Car was two weeks late and was lied to throughout whole process. Luckily I caught staff while Taylor wasn’t there to get the whole story. He’s a damn good salesman but like most won’t follow through.

Had a great experience. Was treated very well and the cars were all clean and very well priced. They were very busy but the employees took time to help me and understand what I was looking for. I went in looking for a trade situation. I had an 07 HD Night rod special. I was interested in this 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee that 850 auto sales had on their lot. Taylor Ran the numbers for me so we can do in even trade bike for Jeep After signing a contract to purchase the vehicle and do the trade for my motorcycle I noticed that there were some issues with the Jeep that I just purchase Keep in mind I signed an as is contract I called 850 auto and let them know of the issues that I had found with the truck and with no hesitation at all we set up a date I came in and they repaired all the problems that were going on. I highly recommend this dealership for used vehicle because they will take care of you regardless of the situation.

Taylor is a very honest and accommodating dealer and helped me with everything I needed. I got a 2005 Ford Focus for about $2000 and I am able to bring the car back to him for any necessary repairs at cost.

Well it started out to be a good experience,BUT then it went sour. And it may be their finance company, United Auto Credit. Big problems with the finance company. The people at the car lot were great but the choice of finance company is going to RUIN a good thing!

I went to 850 Autos to test drive a Kia Sorento, but then I drove a Mercedes SUV and I knew that was the car that I wanted!! Prior to going to 850 Autos, I must have visited at least 15 used car lots. Taylor Johnson, the owner, was extremely professional, he is not an in your face used car dealer. Four days after I purchased the vehicle, there were some mechanical issues and Taylor never even hesitated, I had my car towed to his shop and his mechanic, Will, figured out the issue right away. Taylor purchased the part that my car needed and Will fixed it AT NO COST to me!! I dont think any other dealer would have repaired my vehicle at their own expense. If you are looking for a quality used car and you want to be treated fairly, GO SEE TAYLOR at 850 Autos!!
