacts before you walk out the door. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The individual attention I recieve every time I come here is amazing and the staff and Dr.Bui is always so friendly and very patient with me, even when I had 2 fussy babies with me lol. You guys are doing a fantastic job!

When I needed new glasses Dr. Bui was so helpful. She was in no hurry and took the time to truly custom fit, the most comfortable glasses Ive ever had. I made a return trip after my neighbors new dog used them as a chew toy. Dr. Bui got them good as new in no-time flat! What a PRO. Cant recommend her enough!!

Grand Eye Care is *the place* for all of your eye needs!Came in on a Saturday morning for a contact lens and a glasses exam and was greeted by two warm and friendly assistants in a most regal setting complete with gorgeous glossy floors and luxurious glass chandeliers.Dr. Bui was gracious and thorough as she updated by prescriptions and fitted me with literally the most comfortable contacts Ive worn in the past 10+ years. She and her staff also assisted me in perusing their great selection of spectacles, helping me choose a frame perfect for my day-to-day needs.
