From the moment I called Chad at 9:34 a.m. to when the technician, Nicholas, called me at 11:04 a.m. and arrived at 11:54 a.m., it was excellent communication and top-notch service.I got up in the morning and opened my garage door to leave for work, and it decided not to close but come off the track instead.I couldnt stay because I had an appointment that I had to make. This lead to a couple more issues that arose and decided to contact Garage door doctor.Not only did they answer the call immediately, but I got a instant quote on how much it would be to fix all the problems. They gave honest feedback and told me exactly what was needed to get my door back up and running. I asked when they could come get the job done and They said right away and sent a tech out that same day.When the Tech arrived he was on time and super polite. Horrible service. I was given an appointment time of 1-2pm. At 2:14pm I called to make sure they were coming and I was told that the technician would be at my house any minute. At 4:30pm I called again to let Chad know that the technician had not arrived he told me he would call me back after he talked to his employee. At 5:30pm Chad called me back to tell me he pulled his guys off of the job they were working at to come to my house (I feel sorry for that customer). At 7pm I called Chad again to see why no one had shown up. He told me he would call me back. At 7:10 Chad told me he sent his guys to the wrong house and they would finish that job and then come to replace my broken springs. Now it’s a quarter of 8 and I don’t know if they will actually show up. I took a half day of vacation to meet the schedule Chad (by the way he’s the owner) gave me and I have waited around for 7 hours and my garage door is still not working.Horrible service - save yourself a lot of pain and misery and find someone else to fix your garage door.

My garage spring and sprocket broke! The garage would no longer open. I called Tulsa Garage Door Doctor and they were very professional and friendly. They gave me a quick estimate AND had same day repair.They sent me a confirmation text and arrived on time.I was very impressed with their work and they got me fixed up pretty quickly.I highly recommend them, their company gave me a very fair estimate and did a great job!

Amazing. I called them this afternoon and explained the problem. Had a fantastic tech in my garage in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly, determined I did not need an expensive part, and put the garage door opener back together properly. It now operates far better than it ever has! I had an issue with my garage door not going down. Lee came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes and not only fixed the problem but also lubed up and tightened everything on the door so that it doesnt rattle and runs much quieter. Called on a Tuesday and new door and Cadillac opener was installed 24 hrs later. Drove 45 mins one way. Wasn’t the cheapest, but definitely was the best! Chad the owner was extremely nice, Billy and crew was exceptional. They answered any and all questions while working....I’m sure they probably got tired of me hanging out. I noticed the quality of the new vs old door even before being installed. Gave us the choice of color, which was awesome (same price as plain white). Cleaned up mess before leaving. It’s amazing when you call around and some companies make you feel that you are annoying them. Took less than 30 minutes to replace 2 torsion springs on my garage door and was 100$ cheaper than any other garage repair place I checked into. They gave me a 2 year warranty along with the repairs as well. Costumer service was excellent! I called and no one answered and the owner returned the missed call which is unheard of! Josh, the person who repaired the springs had great costumer service as well. He worked with great pace but also double checked his work to make sure all was well! This place is highly recommended!

These guys are great! They came out and gave me a quote. They didnt try to hard sell me on getting a whole new door, but were confident they could fix what I had. They did the job right then and there, less than an hour. They changed out all my hardware, changed the spring, fixed my rails, tighten and calibrated my door opener! Awesome job, thanks guys!

I had Tulsa Garage Door Doctor install a new custom size manual open garage overhead door which replaced an ancient heavy wooden one, which was falling apart. It took about 2 weeks for them to obtain an odd size door which was custom made and perfect when it was done. Their team arrived as promised and finished the job in several hours and hauled off the old scrap door and its hardware. They were far more reasonable than 4 other Tulsa companies I got quotes from. AND HERE IS THE BEST PART. 4 months after the install, we lost the keys to the outside lock and were not able to open the overhead door because there is no other entrance door into the garage (and we opted not to go to the expense of having a remote controlled opener), so I called Chad, the owner of this company, and he went out of his way to help us find the right locksmith to go out and economically replace the lock set, with new keys. He actually did some research for us and we exchanged several phone calls and text messages until he found the right solution. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, with no additional revenue to be gained by Chad, speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity. Thanks Chad.
