You will find the best storage units with AC and perfect fit for your valuables, if you need something they try at their 100 % to get you what you need . Extra space storage is probably the best place going in the Storage business. The facilities are big and clean and the staff is attentive, concise and friendly. I have been shopping around for a unit to store all my fall cleaning items and have been having a time with it, but after speaking with one of the clerks there, Jose, I think I may have found my place!

I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. Kevin was so kind and patient, answering all my questions and offering really good advice, all while taking care of a few other walk-ins and the phone continuously ringing. His kindness, customer service skills and making me feel as though my upcoming move really mattered to him was what really nailed it for me.

I had the best experience!! Kevin is the best!! I was so nervous about my move and about my stuff being stored and he was so patient with me I had to change a few things a few times and he helped me through the process all while maintaining the best customer service always!! He is the reason why I will continue to store my stuff with extra space instead of a place that is lower in cost!!

I came to Extra Space entirely by accident and I am very glad I did. I was so impressed with how clean and well kept the building was. It was well lighted inside and looked brand new. The store manager Keven was so nice and treated me really nice and friendly. I will be telling all my freinds to store here.

This place does not treat its customers nicely. I have 5 storage sheds between me and my wife and they raised the rate on 4 of them at the same time. That is almost $200 more a month. I gave my notice yesterday that I am leaving because I cant afford it any longer. The previous place, Cubesmart, at least had fair prices. Bad way to treat long time customers Extra Space!

The Manager Kevin, I spoke with was fantastic!! Kind, Courteous polite and knowledgeable. He made my experience a wonderful experience!! He renewed my faith I made the correct choice having my belongs in an Extra Space Facility. Thank you Kevin!! so much for a job WELL DONE. This is from a person who has done customer service work for 35 plus years. And had received 27 customer service merit awards in just under the first 8 months of being with another company. Kevin gives the best example of excellent service.

This was overall a nice place, but the price got to be too expensive. The manager was always very nice and would greet me whenever he saw me in the building. Not sure about some of the complaints in the other reviews as I never had any issues.

I was looking for storage space Ross showed me different storage spaces found me what I needed not to far from the elevator (being disabled and not able to walk long distances) he was very kind and considerate hooked me up with a lock and boxes. I would recommend this facility

My fiance and I rented a unit online and thought that was the end of the process. I was surprised when the manager Kevin called to review our rental and see if we had any questions. Then when we got to the place, he walked us to our unit, showed us how to use the touchpad and made sure we were all set. It made us believe we picked the right place to store our stuff.

Some of these reviews have no idea what they are talking about. I have been storing here since June of last year and the problem with mice is out of control. I keep finding them in my unit and now I have to move all my belongings to avoid them being damaged. I understand why they want you to get the insurance, since they know the place is a dump. The manager tells me he is trying to get the problem solved but I dont think he or the company care. Not a good place to store stuff.

Admittedly, the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. However, I am very disappointed that after just 4 and a half month of renting from them they sent me a postcard telling me that they were raising the rate 12.5%. If you are considering this location or another nearby, make sure you get something that locks in their price for longer than 4 months. It will be a hassle to move out (and I am sure that this is why they raise their rates so quickly), but I will begin shopping for another unit.

They dont even deserve a star !!!!I am very displeased by this facility and new ownership, I came to this place because it was new, looked very clean and prices were reasonable since new ownership took over prices have gone up twice on me in less than year and now theres a bad problem with mice .I keep putting traps down and keep catching rodents, I keep bringing them down to the office and have been told I will hear from district manger, No one has reached out to me at all ...I am looking for another facility to move to ..SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

After a few months of storing my household items, I was hit with a 36% increase in my rental fee. I heard others were hit with this huge increase. No explanation. One renter said his rate had been increased 4 times already. I dont think their business is impacted by Covid. Too greedy. Their employees are creepy and rude.

There is an extreme mouse problem and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, I got cursed out and accused of lying. No one made any type of action to help or even address the issue. When I got the district manager involved, was told they did have a mouse issue but was still provided no solution. Horrible customer service and I was treated disrespectfully. Not one single individual came to assess my storage unit or issue.

I could not recommend this location any higher. After trying a couple of other services in the area, I’m so glad I found this. It’s absolutely pristine and I almost want to take my shoes off going in there. It’s that nice, clean and modern. The manager there, Isabelle T, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. When I first came in to check out the facility, she took me around the whole place and spent a full hour with me to make sure she answered all my questions and that I felt comfortable. Give this place a try, you’ll absolutely love it.

CubeSmart has apparently sold this location to ExtraSpace storage.. CubeSmart had no problem communicating the 12% rate increase effective January 6th, but couldnt communicate the sale of the location and new owners to their customers. Unacceptable.. Will never do business with CubeSmart again.

The place looks absolutely amazing and well-maintained. The general manager at this store, Nicole Kelly, was very friendly and rather knowledgeable with the place as well. This place feels like a very trustworthy place to store your belongings, and with managers like Nicole, I feel like its definitely worth the price and then some. Would highly recommend for storing whatever you need stored, when you need it stored.

I got headache every month about wrong monthly fee, wrong late fee charge even though I use easy pay, rejection insurance automatically with our signature and we had no idea why etc. To have the storage, it should not be this headache every month. What happened with the new company?Thanks god, you have a wonderful employee like Kevin, he always help me to figure it out and solve all those headache. But again it shouldn’t been any problem if you have a really good system to deal with. Please find the good solution. I don’t want to let this happening every single month. It’s bothering and wasting everyone time.Update 2: I visited the storage today and couldn’t believe what I saw. Please see attached pictures. They do have a pet control problem. I reported them and they mentioned about some unit stored food causing that problem. They are taking care now. But this is making me looking for a new storage. Adding up I have to clean all my stuffs which I’m not supposed to.

Nicole Kelly provided my brother and I with outstanding service yesterday. She answered all our questions thoroughly, explaining all the policies in place clearly. After our meeting with Nicole, I knew we made the right decision selecting CubeSmart.

All staff were very knowledgeable with process. All questions were answered, and the facility was always clean and accessible .....

RODENTS!!! Called management to notify them and they were aware and have had multiple complaints! Paying almost $200 a month to safely store my belongings and they couldnt tell me my stuff was at risk or give me a discount for having my 12 ft unit compromised! I now have to get rid of all my furniture and damaged belongings because my child is immunocompromised and they dont care to do ANYTHING about it! Free rent when you move in but wont give free rent when your unit is destroyed by rodents...bs!

The customer service provided from Nicole and Isabelle was a 10+. I had to change my appt a few times and both ladies made it very convenient for my timeframe for us to meet. After visiting a few other storage facilities looking for just short term storage, I decided on Cube Smart. Hands down the cleanest facility in the Salem area that I visited. The employees were friendly, and were extremely transparent about all charges associated with renting a unit. Well designed facility, and knowledgeable, helpful staff, made it the easy choice for storage in Salem.

CubeSmart is very new in this area. However, the initial impression is very good for me. Staff contacted me very quickly and where very informative. When I arrived on site to look over the storage space, the staff were very helpful and answered any question asked. Inspecting the storage spot required the lady guiding me to make a spot decision on how to proceed due to a mechanical but non-critical issue opening the door my assigned space. She was very professional, making the decision to offer another slot space equal to what I needed. First day and first impressions, they do make you worry or give you the warm fuzzies. Definitely the warm fuzzies for me. A+ service!

I run a business and Im often in and out of here.The HVAC always works, there are bathrooms, and everything is clean. I love the convenience of the bay doors. This facility is over nice and it makes it a better experience for me to work.We pay our rent here a year in advance to dave on the 13th month.The only improvement that I would ask is improved connectivity within the building. (Wifi or CDMA/GSM repeaters)
