When I 1st spoke to Jason I thought wow, this guy really knows garage doors, but once we got down to what I needed and he realized I was wanting windows on my door he just quit returning my calls. He told me he would get me info on what it would look like and a price and never heard from him again-extremely unprofessional.

I happened to drop my wallet in the parking lot at QT, and he caught me before I left and gave it back. Cant say a lot of people would do that these days. But he s one of them! We happened to talk to pick up a card at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show and low and behold our garage door broke today. I called the main number around 9 this morning. They were at my home by noon. Jason was very knowledgeable and truly explained what we really needed and didnt try to upsale. He made suggestions and helped us out. He was able to install on the same day! It was a wonderful experience and we will be recommending to our friends.

We had an appointment within 48 hours of seeing them at the Home and Garden Show. The gentleman that came out and gave the estimate for our new garage door and opener was amazing. We had the new door within and week and the crew that installed it was very professional and friendly. Jewell on the other hand did nothing but give us broken promises and lied. I will recommend this company, however, I will also warn to stay away from Jewell and use another rep.
