Aspen Homes. My experience with Will and Michael was great!They were so willing to please. I liked Aspen Homes because they are family. I felt very comfortable when I toured. When their employees delivered my home, they done a great job setting it up ( they know what their doing.) Michael even got me insurance on my new home. Great Staff, Ethan Simmerly did a great job helping us through all the stages of buying, delivery, setup and post inspection. Yes there were some minor repairs so if anyone plans on purchasing a 60, 70 or 80 foot home, expect there to be some twisting and bending during transport. check your doors, walls, and ceilings, before and after. We had no problem getting things fixed, just be patient. The biggest problem with owners is NOW! The independent contractor who does their repairs needs re-evaluated, but overall, Aspen Homes and Ethan provided us an excellent service. I would buy again, which is the important part.

We bought a new home here 2 months ago and are very pleased with it. Our salesperson and main contact was Ethan Simerly. He was very knowledgeable about both the products and the process, explaining everything we needed to do and the approximate timeframe involved. And, it all happened just as he said it would. Michael was our closer; I also spoke to him and Will when Ethan was not available. Everyone was always very courteous and patiently answered all of our questions. The people who delivered the home, the set-up crew, the central heat & air installers, on down to the skirting installers and the service man - all were polite, timely and efficient, even working in the extreme heat. Thank you Aspen Homes for a very positive experience.

More than 5 stars needed for Aspen homes!We shopped around for almost a full year for our perfect manufactured home. After visiting every dealership in the Tulsa area and never being satisfied with the homes or salesmen. We walked onto their lot and was greeted promptly by Will. We told him what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we wanted. NEVER did he ever show us something that we would fall in love but could not afford.After the purchase of our dream home, Will stuck with us through the entire setup process and helped in anyway we asked.ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Can never thank them enough!!

TERRIBLE to WORK WITH—I would really rate them a ZERO if it was possible. Will the salesman, promised 5 year warranty on everything, it’s been 3 years and 20 calls later and still no help. They leave everything up to you to take care of. GO anywhere but this place!

I am not one to leave reviews about businesses but I do use them as a guide to get a feel for how well a business does. I usually toss out the most wonderful reviews and the the worst reviews and go from there. That being said don’t toss out this review. My dealings with Aspen Manufactured Homes has always been pleasant and friendly. Two years ago my wife and I were trying to figure out how we were going to retire to Oklahoma and did we want a tiny house on our property, a house in town or a manufactured home on our property. We stopped by Aspen Manufactured Homes on a Saturday just to look around. We met Will and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all. Fast forward two years and the wife and I are having coffee and we check their website. On the website is a repossessed four bedroom with a unique layout. We call Will and he remembers us being there before from the conversation we had. Long story short we put a deposit on the house drove from Wyoming to Tulsa to look at it and we bought it. They were going to repaint this house anyway (possibly due to the ugly wall covering it had) and repaint the outside as well and Will let us pick the color scheme. He also retaped and retextured all the walls so everything would look new. It has taken a little longer for us to get this house totally finished than would normally take but bear in mind we are in Wyoming and the house in Oklahoma and wanted to be there for major events like pouring the concrete for tie downs, moving the house on and setting the house up. We have had weather delays and contractor delays but no delays due to excuses on their part or them trying to back out of any promises they made. We dealt with not only Will but also Micheal and they were always on the same page about how to do things and what needed to be done. Will and Micheal were both very helpful in suggesting contractors for plumbing, HVAC and if necessary they would find a well driller and septic company. I chose to find my own only because I wanted to use local people because that is who I’ll be dealing with in the future. Aspen Manufactured Homes is an easy company to deal with, they were not pushy, they are very knowledgeable and the contractors they used for my set up were very concerned that it was done correctly and that any concerns or questions I had were answered and taken care of just as Will and his people are. I had many phone conversations and several drop in visits just to keep in touch during the entire process and never one did they make it seem like an inconvenience. Will I buy another home from them? I will if I need another home or any of the other services they offer. Will I call them if I have a question or need professional advice? Yes I will because I believe that once you have bought a home from them they want you to enjoy it and have a positive experience with it. Like I said before, I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with Aspen Manufactured Homes has been nothing but positive and enjoyable.

They sold us a home that looked nice and said it had been completely refurbished and ready to live in. However, that is not what we got. They caused damage to the exterior while moving it and did not properly put it together, but they refuse to come back and fix it. There are electrical wires that are melted and need replaced and the plumbing is busted and leaking. There is no way it is livable. They refuse to fix any of these problems. I would NOT buy here!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. We bought a repo home from them. No warranty which was understood, however we was told it would be in 100 percent working condition when it was moved to our place. We have had nothing but problems and still havent got moved into it due to all the issues. When they moved it in, they sawed a big ole tree limb down and put it on the roof which it stayed there overnight. We finally got the water hooked up to it and busted waterline all underneath of it. They had put new faucets in but didnt plum any of it. The a coil they sent for the ac unit is not usable. When they sat the house up they didnt plum the 2 sections of the doublewide together nor did they wire it together. The connectors to wire it together are melted in half. When I called to speak of these things I was told we signed a contract which we did but we was also told it would be in100 percent working condition which then I was called a liar and hung up on. When people say stay away in the other reviews, listen to them. The reply back that says you knew the condition, they was probably told it would be in working condition as well. Stay far away. They do everything as cheaply as possible and dont care about the customer. They just want your money. Find someone else. It was also not cleaned out. I found all kinds of dirty underwear under one of the sinks with busted waterline and a spoon where someone had been cooking Crack. If you do decide to use this place be sure to get every last thing in writing, cover yourselves. Customer service is not a priority here.

We purchased the Cavalier Sumner this summer and moved in about 2 months ago! Our salesman, Ethan Simerly, made our experience swift, professional and very comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about our purchase. Our home is beautiful! The trim out process was quick and very detail oriented. They have stood by every single thing they told us. I would recommend Aspen Manufactured Homes to anyone! Ask to speak to Ethan and he will not disappoint!

We bought a used mobile home from them. When they delivered the mobile home to us we noticed a window was broken. They did pay to replace the window. That is why I am giving them 1 star. They did not give us the keys to the house. We searched everywhere in the house. We had to have the locks changed. They left all the glass light fixtures on the counter. When they were backing in the mobile home to our property we heard glass breaking in the house. All of them were broken. They did not level the house correctly either. We cannot close any of our doors properly. We have to pay to have it re-leveled. Every time I call they say they will look into it and have the owner Will call us back. He never does. We also did not have power to half of the house. We had to call an electrician. They found a cut wire in the wall where it looks like it was cut and a wood panel put up to hide it. That could have caused a fire. We also found that all the pipes under the house were all busted. It looks like they just ripped the house from a lot. I do understand there are some things we will have to replace due to it being a used home. Everything listed was something that should have been checked before it was even sold to anyone let alone delivered to us. We were promised the electrical was working. Having to pay to have the home leveled again is ridiculous. It should have been done properly the 1st time. We also had the company enclose an office area in the mobile home to make another bedroom. We paid $1000 to have it done. It looks horrible. There are gaps everywhere. The walls are not straight. We are having to redo the walls. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Sales people are nice and do their job well but the experience afterwards is such a headache! Service guy is a joke! No show no call. One of the tire blew during delivery and my floor is damaged still not fixed after a month. Will never recommend to anyone I know.

We bought a home from aspen homes, as it was a used there was a few small issues with the house! Nothing major! Are set up went smooth and efficient and as promised they fixed the things that needed to be fixed on the home! They took really good care of us and are family! I highly recommend!

They had my money for 3 months I would constantly have to call to get any updates and it seemed as though the run around game was more important to them I wouldnt suggest anyone ever use these company

I have not yet closed on my house yet however, Will and Mike have been 2 of the best salesman I have ever dealt with they have not made any false promises. They have been helpful every step of the way. I am buying a brand new home that is manufacturered right here in Oklahoma. This is a great company. Come in and check out their Oklahoma built home you will not be disappointed.

We bought a Skyline and it’s great. 2/12 years and still no cracks. Total electric and electric bill avg. is $157 month.

My daughter and son-in-law were shopping for a mobile home. I tagged along. They went to several places, but kept coming back to Aspen Homes. Michael, Bryan and everyone were very helpful, patient and friendly. Even with us coming back several times to look at their homes. I would highlyrecommend buying from them. We are very satisfied with our experience.

We shopped around for a while and figured out that Aspen Homes had the best home for the best value and the most friendly and down to earth people working there to deal with. We ordered a house from them and it came in very quickly and was exactly what we wanted, we have been living in it now for about a month and are absolutely 100% satisfied with it. Will Radley and his staff were very helpful from start to finish and we are very happy with our new home!

If I could give half a star I would. This place is nothing but a joke. I would not be surprised if the people that gave it a good review were either family or paid to do it. Now they are trying to play games about giving my deposit back. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here was a big waste of my time and gas to drive over a hour and on my only day off. Never again

I have learned over the years that they are truly interested in solving their customers housing needs far more than their desire for profit.Ive seen generations of families return to Aspen Homes to get a new house. Never have they misled, lied or even thought about mistreating a customer or business associate. This is truly a highly reputable manufactured housing store, and I personally would offer them a 10 star rating if it were available.If you are looking for a new home, I would certainly start at Aspen Homes first.

Went to several mobile home dealers today in the Tulsa area and was blown away from the professionalism, kindness, knowledge and easy going staff. We had Mike Lind help us at 2 diff times today and I highly recommend him. He was so patient and sweet. We decided to put a deposit on one we love so much and am excited to have it on our land :)

Worst home buying experience. This company doesnt deliver as promised. As soon as they have your money, youll never get issues fixed. I was even told by one of the workers Its a Manufactured home, you get what you pay for. So many issues with cracks, uneven trim, loose fixtures. Also, paid $2000 for a ramp that still hasnt been installed a month later. Ive now had to hire an attorney because my mother is handicap and has been without access for 30+ days. I asked several times between October & January for someone to go out to the property to see if any prep work needed to be done to level the home site and was assured it will be fine Not only was the skirting put together poorly but now there are several open areas all around the home.

We went to 4 outher home stores. They were good. But we found that Aspen Homes was better. We found the floor plan we liked and Michael and the staff thir were the most helpful finding what we wanted. They were so kind and they encouraged us to bring the whole family up to look. The kids were no problem to bring. Thanks Michael and all the staff. Your great in my eyes.

I can never figure out if he was trying to sell me a house hurry and get me off his property or help me to understand the educational background of how long he and his father and his brother have on the property I will never do that again that was a horrible waste of time

I called and asked if they could send me a price list on their homes. I got told that the boss would not authorize him to send me a price list that I would have to come in to get a price. So folks if you live 3 or more hours away youll have to enjoy a ride in to get a price

Worst experience I’ve ever had with trying to purchase anything after long back and forth over financing me and my wife decided not to go through with the purchase.. I might also add we both have 800+ credit scores. They refused to return my deposit! And I will also add no matter how much you put down they will come up with charges and fees to offset your down payment !!!! Worse then used car salesmen

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone,as they have a very poor standard of making sure that a customer is satisfied in any way. Im living in a trailer of which hasnt been final inspection and cant be because their people didnt know what they were doing. Neither them or the manufacturer will help to make things right. Cabinets not level, walls not plum, eletrical on outside coming down along with the siding. Very poor craftsmanship on both manufacturer and Aspen home. I would stay clear of them

My husband and I bought a repo from aspen homes . They took for ever for delivery and set up and months to get skirting done ...everything they said they would do they have been dishonest ...such as trimming it out,repairing damages, and they have not came through on there word every time I call I get ignored or hung up on .... they are very unprofessional I do not not recommend them to any one ! Do not go here!!! U will regret it. .............and no Yal promised black side by side fridge thats not what I got ! Everything Yal said Yal lied ... and I call and get hung up on !
