2 men and a truck was AMAZING for my move! The process was quick and painless from the first step. The initial online portal comprehensive, easy, and efficient. I had to move my date several times and the office staff was extremely easy to get a hold of, professional, courteous, and understanding. The boxes they supplied were great. The movers got there on time, EXTREMELY fast, efficient, professional, well prepared, and just great overall. They even got the move done quicker than promised and the actual amount they charged me was lower than the quote because they did the job so quickly! We had to move out of our 5100 sq ft house to a 2000 sq ft house. We needed 3 trucks to move it all. And to make it more complicated, we had to move our stuff to 3 different places. My son had a last-minute job transfer and needed to move out of his apartment in Phoenix quickly. He booked Two Men and A Truck at the last minute and they were great! The team of Edward, Austin & Sam showed up on time (can you imagine!?!?), they worked quickly and efficiently and never once complained about having to go up and down three flights of stairs in 115 degree heat. Im a realtor (not in Phoenix) and I see a lot of movers. These guys were top notch! I highly recommend them!

I moved from a 1b1b to a studio a block away from me. I have every essential furniture and more than 25 boxes，15 of them were large. Two men and a truck sent me three men to move，Dom，Vili，Arkmad. They were professional and hardworking，polite and nice. When I registered for the move，I was told the estimate cost around $500-800. These three guys were fast and they finished moving my everything in 2 hours，eventually cost me less than the estimate. I am very satisfied with their service. I would love to move with them again when necessary. Recommend！

I have done 26 moves since college and the team at Two Men and a Truck, were by far the best value and highest quality. The team (three of them) arrived on time and loaded the truck quickly and securely. They arrived at my new home a day early and unloaded that evening instead of the next day. The two men were polite, professional and accomodating. Not a single broken item either! While I hope this is my last move, I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

These guys were so great! We were moving from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment and the two complexes werent far from each other. They were very fast and efficient! One guy was a was He-Man and he was carrying large shelves and a dresser by himself. We were was amazed. They were super nice and friendly. I would definitely use this company again!

Emmy in the office was communicative and flexible as we had a tight turn around between closing on our Tempe home and driving 16 hours to close on our Dallas home. Nate and Eric did a meticulous job wrapping and packing our belongings and Nate met us in Dallas with Dom to unload and place everything. Not a single item broken or lost. We couldnt be more grateful and pleased. Will use again.

When I called to book the move, the gal I spoke with was very helpful and set it up without a hitch. The day of the move we were alerted that they were on the way. Britt and Ben were the movers who did the move for us. They were young and had a great attitude. the move was from the third floor and the boys never waivered. Raul, Mike and Ryan were amazing to work with. They were very curteous and very professional. They seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. We felt very valued by them. I also appreciate that they stayed professional the whole time they were around me and my husband. No swearing, no negative gossipy conversations. Very upbeat and clean the whole time. Not professional at all. I had an interview with Aaliyah V (HR). And she was late by an hour, never called, texted, or even emailed me to inform me. I had to ask an employee to call her. When she finally showed she never apologized and was frankly very rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they dont even show respect to their workers what makes you think they are going to show respect to their customers. She called me back a week later and asked if I could come in for another interview, I just hung up on her. 0/10.

The truck showed up with 1 woman and 4 men. They were training new hires. The woman (I cannot remember her name) was FANTASTIC! She was the leader and kept the flow moving. The new ones were awesome as well as the seasoned crew! We had way more than we thought and we had, took longer than we thought and the whole team was great! Clarissa and Silas helped us move into our apartment when we arrived in Phoenix. We had just driven across the country and they were wonderful help. We were utterly amazed at how well they worked together and how efficient they were loading and unloading. They definitely have a flow and know how to work together. The job was completed as estimated and I was able to carry boxes to help while they handled the large items like pros. We couldnt have been more grateful.

I had to move some furniture from my upstairs to my downstairs. They were polite, cautious about damage, and very professional. I called and was able to book within a day. The movers were on time, courteous. They took 2 hours to move us out of our apartment, and then seemed to run out of energy. They worked the entire time, just feel like they were dragging a bit in the move in. They did not have the skills or tools to disassemble or assemble a few items. I feel like the crew was young and inexperienced, but did the best they could.

The two movers that worked with me were super professional, fast, helpful, and kind. They helped give me advice on packing items I was still working on and also advice on moving items they werent moving. They were also fun and entertaining even though thats not a part of their job.

Two men did a professional job on my move. They were on-time, careful and efficient. The are not, however, true professional movers, and I had to make separate arrangements to move some of my larger and more complex items.

I am so upset right now and I don’t know what to do!! I Was moved on June 30th and during my move a picture that was a gift to me was broken. The guys that broke it wasn’t even going to mention it to Andrew who I guess is their boss but I did. Andrew said oh don’t worry if we can’t fix it we will replace it. I was cool with that. So a week later I don’t hear anything and here is where the shenanigans began!! Several times I’m told claims will call me back NOTHING! Then finally on July 7th I get a call saying we should be able to fix it and in a couple of days call you to set up delivery NOTHING!! So I called again on July 14th and was told Andrew will call me NO CALL so I call today and the very rude and unprofessional little girl that answered the phone says well you know it takes time and Andrew will call you. When I told her how upset I was she had the nerve to laugh!! I think I’m going to have to sue them. PLEASE NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE TEMPE LOCATION THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

We expected two men and a truck. They sent two twigs and a truck. It seemed that they sent tiny people to do a mans job to stretch out the time to move as clearly stronger men are gonna get it done quicker. They were not on time and slid furniture down our stairs instead of carrying it .

If you want efficiency and you want things done professionally call this establishment. We had a wonderful experience from the beginning of our move to the end of our move. They placed all the boxes in the correct rooms and placed our Furniture in the spaces that we wanted. When we move in a few years from our rental we will contact this company again happily.

I did not get any single service I was promised (in example I was initially promised a Saturday pack and Sunday move, they never showed up Saturday). I tried to be patient and understanding and rescheduled and was promised 3 men and a truck, and only 2 showed up. The men showed up with no tools, or knowledge of how to take apart furniture (even though over the phone I was promised otherwise). The moving staff was nice, but took several breaks, including an almost 2 hour lunch. I explained over the phone exactly my needs, and they didnt even have enough boxes. They left both my houses in complete chaos. I did not get furniture placement as promised. They also did not come back and pick up rented boxes or move my bed (that they couldnt figure out initially and promised to come back and move). I will never use a moving company again. I absolutely did not get my moneys worth. It was a frustrating and emotional nightmare.

Let me start by saying I have used 2 Men And A Truck in the past and was very impressed. This last move I decided to go head and use the company I held in high regards but found it very disappointing. I found the guys were moving pretty slow but I figured as least they are taking there time to do my move correctly. This was not the case once to the new place they continued to move at a slow pace and chose not to take things apart and reassemble causing damage to my bed frame and my work out equipment. My bed frame now will not work properly so I will have to purchase a new one. My elliptical was slid through the dirt and was missing screws not only did I have to repair this piece of equipment I also had to clean out all the dirt that was inside of it from being pulled through the dirt. Once I noticed these problems I did reach out to the main office to see how we might be able to correct the problem but we have not heard back from 2 Men And A Truck so at this point I can only think they are not worried about what has happened at my home or to my things. I hope other have a much better experience then me.

Upon my online request, their office called and broke down their pricing based on boxes and furniture and the estimated time to move.The movers communicated with us on the day of the move from the time they left their shop to how much more time they needed to empty everything from the truck. They meticulously broke-down and wrapped all delicate furniture to prevent any damage.Awesome company, hard workers, and polite staff.

We hired movers on the insistence of some family members, thinking it might be overkill for a job we could do ourselves, but once they started working we realized how invaluable the service is. We selected Two Men for a move from Flagstaff to the Phoenix area. There were no surprises, the movers were careful, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. They each seemed to be truly happy to help us and took great pride in what they accomplished. The pricing was fair and clear and as quoted. I suppose there might be a cheaper way to move, but not a better one. If I have to move again, they will be first on my list. In terms of value, they came out significantly cheaper than one of the pod solutions...and I didnt have to load a thing.We used them once before and were pleased...but in the intervening time they have just gotten better.

Movers are untrained, they show no regard for your possessions. They will lie and overbilled you. They will not protect or wrap your possessions properly, then when they destroy your possessions, they want to give you nothing for them. They will continue to give you the run around, do not use this moving company, total ripoff.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with this Two Men and a Truck branch. I was incorrectly booked my time slot, the movers arrived much later than stated, did not listen to my directions about what should and should not be moved, did not appear to cover any of the furniture in the truck, and damaged all of my new bedroom furniture. It actually looks like a three year old took a chisel to my headboard and dresser. Moving is stressful enough as it is, but to have movers/moving managers not care about my belongings or time for $140/hr + fees is extremely poor customer service. I will not be using services from this branch in the future.

The movers were on time and professional. The entire job took only an hour and a half. However, my furniture incurred a lot of dings and scrapes because they refuse to use the appliance dolly which would have given them more control the heavier items and would have made their job a lot easier. In addition I think the overall cost was too expensive. Most of the items were pre-wrapped and Stage for moving. I probably would not recommend this moving company two a family member or a friend because it is too expensive.

I was happy with most of the move but when they left we noticed all the boxes were just stacked in the garage without any consideration of the info on the boxes. So we see Debbies chrystal and breakables on the bottom of the pile, i just hope their not brokento pieces. we. cant find anything so far. This was a stressful move for me. When the team arrived, they were very professional and patient as I hadnt finished packing. They took care to not damage any items. Any items that had to be broke down were reassembled at my new place. They made sure I was satisfied with the placement of my furniture before they left the property. My only complaint is, I wish I could have kept one of them to help with items they didnt move for me.
