This company has proven time after time that they can’t meet the scheduled time for delivery that they state. They have the absolute worst communication skills and leave my residents waiting not only hours but days for their appliances.They never call to communicate they are running behind schedule.To top it off. Showed up at a residents home three days late 7:40pm on a Friday only to state maintenance needs to handle the rest.I use this company for the price and convenience of delivery/install and unfortunately with the lack of communication they provide I will have to take my business elsewhere.

We accidentally ended up here back in 2009. We intentionally went back this time. Same tj, same best price anywhere, same great service. Im so glad we found him and will always go back. Edited to add-went back for a washer. Later the next day I read the sale ads-he beat Lowes price on the identical washer.

Ive been very pleased with this store. The prices are very competitive and they deliver.

They were supposed to deliver my appliance between 2-6PM tonight. We called at 5pm for an update, and they told us they were 2 minutes down the road. It is now 7:10pm, and no sign of them yet. They dodged subsequent calls until they closed (7pm), even sending me to voicemail. I wonder if they’ll ever show?

TJ is a wonderful guy and very knowledgeable. He is honest and does not try to sell you what you dont need. Im a repeat customer. This will be the third appliance that I have purchased. The selection is just as good as the big box stores.

Appliance Distributors has absolutely no sense of organization with their team, or dedication to their customers. Their team has failed on several occasions to meet delivery deadlines by days, and when (and if) the items arrive, they often come damaged or missing components. Their customer service rarely can provide adequate information on orders, and lack any ownership for their mistakes. Their complete lack of competence would truly be embarrassing if anyone on that staff actually cared about their work.

Honest and helpful. While I bought a scratch and dent item, I got exactly what I wanted and a couple of blemished do not diminish that I now have a double oven stove!! Looking forward to lots of cooking. Free Delivery and great service.

My experience was truly awful. Appliance distributors never called me to confirm a specific install time, having previously only provided a date. After I called the day of the service and was given an arrival time of 3-4p, the tech arrived 35min late, without calling before his arrival (as they had said he would). After he disconnected my existing dishwasher and went back to his unmarked old minivan to get the new one, I discovered he had brought the wrong dishwasher. He insisted I let him install it anyway. When I said no, he got very angry, and then tried to steel my existing dishwasher while I wasnt looking. I had to physically stop him from walking out of my home with my existing dishwasher. After he had left, I realized he had disconnected the old dishwasher without first turning off the electricity and left live wires poking out into my kitchen while he was doing the work. I have a 16 month old daughter and a dog and this is a serious safety hazard. He left my existing dishwasher (which was intermittently working before his arrival) in my living room, he left my kitchen a mess having taken everything out of the cabinet, he left water in the cabinet, on the floor, and he left my dishtowel in a wet ball under my sink. Found and purchased a good used washing machine. TJ was very helpful, and did everything within his power to deliver on his promises. Washing machine works great. Free delivery. I saw lots of new refridgerators while I was looking around, too, so may just have to make another visit soon.

This place bis easy seen from traffic and standard home appliances

Horrible, horrible, horrible. they wasted days of my life waiting for their delivery that came only after three full days of waiting for their truck. their office will string you along, saying positive things, keeping you at home waiting, when they actually do not have any idea of what is going on with the deliveries that are in motion. their tracking is laughable and their promises are empty. you have been warned.

Last week, I ordered a stackable washer & dryer from them. They told me the soonest they could have it out was monday afternoon. Well monday afternoon came and went. No one ever showed up. Even after calling at 2:30 pm & being told they would be here within the hour. 4:30 pm came and no one had shown up yet, so I called again. The guy told me they should be here any minute. I understand if you hit traffic or if you are running late for any other reason but to tell me you are on your way then to never show up means you were lying to me and I do not take being lied to lightly. Thats just bad business. I dont understand how they expect to stay in business if they are this unorganized.

Bought a dishwasher good deal

Made an appointment to deliver Wednesday, following Monday said Wednesday again still no fridge then said with in an hour or two Friday. Guess what? Never showed! I would rather they just say its two-3 weeks out and or the reality of the delivery!
