I wanna give a shout out to the Albert Lees at the Tukwila location and Seattle location staff. I purchased a microwave, dishwasher, range hood and gas range. All my appliances are working well, Im just finishing up my kitchen remodel so havent too much time to play around with everything but happy at the moment.I want to give a special shout out to Kirk Fisher, my sales representative for his professional service and being patient with me through this stressful kitchen remodel. I also want to give a special thanks to the executives leadership team who continue to provide a service of excellence, which is why I purchased my appliances from Albert Lees.Thanks again, Ill be back
If I could reduce this rating to a -5, I most certainly would. I have been buying appliances from Albert Lee for most of my adult life. They have always been reliable, affordable, and honorable--until our last purchase. We bought a refrigerator/freezer from them about five years ago. We also purchased a long-term warranty on it that they simply did not honor. From Day 1, this fridge was on the fritz. It didnt get cold enough, it was continually wet inside (as in everything we put in there was soaking wet). The freezer was constantly iced up. After no less than 7-8 visits over two years, the service person told us straight up I dont know whats wrong with this and there is no way I can fix it. We contacted Albert Lee and told them this, both on the phone and in writing. Their answer was a very neutral, huh. When we asked if we could get a credit for a new fridge, the answer was a straight up no. That, despite the fact that the thing never worked. After several tries, we simply gave up. We spent a pretty penny for an extended warranty that was simply never honored. Because we havent got a lot of money, a lawsuit (over a $3,000 fridge) was simply not an option. So we lived with this dripping fridge and the freezer that never really froze things for the past three years. It finally just quit completely. This is how Albert Lee treats long-time, repeat customers. By not honoring their extended warranty and giving you the run around until you give up. Thanks, youve picked on the folks who can least afford to deal with these kind of issues. But, maybe you knew that all along?
I am VERY disappointed with Albert Lee!! My sister and I both NEEDED new refrigerators, mine is leaking on the floor, hers is freezing everything solid. So on 7/2/21 we went to Albert Lee and purchased new ones. After paying and finishing the transaction we were told the delivery date would be 8/20/22. Felt that was a bit long but what are you to do. On August 5 we both received emails saying that delivery has been moved to mid/late Sept. For us this is totally unacceptable. So we went to home Depot on 8/10 and found the same exact refrigerator $10.00 cheaper and they are delivering on 8/14. 4 days not 2 months disappointed as you are a appliance store but we can get it faster and cheaper at a home goods store. I will not be shopping at Albert Lee again. I will state that Teresa m. And the young lady who handled our refund were both very pleasant and helpful.
Rude, painfully rude, Normally we supply all of our properties appliances from Albert Lee, but I guess in todays market they dont care anymore. I hate buying on line, this is how we live.
Always a great experience at this location - we have been here twice now in the past 2 years, and each time we come in we are greeted immediately and asked what we are looking for, and a salesperson is sent our way while we look. The sale is hassle-free and we were in and out in less than 20 min each time (less than 10 min today!) Albert Lee will always receive our business for their customer service, salesmanship, and pricing thats always at least in the ballpark of lowest in town.

Bad experience- i have waited for ages for my order. The sales rep is almost always out of office. They dont give an update when the prder was received from the manufacturer.They take number and never call back. No requests are entertained!I would request everyone to just not use this location- i wish i ordered stuff from bellevue location.Extremely unhappy!
Spent about 20 minutes looking at refrigerators, lots of staff but couldnt get anyone to help us. Not sure what the problem was. Left without talking to anyone other than the person who greeted us when we walked in.

This location failed to communicate arrival times for an appliance we ordered. Michael made the entire process difficult at every step of the way, and refused to make the situation right. He was disrespectful, rude, and unpleasant.My friends, family, and I will be avoiding this particular location altogether. There are better options for appliance shopping in the area.

Tasha is always the first call I make because she works the hardest to find me the best deal and the quickest delivery/install date! She’s been so easy to work with, she communicates every step of the process so my tenants always know when to expect the delivery and she’s always patient and professional! Large variety of appliances. Lots of high end appliances. We were looking for a new stove and had given up on Whirlpool brand. We also had checked out Best Buy, Costco, and Home Depot and found their service lacking. Albert Lee had a well rated Frigidaire stove with air fry capability. We made a deal on the spot. We will see how service is when they deliver.
This was our first time shopping at Albert Lee Appliance for a laundry machine. Brent Johnston was the sales associate that approached us as we were browsing all the machines. We told him what we were looking for and he was extremely helpful in telling us about all the differences in the top loaders that he had. We asked him for his honest opinion, reviews and to be straight forward with us. Brent was all that and beyond. We definitely appreciated the knowledge he had, the honesty and the transparency. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us time to think about and decide which machine we wanted to purchase. We never felt any pressure to buy or hurry up and decide on anything. We were able to decide and purchase a laundry machine based on his answers to our questions and his reviews. The entire process was seamless. We look forward to working with him in any other future appliance purchases.
Nice staff members and its very easy to see different appliances. However they dont always have appliances that are in stock in their warehouses that are in their showroom (ie 6 washers total in stock but showing 25 different models in the showroom). Still, its a nice showroom to see different appliances before possibly buying elsewhere.
From the sales person Ken, to the delivery by Richard and Nick, we got the best service and price. It was a pleasure working with them all, so friendly, knowledgable and efficient, especially compared to the big box stores. Well stay with Albert Lee! Thank you!
Will never be shopping with these guys ever again. Their service is completely different when you buy a new product with them, I guess they only care about the commission. I ordered a part using them, twice after making me wait for months they ordered a wrong part. And told me it’s just a $100 item, they can just return my money back. Ordered a baffled filter with them they sent a conversion kit and when I said how are these two the same as a baffled filter. The representative told me “obviously it’s a hard task that you can’t do it yourself” I just wanted to make sure I get the right fit for my hood range and if these guys don’t know about it, I don’t know who else does.
I have total confidence my customers get the best service and pricing here. After 40Years of experience as a building contractor, I’mwell aware of how important qualities like these are.

Buyer beware. This place is terrible. Was told one price then they said the sale had ended when I arrived at the store. They did honor the price eventually. Purchased a dishwasher and had to wait 49 days for their installer. Installer came and refused to install, Salesman didn’t ask the right questions about my connections when I purchased and just wanted the sale. In fact, he told me delivery would be quick only to tell me after the sale it would be a long long wait. Furthermore, I was told the installer was a plumber, but he wasn’t. He just dropped off the dishwasher and left. Had to find a plumber and pay a hefty price to install. If you want a bad experience this is your place.
Had a great experience at Albert Lees. While the prices may not be the lowest, the customer service from selection, to billing, through to delivery was top-notch. I was able to speak with an actual person every time I called the store with a question, and their delivery guys were in and out in no time (plus they take away your old appliances!)

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the Tukwila store. At the store we were met by Brent Johnston, the sales associate. Right from the beginning he was curt and it looked like he had no interest in helping us in anyway. I dont know, may be he didnt like our looks. Anyway, he refused to help us in any way. So we asked him to get his boss, Eric Mulkin who was kind enough to explain to us that the model of the heat pump dryer that we are interested in is not available and also that heat pump dryers do not dry the clothes properly and has to be dried again outside.With this bad experience I have decided to stay away from this store so that I wont be abused by their disgruntled employees who feel that customers are pests who prevent them getting their pay without doing any work.

Brent was the sales person that I dealt with. He treated me with respect and presented all options that he thought Id be interested in for my purchase. He had very minimal bias for my choices and displayed all interesting options. His explanation of products, delivery, and payment was thorough.
Not bad. The prices are comparable to other retailers, though they do have some brands that are unfamiliar to most Americans (like Swedish brand, Asko). Albert Lee Appliances is the way to go if youre interested in great customer service. Tim Greggs is the man. He answered all of my questions fully and was very knowledgeable. He called and left a voicemail stating he was able to fit me in for a delivery spot upon cancellation since he knew I was in need of a new range quickly and was very patient when I couldnt remember the billing address to my card and had to have him enter it 3 times...sorry Tim! I was happily surprised to find out that Albert Lee offered free delivery AND installation AND free old appliance haul away AND a free power cord, all of which the bigger companies like Lowes has you pay for. I canceled my Lowes order which would have taken an extra week and $30 more.

Good place to buy appliances. Nice knowledgeable sales team. Installation for washer and dryer is free, plus they throw in the cost of the hoses and dryer vents. Only other cost was the stacking kit. They also have a scratch and dent room. Definitely check it out before you go to the big box retailers.

Scratch and dent prices here are INSANE. Almost twice the price for the exact same thing as the Sears outlet down the street. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.

I wasnt overly impressed with anything in the store. Its pretty apparent from the moment you walk in that there are quite a few people working on commission in that building. They were kind but it felt like being courted at a car lot when I just wanted to find an affordable washer and dryer set.The benefit to Alber Lee is their wide selection of appliance option from US, Asian, and European makers. They have a solution that will work for anyone.
I bought a stove yesterday from Ken West and he gave me a great deal. I bought my dishwasher there before and I still love it after 2 years. He will tell you what I feel is an honest assessment of the various models and that is important to me. Free delivery and they haul away my old stove. (At least they didd for me!) Win win!
Horrible customer service, walk in the door and are greeted by the front counter person who looks at two gay guys like they are here to rob the place. When we say what we are looking for she points and says over there, the sales people completely ignore us and rush to help the straight couple who just walked in. After 15 minutes we left still only having been greeted or talked to by the front desk person. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR NOT AN ELDERLY WHITE STRAIGHT PERSON!

I bought a Blomberg fridge/freezer from them, it immediately leaked and caused 6K+ in damage. Blomberg washed their hands of this (never ever ever ever buy anything from that shady company) and Albert Lee has been unable or unwilling to make to make it right. This is after I spent tens of thousands with them.I used to be all about buying locally but you are truly better of with some corp big box. They have deeper pockets and probably demand their vendors don’t sell garbage.
Buyer beware - If I could give a zero, I would do so.We purchased a washer from Albert Lee, the first one came with a broken dial and it was immediately returned and we had to wait a week for a replacement.Second one arrives and exact same broken dial. Again, send it back, and await the third washer. This time the wait is a little longer than the first, chalk this up to the holiday season.Third washer arrives, dial is not broken.. so far so good.. we start the washer and notice a small leak. I go through the manual to see what it might be and run through the troubleshooting items. It still leaks. I call Albert Lee, they send a technician out to look at it. After tearing it apart, the tech asks if anyone else has worked on it - the dial seems to have been replaced and hose clamps arent positioned right on the lower hoses. At the end of the inspection, it turns out that the washing drum has a crack in it, when the washer fills to a certain level, it has a small leak.We are now awaiting our 4th washer, which is 3 MONTHS OUT. So for 3 months, we will be cleaning up the leak under the washer. I go to the store to see if there is anything they can do. I ask if they can provide an extended warranty, an in-store credit, a discount, anything to address the problems weve had in this purchase. I was told no, there is absolutely nothing they can do at all.Do not shop here, worst customer service policies I have ever come across at any store Ive ever shopped at.

I spoke with Cliff on the phone and took care of everything - he was wonderful to work with. He had my previous purchases available to him so he knew the exact measurements and brand of appliances that I needed.Also, the two young men who delivered my appliances were amazing. They were so polite and so good at bringing the appliance up my stairs and hooking it up. They didnt even complain about the stairs! They also leveled out my washer which was nice of them.I dont want to leave out Holly who helped me on the phone and connected me to Cliff. She was etremely nice and patient and helpful. The only reason theyre getting two stars is one for the nice showroom. Other than that, customer service was absolutely terrible. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher, and had to special order the color. We were reassured that the correct color would be ordered. All was well until delivery, where they hauled away our old washer and tried to leave the incorrect color. Customer service was incredibly slow about taking care of the problem, so we were a week without a dishwasher and one side of the sink. If were buying a pricey appliance, at least deliver the correct one without inconveniencing your customer. *Note: my SO is the one whose name is on the order.

After Albert Lee installed new washer/dryer, the washer had a problem. Thats no big deal, stuff happens: so we call Albert Lee and they schedule a technician to come fix it. The technician arrives with the wrong parts for the dryer instead, even though the work order explicitly says its for the washer. Ok. They reschedule for a whole 2 weeks later, saying thats as soon as they can come, and for the second time in a row, the technician only has a part for the dryer!!! Now the technician says hell be back in 2 days with the new part. 2 days later, they call us and say they dont have the part, and it will be ANOTHER 2 weeks before they can get to us. Please note this is not an exotic or unusual dryer model. It is very standard. It has taken them 3 visits before they could bring one correct part. This wasnt a complicated problem. They screwed up twice and even then didnt do anything to hurry back, making us wait well over a month for a fix. The people answering the phone werent even apologetic. Truly some of the worst customer service and operation Ive ever seen.

Earlier this year we purchased a new dishwasher from Albert Lee. We got really good deal on damaged in delivery model, nearly 50% off a $1200 dishwasher. It had a few dings and scratches that appeared to us to be cosmetic and according to the sales rep they hook up and test all units like this to verify everything is still functional. I took the washer home and attempted to install it myself, during the process I discovered a few pieces were missing after contacting the sales rep they provided me with the pieces free of charge. After it was installed I couldnt have been happier as it was whisper quiet and did an amazing job cleaning.Sadly after about a week we noticed that it was leaking. Initially I thought it was my fault on the installation. We let it sit for a couple weeks as we were busy and to let everything dry out. Once it was dry I checked and determined that a hose was a bit loose so I tightened it. After another week of use still water. This time I pulled it out and realized that one of the dings we all thought was cosmetic had actually broken a weld in the body and water was slowly getting pushed by the jets.I contacted the customer service and talked to Renee. She said since it was a open box it was unusual but she would see what she could do. She called back and they agreed to replace the unit with a brand new in box unit of the same model that they would deliver and install. They also said they would repair the damage to our cabinets caused by the water leaking.Despite some round about getting everything scheduled we got a new dishwasher, our cabinets were repaired and we plan on making our future appliance purchases at Albert Lee.
Frustrated & Without My (Paid For) Appliances . . . AgainAlbert Lee is supposed to be the best, so we have consistently bought appliances from this company. We value durability, and are willing to pay a bit more for good service and proper installation.However, on more than one occasion, Albert Lee has failed to deliver our appliances. And, the installation attempts have resulted in property damage. This experience is not worth a little extra.Most recently, we purchased a dishwasher. Upon the first installation attempt we learned the dishwasher could not be installed because we have a J joint plumbing solution. Fair enough. The installation team documented the J joint situation with photos and sent them to us. To solve the problem, we took measurements and brought the pictures into Albert Lee in order to purchase a dishwasher that would be compatible with the plumbing situation. Ken West, the Albert Lee sales associate worked with my husband to find a suitable dishwasher. We paid and waited four weeks for the dishwasher to come in. On install day, we called Ken to find out if we could get a time window for delivery and installation. Thats when we learned our dishwasher not was coming. In fact, no one knew when our dishwasher would arrive. Ken did offer a slight discount, which seemed like a nice peace offering, until he later tried to revoke the discount -- so that was a whole weird thing.Then, it gets worse. After another three weeks, our dishwasher shows up. Installation is attempted, but the install team tells us the new dishwasher isnt compatible with the plumbing -- seriously!?! We documented everything, asked Ken to talk with the previous installers, showed pictures and provided measurements. I thought the Albert Lee team knew their products; I mean thats why we didnt buy a dishwasher from Home Depot or Amazon.Its now been eight days, three phone calls and $1,000 since dishwasher fail number two. We have not heard back from Ken or anyone at Albert Lee about our failed dishwasher install, nor have we received an offer to solve the problem or refund our money.Beyond this, on a previous washer / dryer install, a member of the installation crew accidentally caught his foot on a cord, and pulled so hard that ripped an entire electrical socket out of our wall. When we followed up with Albert Lee, they informed us that they outsource to the installer, so we would need to take up the property damage issue with that business.Bottom line: Albert Lee will take your money and fail to deliver the goods.

Our Fisher Paykel refrigerator was delivered on October 19 and we love this appliance. The delivery attempted on October 9 involved a F-P unit that had been damaged before arrival, which was disappointing--thus the 4 star review--but Albert Lee made things right. I was particularly pleased with the delivery team of Sydney Shiver and Ramon Negron--two very professional, careful, friendly young men. 5 stars to them!

Called and said it was still available, when we got there it was sold after not even 20 minutes the comment Ken said to us was well if you wanted it you should have bought it yesterday that comment plus his demeanor was no professional at all. I dont know about other customers but I sure as hell dont like being talked to like that. Never will we come here again.
AVictor was so patient with my mother when she went in to buy a refrigerator. He price matches Lowes, arranged delivery, and was kind and thoughtful with a customer who has trouble making decisions. Great place for appliances.
Nobody there to help with product information
They took care of my mom and I, quickly and efficiently, we bought a large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer with pedestals so mom doesnt have to bend over too much. We were in there 1/2 hour. Items were delivered and set up for free a few days later.

The prices are decent, not amazing, and the selection is varied but the sales people are aggressive and the older guy I got was dismissive.I know what I want and told him. He told me I didnt want that and proceeded to drone on about things I didnt care about and show me appliances I had zero interest in buying.Frustrating experience. Likely for both of us.Pro Tip: When someone tells you what they want show them those things.
Just bought a complete Jenn-Air kitchen at this location from Dave Roller -- his customer service was top notch. He was patient, comprehensive and more than knowledgable. He helped us over the course of four visits as I researched the set that I wanted. Wonderful experience, and Daves attention to detail and willingness to help made the transaction and decision making seamless.
Slow to help. salesman didnt want to negotiate, even if I picked it up, myself. I had to leave, used the numbers off the machine I saw at AL to order from Lowes for better than the price I wanted to pay at AL.

Avoid at all cost. Poor service all around. Started off with the delivery crew being an hour late past their delivery window. When they finally arrived the refrigerator was unpacked and a large dent was found in the door. Didnt continue to unwrap the rest of the refrigerator. Called Tukwila store and requested a new refrigerator be delivered, which they said would be about a week out. Store rep called a week later and apologized as the refrigerator was supposed to arrive that day to go out for delivery but when the shipment showed up at the Tukwila store the fridge was missing. He stated he would call back with an update. A week later still no response, so I called the Tukwila store and attempted to get a hold of our sales rep. Left message and he would not call back. Called a day later and he was busy with a customer so I was transferred to another store (common theme with the Tukwila store). The sales rep there said the refrigerator was back ordered and would not arrive for another 2+ weeks. At this point I said I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded in full. Sales rep would contact our rep we dealt with and have him do the refund. A week later we still have not been refunded. Will be speaking to management at this point. Ken West was our rep and unfortunately hes not as helpful as a previous poster indicated. Very disappointed in the service.
