What a great salvage Yard!!! Very polite and helpful on the phone, they went and checked to make sure that the part was there and called me back in very timely manner, very nice!!! Their online payment process could us a little work, but otherwise the whole process was very delightful, which unfortunately is a rare thing when dealing with many salvage yard :(Thank you very much, will defiantly keep my eye out for you on car part

I purchased a AC compressor for my 2009 Nissan cube the AC compressor was defective so I returned it yes it was 90 days to the return but the policy says within 90 days if the part is defective I can return it are there it’s discretion I should have gotten a replacement or a refund. They were rude they told me go to the store no refunds. And I’m looking at the policy and it says that I can’t I’m entitled to a refund or replacement they don’t even want to replace the item

Women cashiers think that they are a know all. Not.

I tried to find my wheel rim at a couple other places with no success. Action Auto had what I needed and brought it to me at a very reasonable price. Good and polite service.

They have decent customer service, but theres door isnt horrible condition and the chairs are all broken up and dirty. I guess I would recommend this place for getting your parts but dont expect it to be a pleasant environment.

Good folks at the counter and a good selection of parts. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for them to get the parts pulled that are not already on the shelf. I have bought a few large items, like transmission from them and so far so good.

I was the only person in there and took an hour to answer a question about a truck part.

Horrible experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated as if our business was not of value. We have been trying to buy a part, which is on the lot, for three days. Each time we call they take our number and same information and promise a return call, which never happens. Your money is better spent elsewhere. This was our first experience, and our last.

James was really nice and knowledgeable about the part I needed. They have reasonably priced parts and great customer service!

First time going to this place and will never ever go back, would never recommend. How do you tell someone they have to pay twice because your employee didn’t complete her job. Then instead of calling her due to her mix up you say you can’t do that. Everyone know you have to pay for the part before you order it so please inform me on how the part was ordered without first paying? Oh yea that’s right because it was paid for!!

They gave me a compressor with a bolt broken off in it which made it unable to be installed. So I had to pay for an extra hour of labor, drive 30 minutes there and back twice, and go the whole weekend without air conditioning because they didn’t have another compressor.

Amazing customer service. It looks like they wash the parts before they give it to you so it looks new and you dont have to worry about dirty hands they pull the parts for you.

Dont buy engines from this place, bought multiple engines from them multiple times and I have yet to buy one that works. Then they will make you jump through hoops to correct. Not worth it.

I paid $300 for wrong engine, had to wait 2 weeks for another. Other engine completely filled with water ( in crankcase) all the way up to valve cover wth!
