I recently had a fantastic experience buying new bedroom furniture from Dania. I was looking for beautiful, solid wood, high-quality pieces that I could get quickly. I did not have high hopes, as other places I looked had a very limited selection and long waits for delivery. Dania had quite a few pieces that fit the bill, and to my great surprise, all were in stock and available to deliver immediately! We received our furniture exactly when promised, and it was brought into our bedroom and set up quickly and efficiently by a nice, professional crew. From start to finish, every bit of this purchase was effortless!

One of the very high end, quality furniture shop. Definitely recommend for those who are looking to purchase modern and simple design furnitures. Staffs are very knowledgeable and also on point and honest about opinions.

Sales associates here are amazing. No pressure, kind, helpful, listen to what you want and dont waste your time trying to up-sell you something or show you things you arent interested in. Very good communication while items were on order. Paid for the in-home delivery which was well worth it! Oh, and the dining table, chairs and power reclining sofa are pretty fab as well!

Very nice associates but be careful when you buy wooden pieces. They can come scratched and Dania cant do much about it. You will be told 1. Its part of variation in wooden pieces, 2. If exchanged next piece might have something worse.

Walking into this store feels refreshing and relaxing. Its beautiful, open and uncluttered. No one rushed up to pressure me into buying something. I was completely free to wander and look at everything. Then when I was ready to buy, a friendly, helpful employee was available to answer my questions. Furniture shopping should always such a lovely experience.

Super clean, modern designs and excellent quality. And after getting Dania’s amazing customer service, I soon after experienced another nearby store’s service and it was absolutely awful. I would have thought Dania would be snobbier honestly, as their product is a little more high-end, but every employee I’ve talked to there, from the 1-800 number to the sales staff to the warehouse staff, are so nice and helpful and respectful. After seeing how drastically better their service is, I am kind of committed to the store. Gorgeous designs, quality construction and materials, and perfect service. Why go anywhere else?

We wanted a certain dining room table and chairs but had to wait but wait we did. Dania did deliver and set-up for free, table/chairs look great! We found the best quality at Dania rather than cheaply made using Verners to dress up cheap wood. We’ve had that experience…that’s what drove us to Dania, “quality products”

I love the Dania table I purchased. All of the staff were very helpful and I enjoyed wandering the showroom it was inspiring. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had to wait 2 months for the product to arrive.

Shop is well maintained very spacious but the prices are very very high. Same stuff much cheaper in Ikea.

Dania has great customer service! We bought two recliners that unfortunately showed wear after only a few months. With no questions asked, we were able to exchange them for two recliners made by a different manufacturer. We will definitely shop at Dania again!

They have great selection of furniture with nice design especially if you try to arrange a full room (living room, bedroom etc) loves their furniture.. they are slightly pricy though.

A gigantic warehouse with a large variety of furnitures in it. We visited over 10 different stores and find this store serves our needs the best: we need to buy lots of furnitures for our new apartment, and buy them all at once saves the delivery fees with possibly negotiable deals. Further, it has adjustable standing desks that is our must have and not in any other stores. The warehouse is separated in many bedroom like smaller rooms. Each with its own style of decorations and furnitures. The price is not the lowest, but you can find a good variety of choices here, especially good when you wanna buy a lot at once.

Went to Dania for their back room scratch and dent options. Got a perfect bar table and chairs, no scratches or dents. They packed the items safely for travel. Upon unpacking, we discovered that we were missing parts for the table. I called and they right away shipped me the missing parts. I saw an art wall hanging that I wanted and asked to buy the display. they checked and decided that they could sell me the floor model, a huge help since I needed to decorate a rental apartment that day! Friendly staff. Ill be back.

Beautiful furniture but incredibly misleading practices. Went in twice for two separate pieces that said they were in stock but when we arrived they said they were out, and the second time we found a separate piece that was in the Outlet section that was already sold weeks ago but had no sign indicating that. On top of it the woman who had made the mistake of not putting a sign on it was very rude about her mistake. Wont be going to this store again.

Large store with modern stylish furniture

My wife had previously visited your store in Tukwila, Washington and spotted a desk set she thought I might like for our new home. We drove there a few days later for me to decide if I like the desk or not.After looking over the desk and cabinets, we continued to look around and found a large (4 ft) vase on the display floor. A sales associate approached and answered all of our questions regarding both items. She efficiently arranged to have the vase delivered to my vehicle and backordered the desk.Although the computer stated it would be 3-4 months before arrival, I was surprised how quickly Dania delivered the desk and cabinets, nearly 1 month ahead of schedule, delivered and set up everything.The desk looks great, the service was fantastic and I am sure my wife will continue to visit the Dania store well into the future.

4.5 stars Have bought a fair amount of furniture over several years. Not a cheap as IKEA, but more upscale modern furiture.. Often hard to beat the selection, quality, price.

We got a wool rug, a bunk bed and couple lamps here for our child’s bedroom. The bed and lamp are beautiful. The rug shred so much. It caused all of us to cough. We vacuumed it everyday and ended it rolling it up. We called today to try to exchange for another rug, they don’t honor it saying it has passed their 14 day return policy. So maybe don’t buy rugs here if you don’t want to damage your lungs

Im really surprised that they are a huge company, as they felt like a small little store that cares. Ive only purchased 6 small pieces, so they have no reason to treat me like a bigwig, but I was still treated so well. I became a little needy; I had three issues, so thats half my small purchase. However, they were SO accommodating and nice about it, from the sales staff inside to warehouse staff.Afterwards, I went across the parking lot to this Sanseco place, just to see what another shop is like (Im new to buying furniture); there were actually two pieces that were perfect: cheap and exactly size/color what I wanted. When I went to the counter to purchase, I was fully ignored by FIVE staff. No eye contact or well be with you in a minute or even a gesture for like 2mins. Not an eternity, but it was weird. Five staff and Im standing there staring at them and no one can say have you been helped? or just a minute and ___ will be with you. I realized that if they werent going to make my purchase easy, how would they be when I had issues? Thus, Dania kind of created a lifetime customer. Great gorgeous designs, great kind service. The stuff aint cheap, but my pieces are gorgeous and such good quality, and the issues I had were treated with the utmost respect. Im sticking with this store.

Great selection with a wide range of price points to choose from. We got a great couch set here and vans back a year later and found nice matching chairs. The staff is friendly and helpful, they let us move around chairs and coffee tables to pair items together in store. The pieces have come in damage free and sturdy.

Very good product but the worst customer service ever!!! We tried to buy a couple items for our new home and the older lady was very rude and not able to help us first time. And second time we went there was a lady called megan Gillott and she was the worst!!! I will recommend to check it at the store and buy it online!

The furniture looks nice. I really like many of the design styles. Sadly, a large percentage of the furniture felt like it was made of lower quality materials and hardware. I simply couldnt see myself justifying the expense on great looking furniture that wouldnt last long.If they have a higher-end line I missed is be interested in seeing it, but the value just isnt there for me in what I saw.

We had such a great experience at Dania! The staff very so friendly and they didnt come at you with a sales pitch. The furniture itself was beautiful, although some it was pricey. Deliver was fast and the guys were very kind.

Very nice moderately priced, modern style furniture. Huge, clean store. Very nice. Service is helpful, not pushy at all. Delivery is available for larger pieces for a reasonable fee. The fee depends on where you live. I was charged $100. Delivery staff was great. Ive purchased many large items here, my only complaint is many of their items are not in stock and sometimes take months to arrive. Ive also had to purchase a floor model. Otherwise the furniture is very well built with quality materials. Ill continue to shop here.

The people at Dania are great to work with. Great Customer Service however the hide-a-bed which was highly recommended to me (Jonas Queen Sleeper Sofa) was not as comfortable for my overnight guests as I had hoped. So I had to purchase another memory foam topper. Now the same couple said the bed is comfortable. The 2 topper will not fold up when bed is closed-- therefore I have this huge queen-sized foam mattress to deal with taking up space in my closet. And I paid Dania to have the upgraded better mattress. So be wary.

The experience was a pleasure. My salesman was top notch and entertained all my questions. The couch I ordered was delivered on time and the movers were very professional. I highly recommend. Great quality, you get what you pay for!

Dania used to be synonymous with quality and good design. Those days are long gone. Now, the furniture at Dania divides into two bucket: The first one is made of cheap particle board and plastic upholstery that is over priced. A shelf made out of engineered wood (compressed saw dust) and formica is priced at two or three times its value. The second bucket is higher end items, built using better materials, but unfortunately very overpriced. A dresser that should cost $1,000 at most cost $2,000. If you are planning to spend that much, shop around and buy quality, not cheap overpriced furniture.

Elegant and modern furniture. The store is nicely laid out so you could try different furniture functions and designs. No pressure buying experience. Quality of furniture is good. Various sections in the store addressing various furniture spaces and options. Excellent experience.

Absolute disaster ! They managed to completely mess up both of my orders in a row. I paid approx. 2K for the custom made bed. They managed to get a completely wrong size Paid close to $1K for a love seat It came used and in the wrong color I would NEVER go there again and strongly advise everyone not to go there. Its outrageous for the price they charge. I am trying to figure out if the sales person messed up the order or the furniture company. Try to avoid this place.

Visiting my son in Seattle from Texas. My son wanted to show me the couch he wanted to custom order. The sales lady walked up to uslooked at my son, who was casual dressed, then looked at me and asked if there was something she could help me with. I explained to her my son was the one who needed help, she immediately was negative towards my son . My son explained what sofa he was interested in and he wanted it custom. The sales lady still acted snooty towards my son and he had to pry information from her. He said if it wasnt that he wanted that sofa he would go elsewhere.Need to present yourself to the public in a friendly manner. Word of mouth. Businesses lose sales because of ignorance. She is no better than my son. She has to work for a living too. You never know when you will run into a millionaire who is dressed down and lose allot.Here in Texas everyone is relaxed and as they say in Austin, Keep Austin Weird.To add my son can afford that and then some. You just might lose out.

Out of the several furniture stores I looked at, Dania had what I was looking for. Helpful staff made it easy to pick out what I needed and provided great advice. Prices are very reasonable, and their selection is great.If youre furniture shopping, make sure this place is on your list of places to visit.

We had a great experience at Dania furnishing a house in Normandy Park built in 1952. There were lots of choices of midmod furniture and the brands and quality were excellent. We had superb customer service from friendly, knowledgable sales people who provided the perfect balance between guidance and freedom, always with the priority of fulfilling our vision. Prices were great for the quality pieces we chose. Deliveries were on time and we made by very courteous staff. Overall, our experience was extraordinarily positive and we recommend Dania most highly.

The furniture I think is good but the salespeople are horrible when it comes to customer service. We bought 3 tables, a coffee table, an end table and an accent table. We tried to buy a few other things but the salespeople would not give us a price on the items and would not even look it up or get help from someone else. They just said I dont know what its called and theres no tag on it. We also drove to the store from Spanaway to Tukwila and all of the pieces we ordered were not there. We were never notified and had to drive to another store in DuPont to pick up the item on another day. Horrible customer service! 😬😧

I dropped a big order for them (more than 15k). When they delivered they bring a small dinning table( I order a bigger one even though I spot them the same table on the showroom), then one of my king beds was missing screws and was not able to attached the platform, I call them to come fix that for me and they schedule me a week later! Then my mom had to sleep on the ground!All Furnitures are good quality good build, but the sale team just horrible and unhelpful and competable! They ruined my whole buying experience!

The only thing that needs improvement is the availability of sales people on the floor.We miss the welcome and greeting upon arrival: this would be an enhancement to the experience of shopping here.The delivery charges are ok, but the drawback is that they do not dispose of the items that are being replaced.

Its a furniture store with lots of trendy furniture. Half of my home furniture are bought from here. I like their style. It seems a bit pricy sometimes. The decors are refreshed often. Some of the furnitures are old but they bring new items often.

Good selection and good prices

My experiences the past few times have not always been great, but yet I find myself back here again. Great prices, good selection of clearance, returns, and sale items. Kudos to them for that. Most of the furniture is in stock locally at their DuPont, WA, warehouse. However, their customer service lack and the willingness to work with the customer (designer) is very subpar.Yesterday (12/13/19) I stopped by and purchased some faux plants. As always the sale staff are very hesitant to sell things off the floor. As a previous furniture consultant, I understand the reason for not wanting to sell something (i.e., particular furniture) off the floor. One of the reasons is the product needs to stay in the store as a display model so other customers can see them. However, I have a problem when it is accessories or small things that should be sold off the floor.I was taught as a sales consultation always to try to close the sale. If the store gets delivery every Thursday, why would they so hesitate one or two things off the floor? Especially if I have been there on Wednesday and needed last minute things for a project. My manager always told me it is good to sale items off the floor and rotate the store with new items. If it is a popular item, we will bring it back. It is always good to keep the store model pieces free of scratches. I think the staff at Dania need to do a better job of using their judgment of wanting to close the business if they have a designer or anyone wishes to purchase items the same day. However, they seem like they would be MORE willing to turn away the sale.Anyhow back to my experience from yesterday... Two of my three items were not available at the distribution center. He was kind and allowed me to take the two off the floor, but TBH, he was very hesitated to sell the plants off the floor. He wanted me to come back and pick up the last one, but I had to convince him to take my last piece off the floor as well.I also wanted to purchase a furry orange pillow cover, but again it was not in stock at the warehouse, so he refused to sell it off the floor. I asked when will it be back in stock, and he replied: “I do not know or something like it does not say.” I asked him nicely, well, if you don’t know, can I please buy this one off the floor? I expressed to him it does not make sense to keep a pillow on the floor....  They had other oranges furry pillows that were similar, for example the square one, however I wanted the last lumbar. So I went back home to check the Dania website only to find out that the website list the pillow as “in-store exclusive,” so if it in-store exclusive, but why are you not selling it off the floorLastly, I would hope they reconsider having in-store warehouse pick on Monday and Tuesday. Sorry for the long rant, but I hope they make some changes otherwise I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Not normally a fan of this store, but we ended up finding a desk that fits our needs perfectly after searching for nearly 2 weeks. Its not absolutely perfect or it would be 5 stars....but once cord access holes are installed it will be.

Megan and Kendra were both apologetic and seemed to genuinely care about resolving my issue.Because of this, I chose to re-order. It wasnt perfect - there were some hiccups. But, Megan was on top of it and contacted me right away. I could tell she was frustrated and sincerely wanted my experience to be a positive one. It made a difference.The delivery went smoothly and the guys were professional.Most importantly, I am soooo happy with my new beautiful furniture.Thank you Dania Team!PREVIOUS REVIEW:This review is not specifically for this store, but for an online purchase I tried to make. I saw a beautiful table and found chairs to match. I also found a bar cabinet that I thought would look great in my new home, total purchase $1,500. It was the weekend, CS was not available and I was directed to leave a vmail - which I did.Someone called me back and was less than helpful. She advised that if I wanted to add to my order I would have to cancel and re-order. Why?I had the product number, Im trying to give you more money and this is the service I get? I asked her to just cancel my order. Wasted my morning looking at their site, when I could have been shopping at places that actually appreciate my business. Thanks, but no thanks
