Visionworks is a relatively nice place with a good selection of frames. Their optometrists tend to be pretty thorough and professional. My main objection comes from the prices of their contact lenses and glasses. Other clinics--Costco comes to mind--offer the same lenses for almost half the price as Visionworks does. So Im averaging this review out with a 3 star rating: 4 for service, 2 for price.
Ive seen the doctors here a few times and always felt like they were thorough and did a great job, which is great because you really have to trust an eye doctor! Additionally Im impressed with the staff at this location. They are friendly, organized and helpful. I got three pairs of glasses recently and had a problem with two of them. They actually stood by their 100 day warranty which really impressed me. I especially appreciated Bella and how wonderful she was to work with, even fixing my old glasses while I waited for my new ones to come in.
I was seen by Dr. Scott Craig, and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed that I had some pitting in my eye, helped me to understand why it was happening to prevent it in the future, prescribed some eye drops that would help it heal faster, and let me know that my previous doctor had downgraded my lenses when switching over to a variant for astigmatism. The follow-up visit was quick and now my eye is feeling great. Easily the best experience Ive ever had at an eye doctor.
Loved this place! Employees had great customer service! I love that we are taken such great care of by VSP cares! They are my favorite provider and love how they take care of their clients.
I really enjoyed my time at Sugarhouse Visionworks. When I went in to have my contact fitting they made the experience way less intimidating and the manager even gave me a free glasses case because I mentioned that I scratched my old pair. They are really nice here. I would recommend it.
We have constantly returned to this location because of the fantastic staff and help we receive. I would recommend it to everyone and everyone looking for a new optometrist. They have a wide selection, and there seems to be something for everyone!
Went here to get new glasses using my Vsp benefits and it was a wonderful visit. The selection of glasses was great, the exam was fast and efficient, and Rebecca did a great job at explaining to my wife and I the different options for new lenses.
Visionworks associates explained that my VSP benefits that was not used in 2020, that I was able to utilize my 2020 this year and my 2021 benefits!Rebecca is so helpful and friendly and was very knowledgeable. I recommend coming here for glasses and a good time having a great experience with eye care.
Came in for 2 pairs and got one regular vision and one rx sunglasses. I cant say how helpful the staff are and they even went a little darker on the tint. So great I recommend them to everyone!

I only go to Visionworks whenever I have my exams! They always treat me well and help me find the best glasses and prices. I go to the Sugarhouse store and Rebecca is the person you want to see! I don’t trust anyone but her when it comes to my vision. Don’t go anywhere else!
Awesome eye doctor and incredibly helpful staff! For those of you with VSP they have a program called VSP-Cares that will let you get a second pair of glasses if you didn’t use your 2020 benefit. Thanks to the staff for hooking me up!

My son and I went in for contact and glasses a couple of months ago. Initial service was nice, the doctor and front of house rep were very friendly. However, when my son went to get his glasses he put them on and the prescription was so off he thought he was wearing beer goggles, and we paid A LOT for special lenses and good frames. They tried to tell him it would take time to adjust or that the lenses they suggested, do not work for everyone. SO, why would you not test those lenses out in the exam in order to know if they worked or not? When it came time to pick up my glasses (I ordered two pairs), the exact thing happened, and I also bought into that excuse - that it would take time to adjust (and they did not fit me for the glasses, which are continually sliding down). The glasses make my depth perception way off (I have to take them off when walking down stairs or if I am walking on the street and I just avoid wearing them at all at work), the world looks angled and when I take the glasses off, I feel cross eyed! Beer goggles on steroids - not my brain trying to adjust to the right prescription. After a MONTH or more of trying to adjust I decided I would reordered my contacts from Walmart and see if I noticed any difference. They came in yesterday and I see like a dream again. I mean it is crazy. So I dont think this is a fluke. Something is seriously. My son went back and had his exam redone - a different prescription was made, the first one was off and he was told the initial lenses were those ones that dont work for everyone but are conveniently more expensive. I am going to request the same thing, a re-exam, simply because of the amount of money we invested, but then I will not be returning once this is resolved.
Not sure what is up with their super outdated computer system but it takes sooo long to complete any transactions or for them to look anything up. Seriously budget a half an hour longer then you think it should take for a quick transaction.

Quick eye exam which had me concerned about the accuracy of the prescription. Placed an order for contact lenses and they sent me the same prescription for both eyes which was incorrect. Called to notify them and they said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get the right one in. Will not be returning to this location.
Horrible company, they are lucky they got my business becuase this was one of my insurance accepted locations. But I will not be returning so please do not try to contact me.
I have been going to different visionworks for years and have always had a good experience. I went to the sugarhouse visionworks for the first time because it’s closest to where I live, and I have had a horrible experience. I have been wearing glasses for years, but was getting contacts for the first time and was feeling a little nervous. The doctor who did my eye exam was so rude and rushed through the exam and didn’t even answer my questions about contacts and what would be right for me. I had to decide for myself what I wanted with NO HELP. Then, I ordered the trial contacts and scheduled my appointment for the fitting. They canceled my initial appointment, pushed it back several days because they couldn’t get anyone in to help me put them in and then when I finally came in for the fitting the girl who helped me was SO RUDE. I shouldn’t even say helped me because she did absolutely nothing but rush me and sit on her phone the whole time and make me feel bad that I couldn’t get them in. At one point I asked her what I was doing wrong and she said “I wasn’t watching try again” and then continued to sit there on her phone. I would’ve done better by just picking up the trials, taking them home, and watching YouTube videos. Then they told me once I ordered my 3 month supply they’d come in just a few days. IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND I STILL DON’T HAVE THEM! Every time I call they tell me it’s been delayed even longer and can’t tell me when they’ll be in. When I expressed my frustration at the whole process the girl on the phone had literally nothing to say. SO RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Once I finally pick up my contacts I am NEVER going back.

Had the worst customer service experience ever. Dont get me wrong, Visionworks does offer good offers and be on time on their services. Just a backstory, Visionworks was made known to me when my boyfriend introduced me to it but in a different branch/location, so far, the best customer service Ive had. Thats why, I really do like this shop. Then, this month, I decided to purchase a sunglasses with prescription and went to Sugarhouse branch coz its nearer to my house. The lady in the front was not welcoming at all. While waiting to pay for my order, people were at the front door waiting for her to open it, (by the way, this shop locks their door and asks you to call their freakin customer service number, God knows how long would it take for us to get on hold with them), I can see her facial expression that she is annoyed by the people standing in front.And so, time came when I picked up my glasses... This same lady, just looked at me from inside the store (oh yes, I can see her), then couple of minutes, opened the door, asked what do I need, then I told her that Ill pick up my glasses... handed it to me... then, I looked at her, Can I fit them? ... just let me fit my glasses outside the store... I told her, it needs to be adjusted... then, they adjusted it, i said it feels weird and tight, and I asked her, would you let me come in and do the proper fitting? RIDICULOUS!!!I know were in the middle of pandemic, but you should not treat your customers like that.
Great eyeglasses and service in store, but when I went to request an itemized receipt for insurance, I was sent all over the place to corporate, chat, email, etc. Spent 2 hours trying to reach a real person and the response was, we will try to get that to you in 7-10 days. Something is terribly wrong here if I cannot call the store to request an itemized receipt and I cant visit the store because of COVID.
First time I got glasses here was a great experience, but after screwing up our 3 appointments today we will NEVER return!! Would not even attempt to work us in, it was a complete waist of time and gas! I will find a new provider that actually knows what customer service means, screw Visionworks all together they are not the only eye doctors in Utah!
First time I used Vision Works fastest eye exam ever performed. Not much selection for men’s frames. Staff was losing there minds with 4 people in the store to help. Needless to say I will pay out the additional cost out of network and go to my store and optometrist that has always done me right. 1 and done.
Got charged for Ray Ban sunglasses that they replaced the lenses, so i was given ray ban frame with other lenses and was still getting charged for ray ban. No thanks, returned the sunglasses and will take my business somewhere else.

Called and ordered a piece for my husbands safety glasses over 2 months ago. Haven’t heard from Visionworks and can’t get through to speak to anyone due to the automated system! This is the second time this has happened! Horrible customer service! We won’t be returning after being patients for years!!

Quick service usually for glass adjustments. Ok for eye exam if you have no major issues. A good selection of frames and very often will have buy one get one pair free promo going on. Usually get new glasses in 5 to 7 days which seems a bit long now days but not excessive. If you need a quick pair of glasses this is not your place.
We visited Visionworks today for a scheduled eye exam and the purchase of glasses! We were greeted as we walked into the door and taken back to the exam room within minutes! As a first time Visionworks customer, I found the store, the selection of frames and friendliness of the employees superb. I was greeted warmly, asked if I needed help. Had a thorough eye exam by Dr. Adler. Chandra was a great in helping me select two frames.When I went back to pick up the frames, again, I was greeted warmly, new glasses presented and Tyler fitted them perfectly.Both Chandra and Tyler were lovely. Had a great experience here! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I had issues with expired insurance and they worked with me through the whole thing. Dr Alder made me feel calm and preformed the test with great efficiency. He was also friendly and personable. Every single person working on the floor made me feel like I could release my shoulders and just relax. I usually dread optometry appointments but this was great!!
I purchased glasses for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. Her glasses are so cute, because they they have such a great variety of frames to choose from. The staff was so helpful with their recommendations. She has a high prescription for her lenses and likes the transitions so since I know they cost more I was relieved when I was quoted the price. It was well within budget. Well definitely be returning here!
Second great experience here. Dr. Alder took his time to explain everything and was very friendly. Jake also explained things thoroughly, answered all my Qs and was great to deal with (regarding glasses). Jeremy Buck (GM) helped out with sunglasses. He was informative in the break down of all the costs and helped me determine what I did and didnt want in sunglasses. All provided excellent customer service!
I’ve been to this place a few times and figured they deserve a good review! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always answer all of my questions and they’ve been happy to adjust my glasses for me so that they fit much more comfortably! What a big difference in my daily life! First of all, I was a first time buyer 6 months ago. The promotional sale helped me get new glasses for the first time in 3 years.They got their money and I got my glasses. For most thats the end of story, but Ive been able to reach out for minor adjustments (that many try to do on their own) and tips on maintaining the new pair.The quality of service has been phenomenal and I recommend them to everyone!Jake runs a clinic for customer care and quality service. Been to this place ever since I was younger and now that Im an adult I dont think there is no other place Ill go for my glasses!They are so fast and patient! Like literally it takes about 5 minutes after I choose my glasses. Seriously enjoy going here everytime!
I needed to get an eye exam and some new glasses and this was the closest one to home. I make an appointment online showed up 10 minutes early and I was taken care of right away. I was seen by the optometrist promptly and the exam was outstanding.Here is where thing went downhill fast. After my exam I was told to look at some glasses. I stood there for 15 minutes like an idiot and no one offered to help me. They did have a customer to deal with but after that they spent time being condescending to a customer on the phone asking them if they knew what a fax machine was and talking about playing the video game League of Legends.At that point I had enough went up to the counter to pay for my exam and then at that point I was finally asked if I needed help. I had money to give but I guess Visionworks didn’t want it. If you want to be ignored this place would be it. Read the reviews there is a reason for all the one star ratings.
We went there to get my daughters eyes tested after she failed the Drivers eye test. The staff was friendly and the eye doctor was awesome! He was very sweet and did an excellent job. He made my daughter feel at ease from the beginning to the end of the exam. She got really cute frames and her prescription was perfect. Cant wait to get my eyes done there!

I came in because one of the pads on my glasses broke off today. Employees were friendly and helpful. They didn’t even charge me for replacing the pads and i didn’t even get my glasses here. 5/5 just for the awesome customer service.
Went here because I needed an eye test done as soon as possible, and they were the first place I called that said they could do it that day. The test was short, and I had to fill out a form that had questions I found unnecessary. (Gender, occupation, medications - maybe the last one is good to have because its a medical thing, but I still dont find it relevant) The doctor seemed fine, and he also asked me my occupation, which seems to me like collecting information to see if they can charge you more or try and upsell you more. The test itself was maybe 10 - 15 minutes long, which is the quickest one Ive ever had. He didnt take a lot of time to check if the results were right, and I felt more rushed with the questions than I have before. After the test, I went to pay for it (30$) and they pushed for me to get glasses there. I told them no. Overall a little irritating and uncomfortable, but at least I got it done quickly and it was fairly cheap.Today I got my glasses from Costco after waiting a week, and my glasses were definitely worse than my last prescription. I really feel like if the doctor had taken his time this wouldnt have happened. Theyre definitely enough to basically be able to see, but not 20/20 certainly. I would definitely go somewhere else if you can.
A huge shoutout to the Sugarhouse store. I highly recommend this store. The staff and manager are friendly and welcoming and the service was great. I needed a new pair of glasses after my cataract surgery. The staff and manager helped navigate through the insurance paperwork and helped me pick out a great frame. Five stars from me.
I was a little hesitant in making an appointment here seeing some of the reviews but my experience could not have been better. Dr Alder was so kind and thorough. And Mimi was so awesome. She spent a lot of time talking to my insurance company to make sure were getting the maximum amount of benefits. She was very friendly and made our visit as pleasant as possible.

I havent purchased glasses for several years and I was really nervous on purchasing new ones. Through the entire process Laura was very helpful and patient with me, with my questions and concerns and assisting me with my insurance. My glasses came a lot quicker than expected and I couldnt be more happier with the results. The staff when I picked up my glasses were very friendly and Laura recognized me right when I walked in. I definitely will be returning.
This place is nothing but a store with the worst costumer service. If you need an eye care provider stay away from here. Ive been having my eyes checked here and because I wear contacts I called to inquire about how to use a free trial of a different kind than Ive been using that is offered by Alcon. This has to be done by the provider and I know providers routinely do this. Now, the person I spoke to refused to even look into this, was not helpful and by the end was extremely rude to me, despite me keeping my cool the whole time. A bad review is well deserved here.
Needed some work done fast on my eyes because I was headed out of town and the whole staff was very accommodating and even overnighted my contacts! They are all very nice and helpful. Not sure what these other reviews are complaining about.The main eye doctor guy was very good too. He corrected my prescription I got at a different place just a few months ago and my eyes feel great and i have way less headaches.They will be my official eye doctor in SLC for now

Not a great experience... They were 40 minutes behind and didnt bother to tell me until I asked. Then at checkout the lady told me theres an extra 40$ fitting charge if you dont buy contacts right now from them, and no, the doctor did not even see me with contacts in so no idea how they would justify a fitting charge.The doctor seemed nice for the 8 minutes I was in with him, but the front lady that helped me check out was pushy and fairly rude.
I have had mix ups with my prescription and address here before. And I always feel like the employee service I receive is unprepared and unprofessional.

The quickest eye test I have ever had in my 13yr of wearing glasses. I ask the her (Eye Doctor) why so quick? she has no explanation. My conclusion is because is $45.There were alot of people waiting in the lobby to take advantage of the sales going on. Its lie sit down and stand of kind of eye exam. Will not go back to that shop.

Dont go here. The glasses I bought were essentially unusable. I complained and was told the prescription I had (from the University) must have been bad. I then (stupidly) paid for a new prescription from their on-site optometrist, and the glasses were still unusable. They refused to change anything since they said the prescription was fine. I ultimately went to Warby Parker. The glasses from Warby were perfect on the first try, like every other glasses store Ive ever gone to in my entire life before Vision Works.

SCAM ALERT!! Even if you fill out that paperwork that says you DO NOT want their eye scan they will do it anyways! And its not covered by insurance. The employees are totally half brain dead, rude, and they fool around like children. After my exam I went to talk to someone about my insurance and he was so obviously stoned out of his mind that he literally couldnt answer simple questions.
The doctor explained nothing to me. Just gave me contact lenses to put on. He didn’t check how they fit or if the prescription he gave me was right. I Came to realize the prescription he gave was wrong. I will never go back to this place.
Beware of this place!!! My first eye exam was less than 5 minutes. I ordered glasses based on the prescription online. My prescription was wrong. Went back in and 2nd exam was much more thorough, but my prescription is very different and visionworks will not pay for my replacement glasses. Just threw money away at this point. Very disappointed about how this was handled in store after I had already talked to visionworks online and explained that I bought glasses online and they told me that visionworks would cover my replacement, which is a complete lie.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. When I went to renew my prescription for contacts, I forgot to bring in my last box to know what my prescription was for. However since I had gone for an exam to this same store the year before, I figured they would have it on file and could just look it up. Instead they just guessed and told me it must be right because that was the only monthly contact. Well when I got home, turns out nope, I have a different brand of monthly contacts, so had to go back to the store to get my prescription updated to the correct brand.When I didnt hear anything from them after over a week about my contacts arriving, I called the store and they told me there was a problem with that days order and it would be arriving within two days. On day 2 when I called back to see if they had arrived, a different person told me they had NO RECORD of my order! So not only did the first person I talked to straight up lie to me, they didnt even cover it up by putting in the order right then and there after I called.I finally was able to talk to the manager, who apologized and did give me one box free, but after 4 visits and probably 6 phone calls to finally get the correct contacts, plus no apology for their employees lying to me, I will never go back here again.
I would definitely not try them back again. I ordered two pairs of glasses on a Sunday and I was told they will be mailed to me and I should receive them by Wednesday, which was sooner than the day I could pick them up. I didnt ask for shipping, they offered! and I waited till the next Friday, before actually calling and checking what happened with the package. They gave me the tracking number and told me it usually takes 7 -10 days for the packages to be delivered, (then I was annoyed because the lady told me something else) I called the UPS, they claimed apartment number is missing on the shipment address. Called vision works again, Annalene tried to help, she couldnt find me in the system for the first 10 minutes of the call ( I have a hard name, but still easily find-able after spelling), she finally checked the UPS packages to find me and tell me that the apt number is on the package, while I was on the phone with her I had to get a call from UPS to schedule a pick up with them, call with vision works dropped, I called back, they put me on hold for 10 more minutes. I hung up but I made sure to put this review here. but definitely not a good experience, specially with something you need and you paid a lot for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GET ANYTHING SHIPPED TO YOU FROM THIS PLACE!

Needed 1hr glasses desperately today and went to this location. However the service people were terrible. Upon receiving my glasses there were marks on the lenses which the guy decided use the heat machine to try and get them off. Of course anyone with a brain would know that this simply warps the lenses and guess what, they were warped and the 2 hour wait for the 1 hour service was wasted. What was also funny that when he took them in the back I watched the lady working in the lab try and heat them up back to their original state.My friend also had to get glasses as well and upon receiving them he found that the brand new lenses were scratched and actually cracked as the result of the same idiot popping out the lens to clean them and tossing them back in the tray lens side down.Worst waste of time ever, if you are desperate do not go here EVER! You will regret everything about this place. Vision works needs to fire everyone at this location and try again.I will never being going back here and if your reading this, reconsider even considering the place.
The Young Lady sales associate excitement ended the moment she couldnt upsell Me. Her presentation and demeanor evaporated instantly. Ive gone to this store at least three times. The last time was a total disaster, and I got the district manager involved. Their work on the last two pair of glasses is shoddy. My prescription sunglasses and regular wear glasses were not done well. Both pairs of glasses have a warped view lens when viewed at arms length. Believe it or not Walmart has done a fantastic job for me in the past. Looks like Ill be going back there . . .
This place tells you one thing to g3t u in the door then does the old bait and switch. Raises price of glass and lies about when they will be ready to get u in the door. When you decide to leave they will come out to the parking lot to argue with you. Customer service suck and employees are idiots.
I am a long time customer of Dr. Vision Works. My prior visit and this last one I just had on Saturday November 16th at your Towson store in Baltimore Maryland has confirmed for me that I will no longer patronize this establishment. I sent my son into the store to get a repair, his lens kept falling out and he told me he was missing a screw. While Im waiting my son calls me and tells me that the repair will cost $7 and it comes with a free eyeglass cleaning kit. I think thats strange because one what a coincidence that the kit costs the same as the repair, a kit by the way that I didnt need because I brought one when I purchased glasses for all three of my kids in May. So now I come inside and I speak to the gentleman thats doing the repair I didnt get his name and I ask him, Am I paying for the repair? he replies yes. So I say to him, Im paying for the repair and not this eyeglass cleaning kit which happens to be the same price as the repair? he again responds yes.Now I decided to call today and verify this information with the manager. The person answers the phone, I ask to speak with the manager, he identifies himself as the manager, I ask his name he responds that its Walter. I explain the whole scenario to Walter as it went down and he tells me that, often when a customer comes in for a repair the repair costs more than the eyeglass cleaning kit so instead of charging the customer for the repair they/ you will make the customer buy and eyeglass cleaning kit. Is this your company policy? because its very deceitful and Im very annoyed. I wasnt given a choice and while putting a screw in to keep the lens from falling out may have cost more than $7 although I dont believe that for a minute, I would have rather known about this ploy to sell eyeglass cleaning kits before I agreed to it. By the way I told my son when he called me to tell the employee never mind but he said they had already started the repair. Im done, and Im going to make sure to post this publically so that everyone can know how the lengths your employees will go to sell eyeglass cleaning kits.
The only reason I gave this a three star instead of one is because the eyewear selection was good. However, the staff needs customer service training, and to know more about insurances.
You can tell I was so displeased with this place that I had to write a short book to emphasize it! I have gone to this Visionworks location for many years. I do not know what has happened to them in the last year or so because the customer service has become VERY horrible! I went there for an eye exam, 2 pairs of glasses, and contacts. I get the same thing every year, and it usually takes a week and a half at most for me to end up with all glasses and contacts in hand, but not this time! I never even got my contacts.I usually get clear contacts, and occasionally I get colored contacts. So I asked to get colored contacts this time, and they said they would have to order some colored contact lens trials in my size before I was allowed to order them to ensure accurate fit. I agree, and they say they will be in within 3 days. I call in 3 days, and they say oh no, the person you talked to made a mistake, it always takes 2-4 weeks to get those in!. So, I grudgingly wait 3 weeks and go in person to get them, and the girl says oh, the guy who ordered them put a note in your file, but he never actually ordered them. So I am angry, but I say lets order them now, so the girl says she ordered them. FIVE DAYS LATER: I get a phone call saying that they do not even make Acuvue color trials in prescription anymore, and I just have to order full boxes, and that they fit the same as clear contacts. At this point I am livid after ONE MONTH of trying to get my contacts, so I say no, and I call up a different visionworks branch to order the boxes for me. The other branch gets them to me in less than a week with no problems, but when I put them on, they are off-centered and fit so poorly that I have horribly blurred vision! $75 worth of contacts are now worthless and completely unwearable, and they absolutely DO NOT fit just like clear contacts! The people at another vision place (NOT Visionworks) told me after the fact that I have slight astigmatism, and the Optician should have picked up on that right away because color contacts will be off-center for people with astigmatism, and they also said they give out samples of color contacts all the time.If you go here, just be prepared for poor, slow service, sales reps with little to no curtsey or training, and doctors that are sub-par. Oh, and the whole lying about having ordered stuff thing too!
Very unprofessional. After spending $516 out of my pocket in addition to what the insurance paid, when I picked up my glasses they didnt offer to fit them and when I asked how to treat these very new expensive lenses they told me to use lens spray and they sell the spray for $7. This is after not as much as giving me a nice case and a micro cloth to use. Never going back to the Sugarhouse location.
Customer service was terrible. I have Davis Vision insurance and I asked one of the ladies to look up what was covered because Davis Vision had two different tiers, normal and premiere. The female associate who helped us was kind of sure about the tiers. I asked her to look it up and she responded that she was completely sure she knew what the tiers meant and refused to look up our insurance. Come to find out, the frames she said were covered werent and she had to do some back-door computering to keep good on her word for what she knew it was supposed to be. She refused to honor it for my wifes glasses though. We went to Costco. Costco has the exact same Michael Kors glasses for $89 which Vision Works was charging $189. Vision Works is a ripoff and completely unprofessional from my dealings with them.*8/27/16 uldate: Also lost my glasses while out of town last month and they refused to fax a drs office my glasses info. I filed on OCR complaint for the HIPAA violation of not providing me my own personal information. Hopefully they are fined heavily and I can also sue for monetary damages.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. First I had my eye exam on November 27. I ordered my contacts through Visionworks and was told contacts usually take about 5-7 business days to come in. After three weeks, I still had not heard anything about my contacts. I called, and they told me it sometimes takes a 5-7 days for them to come in. I pointed out that it had been almost a month. Turns out, the contacts had not been ordered.My wife went to pick up my contacts today. She immediately noticed that they were the wrong kind. They were the Air Optix rather than the Air Optix Night and Day. So after waiting a month by this point for my contacts, my contacts are the wrong ones.I told my wife to just get my prescription so that I could go somewhere else and buy the contacts. When she brought the prescription home, I noticed the base curve was 8.6 and not 8.4, which is what I have been wearing for 20 years. During the exam, I felt like the doctor wasnt really listening to anything I had said. I called Visionworks back and mentioned the base curve was wrong. Ryan, who answered the phone, said it was impossible for a base curve to change and that a mistake had obviously been made. How does an optometrist get something so wrong?I will never go back here and recommend that others avoid this place as well.

Dr.Alder and the team at Visionworks have always been nothing but amazing. After 18 years of wearing contacts Dr.Alder was the only Doc to say, “You’re contacts diameter isn’t the right one for your eye and made my experience with contacts the best ever! Wouldn’t see anyone else but my team over at Visionworks
I really want to know the number of vision works headquarter s number. If my prescription was ok, I would never come back to this place.
